Troy was very thorough with our different options, explained all the pros and cons of each option, and educating us on the finer points of AC technology. Once we made our decision, Jeremy and his crew showed up and got to work right away. Very professional and thorough. The entire group that we dealt with left the impression that the company as a whole fosters a professional, positive, customer-first culture.

Zach was On time, extremely quick to resolve the clog- less than 10 minutes. Very nice. I spoke to Romo initially to setup the appointment just a few hours prior, and he was courteous, friendly, as well. Great company, will definitely call them again. Thanks guys,

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. Got home from out of town to find a gushing water heater. Called Midway services and they sent Zach to the rescue in no time. He was super friendly and did a great job of setting me up with a new tankless water heater. His pride in doing a great job shows through. Couldn't be more pleased. The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

They showed up 1 hr 20 mins late for a 9:30am appointment. Charged $225 to unclog the main pipe going out to the street. I asked for quotes on some additional work and they never called back even after I left a message.
They were professional.

Work got knocked out in under an hour, affordable price, and no wait time for the plumber to show up. Overall great experience!

The five stars is for our technician that came out (Danny N in the plumbing department). He worked on our bathroom for the last 2 days. Danny N was great! However, we had issues with management and customer service not relaying information on our project to the technicians on site. Danny N worked to be the middle man to try to help address these concerns. His work was excellent, he was friendly, personable, and professional. He was able to get a lot of work done on a complicated job. I highly recommend his work to anyone. If we were rating the company, there would four stars due to complications and miscommunication between management, technicians, and customer service. The company is making it right based on conversations with them. We have used them for our AC and electric in the past with no issues. They had great, competitive pricing and no other plumber came even close to the price we were quoted. Overall, Danny N was wonderful and we look forward to being able to use our completed project soon.
