We were doing an update to a townhouse and needed a new water heater, kitchen sink & faucet, dishwasher, and 2 bathroom sinks & faucets. Mike arrived at the appointed time and performed all the service in a timely and professional manner. Several weeks later we had Mike come to our home and install shut off valves to our washing machine, again he was on time and performed the services in a friendly, proficient manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing issues and is looking for fair / reasonable prices with excellent service.

From the beginning Bonnie was awesome! Got new on the schedule the very next day! Cleanord came out to my home this morning. He was very polite and professional. Was here for almost half a day and steadily worked on our plumbing issues. We made jokes and he was great. Finished job looks amazing and I'm so happy with the work done! Thanks Cleanord! Forest time using CW Plumbing but won't be the last. Check out the photos from before and afterwards! Now it's time for me to re-caulk lol. There was water pouring from this faucet valve the day before. Straight out of a movie lol.

A/C not working late at night. The technician was on site within an hour.Johnathan was on site for my scheduled A/C tune up/check up. The appointment time frame was 11 AM-1 PM and he arrived at the beginning of the period. After checking thingsout he declared everything was working fine. He made asuggestion, to help with the unit start up, which I followed.Daniel R. Was there to replace the brand new faucet that Josh had installed when he was here. Let me make it clear there was absolutely nothing wrong with the faucet. It’s just that I missed the sprayer that was an integral part of it . So while not economically sound on my part, I wanted the sprayer..Dan R. arrived at the beginning of the time frame and was very pleasant.Lonnie arrived on 6/5/21 and we talked about the A/C unit and the drain system. He got it running in several minutes and removed the secondary block that was causing the problem.

From the beginning, everyone we spoke to was pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Although my issue was not an emergency, we were able to obtain a same day appointment. Tyler came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to correct the issue within an hour. Not only was he professional, Tyler was also very personable and easy to talk to and deal with.
