Best Leaky Fixture in Saint Petersburg FL

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

I called because I needed someone to fix a broken faucet in our upstairs bathroom. They came in the very same day and fixed the faucet in no time. The plumber the sent out was very professional. These guys obviously had a lot of plumbing experience and if I ever need future plumbing help, I'll call this company again.

So, around 8 months ago, I found a door knocker on my door and I happened to needed electrical work done so I called. A friendly voice told me when they could come estimate the job. When my tech got there, he took lots of pictures and sent them back to the office. I ask him if he was an electrician and he said “no”, I’m just taking pictures??. After a long talk with his office contact, he gave the phone to me and some guy tells me that the price would be $2,200 for the work. I told him I would get 2 more estimates and he said: “other companies might leave you without power for 24 hours & we have a warranty & he tried to pressure me”. I thanked him but I knew the price was excessive. The work in question was splicing 2 line wires and running two 3 foot load wires from the panel to the meter……about one hours work.The other 2 estimates from licensed electricians were $400 & $250. The lower priced man came and did the job in 22 minutes. I clocked him then I called Duke who turned my power back on in 1 hour a total of 1:45 without power.If I do the math Performance would have charged exactly $100 per minute. I will leave it up to the reader to make their own conclusions about this company.————————I wrote a letter to the owner but heard nothing. Yesterday, after 8 months, I received a call by a sales person to respond to my review. She offered no apology just wanted to sell me more. Her offer was to send a team out twice in the next year to inspect my AC. I inquired if this would be free. She said: “Oh no it would not be free”. These people just never quit. How do these “scammers” stay in business?The culture of integrity & honesty of a company comes from the top down……nothing more needs to be said.

I called Romo's on Mothers Day with a major issue at my beach condo. They answered the phone, listened to my issue and referred me to another plumber who had the hydro equipment I needed. Thank you!

Had an issue with a kinked waterline and when Doug and Loui fixed it, the water was tricking out in my tub. It was late in the day and to late to do anymore work so I ran to get a new cartridge and they arrived the next day very early and fixed it in about an hour. It was clogged with sediment. Very happy with this company and I would let people know they were very fair with the price. Will use them again. Hopefully not to soon!

Our Hot water stopped because of the old timer. CODY C did a quick and professional job. Very nice to help out a couple of old ladies. My friend wanted to adopt him. Price very reasonable. Thank you Cody. 😊

These gentlemen were VERY good- professional and clean. What i really appreciate is they give an estimate first and then they are prepared to do the work right then - no reexplaining to a new crew what the estimate involved.

Found this company on Angie's List which is TOP RATED. I called the Better Business Bureau who also lists EVERYDAY as TOP RATED. Mark from Everyday immediately called me to schedule an appointment early the next day. Patrick, their plumbing representative arrived early which was appreciated. Patrick was as professional as they come. Everyday has my business for life.

We have used McGill Plumbing a few times in the past. But, this time our service provider, Ryan M., went above and beyond in taking care of our needs and in meeting our requests for cleanliness. He is not only an experienced professional but he is also kind, courteous, and conscientious. We praise Jesus for him and we wish that all service professionals were more like him! He was able to resolve the primary issue with our toilet even with an odd and troublesome flange opening. His work gives my wife and I peace of mind which is greatly appreciated! We have no hesitation in referring others to McGill and we will always request Ryan M. for any future plumbing needs.

Needed a plumber to install a toilet and replace a faucet. The plumber we have used in the past no longer available. I was very satisfied with the service and response time. I would recommend and use them in future.
