Best Leaky Fixture in Saint Petersburg FL

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

I would highly recommend Advanced Plumbing! I am in property management and we use Advanced Plumbing for our property, and they always provided great service and quality work, however, I had not used them personally until last weekend when I had a bad plumbing back up. When I called Saturday late afternoon, someone actually answered the phone and I asked about weekend emergency rates and he stated that they are the same as regular rates. He dispatched Gavin, who called to give me his ETA and arrived when he said he would. He was excellent! He went above and beyond, he found and solved my plumbing problem and I can't thank him and Advanced Plumbing enough.

Cody was pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous enough to explain each step to me. This communication made me more trusting that he was there to help and concerned with my satisfaction and the continued optimum performance of my AC.

Thank you to Zack and Mason for installing our new water heater. They arrived when scheduled and got it done quickly and professionally.

Awesome Plumbing Team! Just had some critical plumbing with my toilet and sewer clean out. Very reasonable and responsive with exceptional customer service. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs

Initially, they helped with a leaking toilet and appeared to do quality work. They were referred to me. Although my first scheduled appointment was cancelled last minute, I was pleased with the work.

Fast forward about 60 days when the same toilet was not working properly. I had a plumber come out to check the lines. Same plumber that had referred me for the removal and resealing and placing/grouting the toilet. It was determined the lines were completely clear so they suggested I contact Plum Crazy again. It may have something to do with the job they did.

I called several times and never received a return phone call. So unprofessional and unacceptable. Return the call! PERIOD! Stand by your work.

Since they did not have the professionalism to call me back, the original plumber came back and took care of the issue created by Plum Crazy; which ended up being a foreign object was left when the commode was replaced. It was a wire.

Anyway, I would strongly DISCOURAGE anyone from hiring Plum Crazy. Unprofessional, and certainly do not stand behind their work!

I simply stated what was found, not that the plumber assisting said you had left a tool. Perhaps you should call people back when you have performed service and are paid to stand by your work. Had you actually responded to the four attempts of me trying to reach you to address the problem rather than not communicating at all, you would have been able to see what the problem was and make your own assessment. Notice that you are focused on yourself and not me, the customer, or standing behind your work. Thank goodness I have the ability to warn others that you do not take the proper care to respond to your customers.

Terrance, Brent and Mike are wonderful! They let us know what they are doing and the next steps. Very professional but also personable. Would highly recommend them!

Cody did an excellent job today! He found the issue and repaired it the same day. We have functioning AC again!!

Corey took time out of his busy schedule to assist me with my plumbing issue over the phone. With finances being tight, my best option was to find a way to clear out the whatever was causing the clog in my pipes. Corey very professionally and compassionately discussed with me the different options that I had both with the company and if I were to do it my self. With his professional guidance I was able to clear the pipe of the clog and can happily say I will be hiring these guys again in the near future to do a thorough check and maintenance of my homes plumbing systems! I want to Thank Joe Morin and his Team Member for solving a 10year Old Water Leak Mistery. He also, disconnected an old dirty water filter system that was being infused with my drinking water. They cleaned up everything nicely. I will definitely use Paradise Bay Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues.

Tomily came out to my physical therapy clinic and in a matter of a few minutes fixed a leak in a sink that had been going on for months that other professionals attempted to fix. He's super knowledgeable and will listen to your needs. Fantastic guy and company!

Aaron did a great job, hydro jetting my 50 year old sewer pipes. Cleaned out all the scale and installed a clean out for future use. I appreciate his hard work.
