Best Leaky Faucet in Saint Petersburg FL

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

I wasted a week of my time on a 'free estimate' from Cass plumbing. After meeting with their plumber, they never provided the estimate, and never followed up with me. After I called them multiple times to inquire, I was promised an estimate, only to later be told they're not licensed in my area and can't do the work! They advertise they are available to work in my area (Pinellas, FL) and even provide a local phone number. I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of service.

They the only one of three plumbing companies who where able to fix the problem which as I understand wasn’t all that difficult! Ric was on time and thorough. Called at 8am and they were here by 11:30 for a clogged drain. Quick and efficient. Friendly personal. Very reasonably priced. Would use again when the need comes. Recommend to any that have plumbing needs.
