I live in a senior apartment complex that will not put money towards a permanent solution in fixing the kitchen sink that backs up/floods from other residents. Thus far I have stayed up twice (all nite) emptying the back-up to prevent my apartment from flooding. Terrell came out from All Seasons Plumbing and installed a 'Back-Flow Preventer'. It was money spent out of my own pocket, but I now have 'peace of mind' that I have control of the next time the pipes get clogged. Was given a discount and service was both professional and prompt.
