Best Hour Emergency in Saint Petersburg FL

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Jared was fantastic! He was able to accommodate coming out fairly quickly and was able to repair our issues within a few hours. They are reasonably priced and I would recommend Flow Pros to anyone in the Tampa Bay Area.

They came out the same day, and the dispatch lady was extremely friendly and helpful. Honestly I plan to use them again if anything ever comes up, I haven't ever been so pleased with a plumbing service. The plumber that came out to my house was extremely friendly and helpful as well.

The pricing was extremely reasonable in my opinion as well.

I had my home re-piped due to old polybutylene pipes. Dennis came out to my house, walked me through the process, and gave me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and he set my expectations my high. Not only did Chris, John, and Jose met those expectations, they exceeded them. Their work was impeccable! I knew that having holes in the dry wall was inevitable, but they made fewer holes than predicted. I have an island sink in my kitchen and was told by other plumbers I would have a hole behind the sink. Not so! They routed the piping through the attic, a plant shelf down behind the stove. They also put panels over the areas where they had to cut. I have minimal drywall repair. Stellar job guys!

I don't often write reviews but my experience was so upsetting I feel I should warn the unwary. First experience was great (Richard). Tried to follow up with him to do a few more things. Scheduled him specifically yesterday (week and a half wait but I wanted the same person, Richard, to do the work and they said that was his first availability). Was called yesterday saying he could come early and I let the receptionist guy know to call my husband since he may be home already and would be happy to see him earlier if that works better. Texted husband to let him know to expect the call, he was home and ready.

No call. No show even at the appointed time. 1.5hours after the appointment I'm off work so I call the receptionist again and he says, derr, still want someone to come out? and I say of course! Wasn't Richard scheduled at 2? Even if he didn't come early why didn't he come on time? He's been there before? Did someone call my husband? Didn't we just discuss this earlier??

Him: Uh, derrr, I can get someone out now. Me: Isn't it too late? Its almost 2 hours past the appointment time, is Richard even in the area? Him: Guhhh, I can send someone now. Me: Wait, who? Who are you sending? Him: ...Marcus? Me:No, nevermind. Good bye.

Straight up lied to me, I'd made it very clear who I was wanting to schedule and the run around and deceit is inexcusable. If something happened, an emergency, then play it straight and we can work with it. This was just him lieing and pawing me off because someone dropped the ball at some point or a good worker was moved around and I was left to deal with it.

Richard, if you read this, you should find a better company to work for. Seriously, you often end up cast in the same light as those you associate with and I would never call Cass Plumbing again.

Spoke with the wife who was extremely helpful and friendly. We had an emergency situation that we didn't find until 4:30pm. Terrell was out THAT evening by 7:15pm. Terrell is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and is scheduled to come back today to make the repair. Thanks All Seasons Plumbing! You are now our 'go to' plumber for our three homes in St. Petersburg, FL

Steve, the air conditioning service person, checked out our system and told us exactly what he had done & was going to send us photos of what he did. We would definitely recommend him and will ask for him next time we need anything done for our air conditioner.

Found this company on Angie's List which is TOP RATED. I called the Better Business Bureau who also lists EVERYDAY as TOP RATED. Mark from Everyday immediately called me to schedule an appointment early the next day. Patrick, their plumbing representative arrived early which was appreciated. Patrick was as professional as they come. Everyday has my business for life.

Plumbing by Paul was involved in a complete house renovation for us. They did a fine job. We had a few hiccups along the way but they were good about coming back to address issues. The guys who did the work were professional and cared about the finished product.

Professional service with very courteous and respectful staff. New water heater and new faucet set installed. Work was completed in a little over 2 hours. No mess to clean up. Price was in line with what they quoted on the phone. Highly recommend this company!!
