The service was great--the technician was polite, professional, and helpful, and even though it took a significantly longer time than expected to fix the problem, I was charged the price I was quoted when I called ($185 to fix a toilet that was backing up into the shower). I am extremely satisfied with this company and I will be using them again.

I have used slaughter plumbing for repair, new construction, and for a water softener. In each case they did good work and were courteous and responsive to my schedule requirements. They earned their money.

Both Buddy the tech and Alex the salesman were great! Tony, the young man who did all of the physical work for eight hours in our condo , was fabulous. He worked away like crazy – – he sweat so much. He deserves a bonus!

Charles responded to my message right away when our water heater stopped working. He texted ahead to let me know when he'd be stopping by and came right on time. Charles was friendly and very kind to my two little boys who were curious about his work. It ended up being a simple fix, and he didn't even charge me! I am so appreciative to have hot water and to have found a good plumber. I will definitely be calling Plumbgreat again!

Spoke with the wife who was extremely helpful and friendly. We had an emergency situation that we didn't find until 4:30pm. Terrell was out THAT evening by 7:15pm.
