We have been using I Find Leaks for years when it comes to water leak detection. We area local plumber here in the bay area and sometimes when the leak is hidden, we have these guys come out with their infrared leak equipment. They ALWAYS find the leak.

They came out the same day, and the dispatch lady was extremely friendly and helpful. Honestly I plan to use them again if anything ever comes up, I haven't ever been so pleased with a plumbing service. The plumber that came out to my house was extremely friendly and helpful as well.

The pricing was extremely reasonable in my opinion as well.

In an emergency they try their best to get out there as soon as possible that has been my experience with them they're a little pricey in my opinion but over the years they have been very good to me

Bought a condo on March 1 2021. Previous owners had a contract on the a/c unit with Fast of Florida. Contract was paid up until May 23. Confirmed this with the front office. Right before we closed the previous owners had the unit serviced and the guy who did the work suggested that the coils be replaced, as they were very rusty and starting to crumble. Owners were told part was under warranty, so it was ordered. Was supposed to be installed the day before closing, but Fast called the owners and told them they would have to postpone the install because their guy was sick and couldn't make it. They relayed the info to me. A few days after closing, the a/c unit stopped working. I called immediately and said please come out with that part asap and install it. They couldn't find it. They said it had been sitting in the warehouse for too long and that someone else used it for another job. They then told me that the part was out of stock and the manufacturer wouldn't be able to ship the part for 2 weeks. In the meantime, I asked AGAIN if the part was in fact under warranty, and after several phone calls and pleads for an answer, they finally confirmed that it was. Part finally comes in 2 weeks later and they go out to install it. They called and told me the part was NOT under warranty, and they were having trouble installing it, and that I should just go ahead and replace the whole system. WHAT?? I explained to the general manager on the phone the entire history of the unit (he knew nothing about anything), and he then proceeded to tell me that no one in his office told me the part was under warranty, and insinuated that I was not being truthful!!!!!!!! To say I was irate was an understatement lol. After lots of arguing back and forth I finally just dropped them and called another AC company, Paradise Air, to help me fix the problem. I did end up replacing the unit. In the meantime, Fast called me back and told me that they really wanted to keep me as a customer, and that they could give me a really good discount on a new unit. The price he quoted me was $500 MORE than what Paradise Air was charging at their regular price!!!! I basically said no thanks and hung up. I have NEVER written a bad review about anything before but this was so egregious that I felt like I had to let everyone know not to do business with them. They were rude, underhanded, and called me AND the previous owners liars. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Shawn did a GREAT job (as he always does). I was very pleased to see him and I knew he would do an outstanding job! I would like him to be assigned to my account because I know he will do an outstanding job.

Had an issue with a water heater and Charles was able to diagnose the issue and replace it same day. He was very helpful in explaining the problem and was upfront about pricing. He was also able to walk me through other issues throughout the home. I recommend Charles and plan on having him come out for more work in the near future!

I am a single, professional woman (Registered Nurse), and I must say this is the very first time I have been completely taken advantage of. My electric went out completely, my trusted A/C repairman, Brian with Bateman A/C (highly recommend), came out to check a/c and checked breaker box and recognized my main breaker was just about gone. Well, it was and my electric went out completely on a Friday. I was frantic, 2 refrigerators full of food, 2 dogs in the house, no internet, so I used my phone and Midway came up first, fast service was the logo. I called at 8am and was today tech would be out between 9-11, he showed at llam. Long story short, after several calls were made to the boss, he told me the entire breaker panel would need to replaced, he would work up a quote, several more calls to the boss. My quote $2800, it's about 11:30 am and the temp is rising close to 80, I almost started crying, I pleaded, wasn't there something else he could do. No way, but they offered financing, REALLY! They had me, it was Friday, the weekend coming and the temp rising, so I agreed. They were here until after 6pm and came back on Sat. at llam. After speaking with neighbors and friends, I discovered this very same service averages from $900. to the most expensive I could find was $1600. So plug into your neighbors elec., and shop around, DO NOT USE MIDWAY. I have dedicated most of my life helping and caring for others and to be so blantantly taken advantage of is a crime, this must be what rape feels like. Lesson learned.I have been lucky with most service providers and this will never happen to me again.
