I tried to use this business but it seems they do not need anymore customers. I initially called on the morning of May 6th about a repair on my water softener and new filters on my reverse osmosis system. I was happy the someone(my mom cannot remember his name) had come to my house and bypassed the water softener. He told my mother that there was no charge today and he would order the parts and bill me then. I hadn't heard anything so i called on May 17th and reached Cheryl who let me know there was no order for my property and would get back to me. That did not happen. I called on May 18th and spoke with Sharon who told me she could not find the order for my property either. She then stated that the guy that works on water softeners will be back in tomorrow(May 19th). She told me she would look into it and call me that afternoon. Needless to say i have heard nothing! I have now hired a different local plumber!

Scott was so prompt and dependable and went out of his way to complete this job . I appreciate all he did.

The tech called when he was on his way and arrived when he said. He went over the entire system and made sure it was running properly. He didn't rush with his inspection and gave me a breakdown of what he found when he was done. Good job at a fair price.

I had a hot water slab leak at my house. Justin recommended me to have the company Leak Tracker come out and pinpoint the leak. Once that was done Justin was great at getting me through the rest of the process. Gave me a couple of options to choose from, and the proper advice needed for each option.
He was able to fix the leak for me and get my house back to normal.
Angie was a pleasure to work with for the billing.
Everyone there that I spoke to or interacted with were great. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Charles responded to my message right away when our water heater stopped working. He texted ahead to let me know when he'd be stopping by and came right on time. Charles was friendly and very kind to my two little boys who were curious about his work. It ended up being a simple fix, and he didn't even charge me! I am so appreciative to have hot water and to have found a good plumber. I will definitely be calling Plumbgreat again!
