Nathan from Slaughter was professional and very polite he did the repairs and cleaned up after he was finished. I have been using Slaughter for over 25 years and I have never been disappointed.

He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. Service on leaking dishwasher. Solved problem and gave excellent advise on how to prevent a recurrence, at low cost. Timely and professional.

Cancelled on me twice before actually showing up. Charged a high price just to show up and had a very high quote that I did not use the company for. I would not recommend using this company

Tentative review-had them out twice-one to repipe the entire house and once to fix the range hood. Both times someone had to come back again to fix things done wrong the first time. Each time the second tech said oh yeah, those guys didn't know what they were doing. Please send someone who knows what they're doing the first time!

I wouldn't use going forward. Their prices are not reasonable and the tech blatantly lied during visit.

Aaron was great. He came out and helped me when other plumbing company's told me the earliest was 5 days away with an active leak. His price was reasonable and I appreciate everything he did especially since the holidays are coming and this is an unexpected expense. Thanks Aaron.

I recently called Garrett about a sewer line issue at a rental house I own. Garrett has a good reputation although I had not used them. When you call you actually get an answering service. I got a call back from Garrett and we both agreed that the job required an estimate. They said that Gary would be calling me back that day. The next day I called and they told me that Gary was out of the office. Two days after my initial call Gary called me and left a message. Within 30 minutes I called him back but was told that he was out of the office. Gary left another message saying that the best time to call him was the afternoon and was told to leave a message. I explained that we had been playing phone tag throughout the day so that person said they would find Gary and to stay on the line. I then got someone in the office that told me I had been speaking with their answering service. This was at 2:00 pm on a Thursday. That person then told me that they were very busy and could not get to me for weeks anyway. I called another plumbing business that took care of the problem the next day. Very confusing to do business with Garrett. I cannot comment on how their work is. They should have told me up front that they could not help me for weeks.

We appreciate great service and reliability and if you are looking for that also… you can stop looking! Jims called us back quickly and got us on the schedule right away. They also gave quality service and exceptional communication!!!
