Best Heat Pump Installation in Saint Petersburg FL

I had an emergency with my water heater, one of the hoses sprang a leak at around 9:00 PM 12/27/16. The turn off valve was stripped and not working, and I could not find the main shut off outside. I called Slaughter and the technician promised to come out within an hour. He arrived sooner than expected and immediately begin to work on the problem. He was polite, friendly and efficient. He removed the old flexible hoses and used copper to replace them. I would definitely recommend Slaughter, and the cost was reasonable too, considering the late hour.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Brandon was excellent! He asked for a rundown of our behavior and experience with the sinks/showers/commodes so he could best investigate and remedy the clogging issue. Then he was totaling engaged in multiple parallel efforts. They net result he was very thorough and gave us tips on possible reasons for the clogging and how best to prevent recurrence. I just got my sink fixed by them and I shot the pipe and then It started leaking again they promised if there was another problem they would fix it but they didn't.
