I just want to say that Romos plumbing is very professional, they were knowledgeable and helpful, very curtieus , they explained everything in easy a way to understand, they cleaned up and it was definitely a calm experience, Jacson and Joey are great young men and I would definitely want them back on my next project. I have worked for Cornerstone Plumbing for over 3 years, most of the employees are guys who have been here over 10 years. That speaks volumes about the company in my book. I have been a plumber in Florida for over 35 years, and even owned and operated my own local plumbing company and this company represents what I think a professional plumbing company should look and feel like. Having worked at quite a few shops, the care that is put into the customer satisfaction is unparalleled with any other plumbing company I have worked for or heard about.
This company wants to be your plumber from now on, as opposed to some companies who want the big money real fast, customer service be damned.
The care that is put towards training employees is like nothing I have experienced, this company actually prides itself in training and promoting its employees and sends them to plumbing school, at the companies expense. What companies would dare do that in todays atmosphere?
I truly believe I have found a home, a place I am PROUD to say I work at and even prouder to say I represent.

Corey took time out of his busy schedule to assist me with my plumbing issue over the phone. With finances being tight, my best option was to find a way to clear out the whatever was causing the clog in my pipes. Corey very professionally and compassionately discussed with me the different options that I had both with the company and if I were to do it my self. With his professional guidance I was able to clear the pipe of the clog and can happily say I will be hiring these guys again in the near future to do a thorough check and maintenance of my homes plumbing systems! Mark from Everyday immediately called me to schedule an appointment early the next day. Patrick, their plumbing representative arrived early which was appreciated. Patrick was as professional as they come. Everyday has my business for life.

Josh did an outstanding job for my Wife and I. He was on time, very courteous, most informative and he fixed our two issues in a very short period of time! I would love to be able to have Josh as our plumber anytime we have issues. He had a difficult issue with our drain, yet he worked through it and solved our problem. We were blessed to have Josh!

We called and got an appointment on Friday, they said they would be here before noon on Monday. At 1:00 no call no show. I called to find out what was going on and they said they would be here this afternoon. An hour later I was called back and told they weren't going to be able to make it today.Very unprofessional!!! No consideration and terrible customer service! I would never recommend this company to anyone! Clearly they don't care about their customers!

I wanted to leave a review for your business. I did not use you today, but my daughter did. This is the second time they called you. Richard, the technician who went to their home, both times, treated them as if they were his daughters. He went above and beyond to make sure they were completely satisfied with his work, explaining what and why he did what he did and explained what they can do in the future to keep the problems from recurring. It is a pleasure to find this type of kindness and excellent workmanship in today’s world. I personally will recommend your company to people in need of a plumber. Tyler and Junior were on time, responsive, efficient and very professional. I received an estimate for the work. They answered all my questions.

I was able to communicate with them prior to actual business hours through their web solution. I got a return communication once the business opened, and scheduled my appointment. The team showed up within the allotted appointment time period and we’re able to replace my water heater before close of business the first day I reached out to them. Very professional!
