Called after hours, tech Jamie called me back within minutes, showed up 30 minutes early, knew exactly how to solve the problem. He was in and out. Well worth it. This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Great service from start to finish!!! No pressure sales. Gave me Two options for my AC unit... fix it or replace. Decided to replace the system since it was 11 years old already and the cost of fixing did not make sense. Jeremy and Chris C. came out to put the new one in. They did an awesome job and made sure to explain how everything worked. We had an issue with the drain line that was very hard to solve. They would not leave until the issue was fixed! Would highly recommend this company!

I have used Romo's Plumbing twice now on our new house and they have been fantastic! We had an issue with our tenant's water pressure and there was someone out the next morning right on time, found and fixed the issue, all within an hour. We also used them for a tankless water heater installation and they were great. Romo and his crew truly do amazing work and are so friendly and professional, we won't be calling anyone else but Romo's!

Great service, plumber was on time, he took extra care to cover my floor and the inside of the cabinet. The drain was unclogged and is now running smoothly.

Changing out old dryer with new dryer, checking electrical panel wiring capacity, wiring to dryer. Recommending better dryer exhaust vent products. Providing information on a total house electrical switch and plug replacement/upgrade for a 25 year old house.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.
