i'm from Pennsylvania and have a place in Largo , my neighbor called me Saturday to tell me that our new water line installed by another company was leaking. i looked up Slaughter and left a message with the answering service person to have someone contact me first thing Monday morning. i received that phone call and before i landed in Florida the lines was repaired and they did a fantastic job. Have used them in the past with great results. Brayne was the Tech. Notified me early and got here early! Brought me to the units to explain great detail and show me exactly what he found. Not just telling me. Loved that! We were considering the need for replacement. So he contacted Office and Alex was able to meet with me and give me many options for New. I contacted Performance to get an estimate for repairs to a the air conditioning in a small commercial space. They were able to send a tech out the next day. Beau was professional and able to explain the options and pricing we had, and set up a free estimate for replacing the unit. So far, a good experience working with this business.

Midway performed a repipe on my home.I called Midway to evaluate a plumbing issue and they determined that I had a leak under my slab. After thoroughly discussing my options with Josh, who was helpful and knowledgeable, it was clear that a repipe was the best decision for me and my home. This was a difficult financial surprise for me to have to manage, but the crew from Midway really impressed me, alleviating much of the psychological burden. The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.
