I called Romo's Plumbing for some plumbing services today. From my first call and through the entire process, everyone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The women that answered my call, and took down my details, had great customer service skills, and made my call feel welcomed. Romo called me shortly thereafter, to confirm my details of my needs, he was very customer focused and friendly, he gave me a estimated price for diagnosis, and a technician was out within a few hours to assess my needs. Zach was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of his assessment and recommended a plan of action.. The cost was fair and everything was done super quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again. Customer service was excellent. They made me feel like a family member and not just a customer or client.

He was efficient, effective and professional in every way. I would recommend him and the Performance team for any AC work.

Apollo Plumbing just replaced our sewer line that runs the entire length of our front yard. They did a amazing job. They protected our grass to keep the path of dirt to a minimum. They even went the extra distance to put our paver border back, replanted our plants, and put the shells back in the flower bed. Thanks Apollo!

Regardless of what the business is. He was respectful of my home and treated it as it were his own. The prices for the services needed were more than fair. I've used these folks a few times now. My tenants clogged the main line coming from the house. Bob Franks was out there later that day and took care of it. Told us the problem was most likely the TP they were using. When I talked to the tenants, it was confirmed they were using the TP that doesn't break down quickly. Swapped it out then no more problems...until the next tenant who ignored our recommendations and clogged the line again. This time Bob Franks gave me a discount on cleaning out the clog, and they also installed an additional cleanout to make servicing easier in the future. Good group of folks, and honest. I'll use them again no questions asked.
