Very professional service, Louis provided such a great work in our place. He was on time, fast, clean and very professional. Would happily use his service in future and would recommend to friends and family.
They also were very fast in getting things sorted out so that the work gets started asap. Less than 24 hrs from initial contact till the new heater was installed and running.

I got 4 different estimates before I contacted these gentlemen to come out. Came home from a weekend getaway to find a flooded first floor due to a water heater that crapped out after 17 years. I called Stephen at McGill at 10:30am and explained the situation. He sent Kyle out to the house. He was courteous, professional and did a great job explaining the process. Forty-five minutes later, Stephen arrived with the new water heater. Kyle finished the installation and was done by 1:00. I couldn’t be more pleased with this service call from Kyle and Stephen. Really appreciate your ability to help our family in short notice.

This is by far the worst plumbing company I have ever seen. They were called 3 times to our apartment these past two days, worked 3 times, and solved absolutely nothing. Now we have to call them again because the problem persists. They were supposed to fix some clogged pipes, but we had to call them again and again because they leave and the toilets are still clogged and sewage water is flooding our bathtub. This is ridiculous. I wonder if they expect to be paid for this poor job they are doing. Awful. Stay away.
