I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. Very pleased w Austin . He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. I'm retracting my previous review, since just recently I had them come out on a plumbing call, not only did they send technicians that did not have any of the required equipment, but they used my tools and wet vac. 4hrs later they were unavailable to get the job done because they didn't have the proper equipment. The manager was supposed to calle back, after I've left several messages and here we are almost 2 weeks later and not one call back. I'm very disappointed in this company. I thought they were different from the rest... apparently not!

Marvin who is with performance was a professional from arrival to departure. He is the only one. My wife and I want to do our ac work. We have had him out three times and it has always been a repeat of his professionalism.

I hired this company to come out and unclog a drain, they left me with a $533 bill, drain still clogged and made the assumption I would need to replace the entire sewer line without ever finding the problem. I gave them the benefit of a doubt and was told they would reach out at the latest the following Monday to schedule an estimator to replace my line, it is now Tuesday. Had I known I was paying them hourly to poke around my front yard with a rod, I would have cancelled them as soon as I was told they could not unclog the drain. Not to mention the water that continued to run for two hours as a plumber aerated my lawn.... Personally if it was my company and I left a job worse than when I arrived there wouldn’t be a charge.

We had kind of an emergency situation. Lamar and crew saved the day. It is not easy replacing an AC in August but they did it! He was honest, informed and professional. Very happy with this service.
