Best Clogged Drain in Saint Petersburg FL

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Kyle was a nice and courteous employee. He listened to my explanation of my problem, explained his repair plan and associated cost and gave me the option of choosing how I wanted to proceed. He then made the repair accordingly. I would not hesitate to recommend Performance Air and Kyle to my family and friends.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Romo himself came out to the house and fixed my disposal. He even taught me a few things about how to keep it clean. I will definitely be using them in the future and for any recommendations!

I had scheduled a different vendor to address my issue but after 3 cancelled appointments I contacted Charles. Charles was quick to respond, arrive, provide a quote and get the job done. Charles even recommended that I not perform maintenance that was suggested by the first vendor and explained to me why he was making the suggestion. Charles is now my go to guy for all my plumbing needs.

Ryan B. Was phenomenal. He treated my grandmother very well and provided excellent service while maintaining an incredible personality. He was very professional and went above and beyond for her. Fixing her issue. Highly recommend this company and specifically Ryan. Thank you!

Had an issue with a kinked waterline and when Doug and Loui fixed it, the water was tricking out in my tub. It was late in the day and to late to do anymore work so I ran to get a new cartridge and they arrived the next day very early and fixed it in about an hour. It was clogged with sediment. Very happy with this company and I would let people know they were very fair with the price. Will use them again. Hopefully not to soon!

Justin, the service tech, did a great job, quickly and at a great price! I highly recommend him and Performance AC, Electrical and Plumbing. This is the third time I’ve used them and all three times have been great experiences.

I had a simple kitchen drain clog. I paid over $360 for this company to do nothing but run a snake through my kitchen pipe ( which I had already removed for them) the clog was back in about 1 week later. They came out a second time and ran the same snake through the same pipe(never going on the roof to run the snake) and 1 week later the clog became worst because what they did was cause a blockage with my washer which runs on the same drain. They never fixed my problem and I had to call another company who came out and fixed my problem from the roof. Everyday wanted me to pay an additional $250 to run a camera through my pipes But that would do nothing for the clog. I feel robbed and will not recommend this company to anyone.

I had an issue with the water pipe in my wall while replacing my water heater. I called and Paul was here within 2 hours. Stayed late and helped me finish the water heater install. Super nice guy and very reasonable price. I am happy I found a local plumber who cares about his customers.

The Companies pricing was a lot. $225.00 to start. Mind you. It took about 1 foot of PVC, 1/2 inch, 2 Elbows, a Plastic shut off and glue. It took like 20 minutes.. Wow. Expensive..
I did ask and received a Senior Discount.of 10%. Which we totally appreciated.

The guys showed up right on time to install our new hose bib. They did an excellent job, were clean, courteous and efficient. We've used McGill plumbing several times and have never been disappointed in the slightest.

We had kind of an emergency situation. Lamar and crew saved the day. It is not easy replacing an AC in August but they did it! He was honest, informed and professional. Very happy with this service.

Adrian and Jared are the best! They came through for us at the last minute today and were able to resolve our issues the same day. Adrian has done work for us previously when we had an emergency leak from our kitchen waste pipe. During a stressful time for our family, Adrian was able to clearly and patiently explain what we needed to do to resolve the leak. Jared and Adrian were able to squeeze us in last minute, they made multiple trips for parts to fix our problem and they were both playful and patient with out crazy pup, Parker! Thank you again guys!
