Best A/C System Maintenance in Saint Petersburg FL

I flush my toilet and find out the drain is clogged. Both my bathrooms are now disabled and it's 4PM SUNDAY......fantastic!!!

I hit up google to find an emergency service. First company says next day, second company doesn't answer the phone, third company is Slaughter. I happened to get lucky with my timing so their guy arrives in 10 minutes. The guy (Jeff) is friendly and energetic. Right away he's hustling and lugging heavy equipment around like a beast.

Cost was $250 and he finished in less than an hour. I have no clue if the price is competitive, but it was late on a Sunday and they got my house up and running again......money well spent. I'm new to Largo and this is the first time I've needed a plumber, they will be my first call the next time I need someone.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

I always try to do an honest review. I usually wait until all services are completed for an accurate review. There is one more item needing completion, but I feel confident they will follow through!Installation was done on the day promised. I contracted on Sunday and it was installed on Monday. They were very professional and clean. I would give them a 5 star on installing.Billing was easy. Paying with a credit card was convenient and also gave me a digital record that came in handy later. There were several discrepancies in billing that some people may have overlooked if not diligent in reviewing the bill and the signed contract. All discrepancies were corrected! I would give billing a 3 star rating.Communication: Troy stayed in touch when questions were raised., but communication between installer and management led to u v light not installed as contracted. Had I not questioned if it was installed, I think it would not have been done!I also contracted for a 2” filter box. It was installed but was set up for a 1” filter. The installers need to come back and remove the 1” rack so that it will accept a 2” filter.City Inspection: The city has to do a final inspection. A date was set and the inspector gives you an 81/2 hour window. He was a no show! Performance has to reschedule with no guarantee of him showing up. Be prepared to be frustrated and waste your time because YOU have to be present! No word yet on next inspection date.In conclusion, I would recommend Performance.

First experience dealing with Everyday Plumber this week handling plumbing install work in our office building and it was tremendous. I have been fortunate to meet with Dennis Schneider in the Remodal division of Midway who has directed the remodeling of three bathrooms for me. Because of my physical disabilities I had need for multiple hand rails in each bathroom as well as high-rise toilets, special toilet seats and a bathroom cabinet designed especially for my needs. Dennis and his team, including Donny, made sure that each bathroom completely met my wants and needs and I am very thankful for all the work he has directed for my benefit. Thank You!

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. Guardian Electric did the electrical grounding. Thanks to all Adam, Anthony, Jake, Jacob & Josh. I will be hiring Guardian for all of my home projects.

Work got knocked out in under an hour, affordable price, and no wait time for the plumber to show up. Overall great experience!

The tech. Is very nice. The only thing is the appointment is yesterday and we waiting and waiting and after they call us to reschedule for today.
