Plumbing by Paul has helped me two times.
The first time I called, the washer at my guest cottage was backing up into the shower and my guests were complaining. Apollo Plumbing took pictures all the way down the drain line then told me Too Bad. There was nothing they could do. Apollo said the underground pipe out to the alley was not at the proper angle to empty. So then I called Plumbing by Paul. Plumbing by Paul took a look and said I needed to install an air vent behind the washer discharge pipe to prevent an airlock and allow the evacuation of water from the washer to the sewer in the alley. They installed the air vent. There has never been a backup again!

The second time I called Plumbing by Paul, I had a leak under my new bathroom sink. The Plumbing by Paul serviceman pointed out that the sink installer had failed to put a collar around the top of the pipe going down from the sink. He put a collar on the pipe and that fixed the leak. It was perfect. My charge: $94.00 and worth every penny. I am so happy.

Saturday morning water heater went out. Within two hours, Junior was at my house with a 50gal tank that I wanted and a 40 gal if the 50 would not fit. Two hours after that, Frank and Junior had the old 40gal out of the attic through a drop down stair and the new 50 gal in its place. It was a difficult swap as water heaters go and on a Saturday afternoon. My wife and kids won't take one shower without hot water because Junior and Frank gave up their Saturday afternoon to complete a difficult water heater swap. The entire time they acted as if they were glad to be there.

I couldn't find a plumbing company to find my flow restriction in a recently purchased condo. The water heater had been replaced in 2022. In the 1st floor laundry and bathroom, we had a cold water flow restriction. Having a great past relationship with Allen's as a young company, I called and ended up taking with Allen. After discussion I asked Allen if they would come to Tampa and take a shot. The following morning, after checking all obvious things, Allen came over. The next thing they were blowing out a segment of pipe. All of a sudden, this big blue marble like object rolls out and into the street. Allen recognized this as a part used in the Mor Flo water heater, which had been replaced in 2022. They put the system back together and the flow in laundry and bathroom is perfect.
