Great company, friendly customer service, Paul and Ernie were prompt and went straight to work. They did a wonderful job fixing our problem. At a time when I'm sure they would have both liked to have been home enjoying dinner,they were friendly and determined to fix the problem ,I have used this company before,and will remain a faithful lifetime customer, and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

I discovered a kitchen leak early in the morning in the home we are still moving into. I called and scheduled a same day service. By the time they arrived ( within 4 hours of calling) I had an additional 3 issues. Brad and DJ took it all in stride and resolved 3 of 4 issues. The 4th issue could have been repaired- but some good advice from Brad has given us options that are better than I hoped for. They were clean, neat, professional, even though I was the last call of the day.

I took over my parents house that is from 1970, so I have had to update EVERYTHING and Trust EB has help me do that with class, reassurance and quality. Today I need them again and Michael and Richard came out and were soooo friendly, worked so hard, went about and beyond (like their owners does because he goes out to houses too) and they were such gentlemen. If you want quality, and not treated like a number, and help you not freak out, lol, then go with TRUST EB PLUMBING. They are amazing, just like Michael and Richard were today!!!!!

Webb was amazing - he was professional, thorough, and kind. We had a leak that was hard to detect and he did not give up. He gave above and beyond and I could not recommend them more. He explained everything and responded quickly. I would pick him first to any family and friends and would not go to anyone else. Not only was he amazing at what he does, he is an amazing human being. We would have a hard time finding a better plumber in the area. Allen's plumbing did our kitchen remodel a few years ago. More recently, they did our bathroom renovation which included the moving of a shower. Even with the hiccup during the project, they reallocated resources to return and perform the job properly. They have also been responsive. We had a leak in the main waterline to our house and they came right out to fix it. Their plumbers are profession, polite and respectful. We would call them again for help.
