I called several companies and all asked about the same price. But the difference was how professional and how easy he explained all the steps.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I busted a water pipe trying to swap a hose faucet and had water spewing from the side of my house. I turned off the main water line and immediately called Performance. Within an hour on a Sunday afternoon, Pascal arrives to save the day. It wasn’t an easy fix, but he figured it out and made it happen in the pouring rain with a smile!
