This place definitely gets five stars. Would give them six if it was possible. Jeremy came out and found the leak in less than 30 minutes and was great to work with. Well worth the cost.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. I called called this business on October 14th 2022 at 8:07. After explaining to the receptionist my issue that I had with my toilet valve, she politely took my name and phone number and said a tech would call me back. Well it's now October 16th and 11:30 am and to this point I have not been contacted whatsoever. I reside in south st petersburg 1 mile from tropicana field. This is very unprofessional and left me as a potential customer in a bad situation with my plumbing. I'm a 20 year retired decorated military veteran of operation enduring freedom in which she did not know, but that should not matter whatsoever. to have a company provide this lack of respect is totally UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

1. After snaking my drain the first visit, employee left sludge from the drain all over my tub, splattered on my walls and floor of my bathroom.
2. Second visit, they did not fix everything that was on their list . When we asked, we were given an oh well not my problem deer in the headlights answer. (We have to go through our property manager for any repairs) .Ok maybe a misscommunication???
3. The new toilet was installed crooked with no caulking and no caulking in necessary spots where one would assume a plumber would caulk.
4. They did not clean up the mess, excess materials, empty boxes, or screws that were used to complete the job(s). (One employee asked for a broom, I'm not sure why because my bathroom was disgusting)!
6. Before leaving, and WALKING PAST TWO EMPTY TRASH CANS, they emptied their shop vacuum at the end of our driveway .

I ALWAYS call McGill for any plumbing need. Today Josh came to replace a garbage disposal. He was so professional and taught this retired teacher a lesson on garbage disposals. I know what to listen for,I know about the reset button, and I know how to use an Allan wrench to loosen blades when they are stuck. He said I could be his helper on his next garbage disposal call.
