The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Quick response to my emergency. My water heater broke and other companies were giving me ridiculous prices. D Plumbing Solutions gave me a reasonable price and was done in half the time. I called back for a leak I had as well. Overall, great quality of work!

Everyone on this team is very courteous and respectful of you and your home. We have been using this company for more than five years and always choose Cornerstone because they are trustworthy, responsive, accommodate emergencies ASAP and pricing is reasonable. I know several of the employees have been there for years so that is great— I feel comfortable with them. Cornerstone did our plumbing for our house when we built it, a couple of repairs and have installed an upgraded water softener as well.

I Talked to someone in dispatch who said that the plumber would be in contact with me. The on call Plumber called and said Yeah you called need I mentioned as though I was bothering him! I was so taken back with his customer service, but proceeded with the conversation relaying my issue for him to tell me in his why the hell are you bothering voice to say that he doesn't come to my area. Hmmmm interesting because it list my area in the yellow page advertising! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone their customer service SUCKS! Glad I didn't have the displeasure of dealing with this company.

Chip D. was the plumber assigned to our problem, slow drains in the bathroom. He arrived as scheduled, quickly corrected the problem and talked to us about the cause and solutions to eliminate future problems. He was most professional but a real pleasure to have in our home. I will request him in the future when I have need of plumbing services.

A couple of days ago I had my hot water heater broke both both elements were broken Josh and his helper came from the flow pros they were on time they were professional they were very kind and efficient and did a wonderful job so for any of your plumbing needs in the future please think about calling the Flow pros

I had to get my mother's water heater replaced. My mother could have called another company as EB was booked up and it would take them about 5 days for them to get to her but she liked them so much from the first job that she decided to wait. The guys were great. They were friendly and professional, my Mother really enjoyed them. They did everything in power to not have to cut the baseboard to remove and replace the heater but it was unavoidable, they also made sure to clean up any mess that was made. This is the second the time we use them and they were great both times.
