I use Roto Rooter for peace of mind. I know it will be done right and to current code. Bob (Robert) explained everything to me and actually went above and beyond and helped me with my sticky gate on my fence, he didn't have to, but that's the type of guy he is. Much appreciated! Roto Rooter has helped me in the past with broken sewer and water lines on Christmas, they stayed until the job was done so I could have my services for Christmas day. That in itself is above and beyond! I can't say enough of how hard they all work, and I am a pleased customer

Linek has provided us with plumbing service for over 10 years and we have always been highly satisfied with their quality service. Recently they installed a new sump pump which by no fault of theirs failed to activate during a heavy storm. It turned out to be a manufacturer failure. They represented us to the manufacturer who refused to help offset our deductible. Steve Stilwell worked diligently on the issue and helped us cover the deductible in spite of the fact that they were not obligated to do so. Linek is a stand up firm and we continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family.

Steve and Drew did a phenomenal job. The quote was given immediately over the phone. Service was spectacular. Gave me a window of arrival between 1130 and 12 and showed up early. (They had to wait 2 hours for me to arrive) They will have a customer for life now if I need anything else in the future. Also gave me a referral for another project I need done in my home. Thanks for everything and answering all my questions. As a new homeowner, I don't have a ton of knowledge in many areas of home maintenance. Price was firm and no upcharges or bait and switch. Amazing company. I 200% recommend them for any plumbing work you need done.

Our plumber Mike #6602 was able to get out here on the same day we called. He found massive roots in our drain and he wasn't able to clear all of them out but he told us of a program with the county and they came out, dug up the front yard, and replaced a large section of the main drain for free and all of this completed within a span of a week. Roto rooter definitely came to our rescue on this job. Thanks again for the great service!

Very professional and timely. We had a backed up floor drain in the basement. Tom worked with me to get to our place quickly and cleared the clogged floor drain expeditiously. Gave me some good tips for future maintenance. I would certainly recommend Able and will be using them in the future if other work is needed.

Showed up within 2 hours of calling, unclogged my main drain. Was very friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaned up the mess afterward all within the hour

The technician showed up late, did not give 45 minutes notice and entered my home saying ok who broke it?! To replace 2 O-rings that took literally 10 minutes he charged me $79. To install a shower head it would be an extra $100....so much for working with your budget and $40 off your first service. What a joke!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!!!

If I could give them negative stars I would.. The cold water knob in my bathroom shower wouldn't completely shut off. The company sent Ron who determined I need a $1200 repair. However, Ron left without turning on the water to my home. When we turned the water back on we discovered that Ron stripped the bolt to the knob and the water was running faster than it could drain from the tub causing a flood in my bathroom. I called Ron he said there's nothing he can do and stopped answering my calls. I called a manager TWICE and no one has called me back. I have 6 children who now can't use the bathroom or shower because we can't turn on the water without flooding the house. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They break your property refuse to answer your calls or respond. I'll be contacting a lawyer in the morning to see about filing suit for all the damages.

This is one of the worst companies to do business with. This vendor was the only one listed for our home warranty work on a hot water heater but he couldn't be bothered to listen to any if his messages throughout the day. If he had listened to his messages, he would have had the name and number of the person waiting at the house for his call.
This call was initiated on Thursday before noon. The messages were left throughout the day on Friday. The vendor finally called the correct number after 8pm to inform us that the service order had already been reassigned (it really wasn't reassigned to anyone, he cancelled it), and when we contacted the warranty company again, they said this vendor wouldn't be able to look at it until next Friday. Ummm, that is in another week.
There is a baby in the house. We needed him to actually do his job and be a professional. With a baby in the house, waiting another week is completely unacceptable. This company is not worth the bother and we will use anyone but him.
