They were very thorough and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. They had to remove the woodwork next to the shower and cleaned it off before they reinstalled it. So they left it better than they found it! They cleaned up everything at the end of the day, which I appreciated and used a hepa filter to make sure there wasn't a bunch of dust in the bedroom. It took an extra day, but it was only because there were problems with the toilet and shower door. We were extremely pleased with the job!

I have used Performance Plumbing 3 times over the last 6 months and there service is the BEST! They have installed a new gas line for my cooktop, a recirculator for my water heater and now I'm moving waterlines and drains for an updated bathroom. The show up on time everytime and always call when they are on the way.

We have used Performance Plumbing for minor plumbing issues for years and when we wanted to remodel our bathroom, we were excited to work with them. Rick and his team were great to work with, both answering all of our questions in getting everything for the work to start and giving all of the possible options to stay within our budget. During the install, Rick and his team were friendly and professional throughout the entire time. As they ran into some issues, they took care of them and noted them later, without charging extra or causing significant delays to the overall project. They had originally quoted 5 days to finish the job and were able to walk out the door in 4. All of the work was top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them back for further work in the future.

These people are great! The office staff is pleasant, they get you on the schedule fast, their techs are super friendly and respectful - all around great company. This is the second time we have used them and I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any of our future needs!

Charged my mother-in-law $190 for a 10 minute job. If you want to get taken to the cleaners by a plumber, go with these guys!

We wanted a space heater plumbed into our existing propane line. Based on word of mouth recommendations from other satisfied customers, we contacted Performance Plumbing to do the work.
The attendant was very professional and courteous on the phone, and we scheduled an appointment. She called the morning of the appointment to inform me they were on the way, and they arrived at the appointed time.
The owner and his son were very pleasant, consummate professionals, and very focused on the job at hand. They were extremely safety minded, and respectful of our home.
The job was done in short order, and looked great when they finished! More importantly, the install is flawless, and the heater is functioning perfectly.
I will absolutely use them again, when I have further plumbing needs. 5 stars in every sense of the rating!!

Great local family-owned company! I needed a wall knocked out to repair a leak from the upstairs bathroom, and they made the repair a lot less painful than I expected knowing a wall and ceiling would be ripped out. Ended up using them again a few weeks later for a new hot water heater.

Over charged my 90 yr old mother for a simple short fix (realigning a new toilet) and charged her for a protection plan without her knowledge.

Extremely professional, considerate, and efficient. They determined that we needed a new water heater. They had a replacement ready to go in the truck and we’re done in less than 2 hours.

We replaced our hot water heater today with Performance Plumbing. They had a cancellation so were able to get us in earlier than thought. The two men were polite, listened to our experience regarding the old hot water heater, wore shoe coverings, offered to wear a mask if we wanted, put down protective runners to prevent leaking on to our carpet, cleaned up their mess, gave us explanations of the new hot water heater, and did the work to code. We had an over all great impression of these people who we welcomed into our home for this repair.

Performance plumbing has performed multiple home improvement projects in our home. Bathroom and kitchen remodels were the highlights. Very professional organization. They have also handled other minor plumbing issues in a very quick turn around. Bottom line, I highly recommend them for any home improvement or plumbing project. Wonderful organization

Called on a Friday morning for Saturday service, which they allegedly provide. Was told they could be there in the morning and that the owner would call me back. No call back. I called back again after lunchtime and was told the owner was right there and would call back momentarily. You guessed it - no call back. I then called a couple of minutes after 5:00 p.m. Of course they were gone for the day. So here I am with a shower faucet that won't stop running and I've placed all my eggs in this businesses basket. They said they could do the job and I go no return call after 3 tries. Listen folks, if you want to be in business how about doing what you say you're going to do? Completely unprofessional.

Spencer and Rick were excellent and treated us great. We will definitely do more business again with Performance Plumbing. They installed a pressure reducing valve, inspect water leakage from bathtub pipes, and
tuned up toilets.

We are repeat customers. After having our water heater serviced, we decided to have our master bathroom shower replaced. The remodel is beautiful. What’s even more impressive is how this team worked! They committed to a date, communicated very well about arrival times and areas where we needed to make decisions. They were polite and professional, and most importantly they covered everything in our home so there wasn’t a single speck of dust from the construction. We didn’t even need to vacuum or dust after they were finished! I would highly recommend performance plumbing!

We hired Performance Plumbing to do a full remodel on both of our bathrooms. From the beginning to end of the project we had nothing but a great experience. Cheryl was amazing and patient helping us pick out materials. Rick and Kory....wow...that's sums it up. They set the expectations on timing every step of the way. Their work is meticulous. I was so worried about everything coming together, but we couldn't be happier with our bathrooms. I've already recommended them to many of my friends and neighbors !! Complete Master Bath Remodel:

We determined from a wet spot in our kitchen ceiling that our master bath whirlpool tub had a leak at some plumbing connections. We hated the carpet in the bathroom as well so we decided to do a complete remodel of our bath. Many companies wanted us to replace the tub and Performance suggested that since the tub was fine and we were happy with it we should just keep it and fix the bad plumbing. That saved us a significant amount of money.

Choosing all the tile, fixtures, lighting, cabinets, paint, and shower options was not overwhelming. They shared comments on what other customers had used (when asked) and had various samples they brought to the house for us to see. They were exceptionally patient with us when trying to select the Onyx and floor tile choices and even carried a heavy briefcase of square tiles into the bathroom so we could see what they looked like in our lighting. We asked for an accent tile to be added around the Onyx shower walls and tub surround and they were happy to do this. We went to a tile store, told Performance tile we liked, and they took care of the rest.

Each day of the install they showed up on time and were extremely pleasant. They placed protective mats down from the garage door all the way to the master bath on the second floor. They even arrived on time one morning when we had freezing rain that resulted in about 1/10th inch of ice on the roads!

At the end of each day they checked in with us to make sure we liked what had been done that day and occasionally gave us homework like choosing grout colors or paint colors, if needed so they could pick up those supplies the next day. It was nice not having to choose ALL the details upfront.

We are EXTREMELY happy with the resulting master bathroom!! They also included fixing and repainting our kitchen ceiling in the cost of the estimate...and it looks amazing too!

The entire remodel took about 2-3 weeks to complete, It would have been completed sooner, but when they went to pick up the Onyx for the shower and tub surround and it was cracked and they had to reorder it. They apologized profusely for this delay; but as a homeowner that has had several different construction projects completed over the years I completely understood that it was completely out of their control. As soon as the Onyx came in they were back installing it the next day.

One of the reasons I went with Performance Plumbing is because they have been my reliable plumber for the last 5+ years. They are very knowledgeable and do not try to oversell anything...whatever they estimate is what it will cost. Our bathroom is not only functional but it is beautiful and is the envy of everyone I share pictures with. I knew I would get a quality product from this business but they far exceeded my expectations! Their attention to all the small details was exceptional.

My entire experience with Performance Plumbing was effortless, professional, and without any surprises.

Rick (owner) and Spencer reconfigured our bathroom to make it functional. My wife and I have been putting this off since we bought the house because we thought the cost was going to be prohibitive. This summer we decided to get some quotes.

Performance Plumbing went out of their way to earn our business. My wife called and left a message about a bid and before the end of that day we had received a call back and had an appointment early the next morning. Rick came to do the bid and was knowledgeable and upfront with everything that would need to be done for the reconfiguration to work. He left and said we'd have a quote in a couple days.

Two days later we received a quote and they had reached a balance of respecting our finaces while valuing their expertise.

They were the least expensive bid, but even if they were close we would have gone with them based on the response time and follow through.
We were given two days that the work might be done, one the following week and the other a week after that. They were able to get to us the following week, cutting our rennovation time an entire week. Anyone who has had a rennovation like this knows a week feels like an eternity so we were beyond excited to get that time back.

Rick and Spencer finished an impressive amount of work in just one day.
They were able to move the plumbing for our toilet across the room, capped our old toilet plumbing, and added the plumbing for an additional sink in the bathroom off our bedroom.

I've written a review on my subdivision Facebook Page, a post on my personal page, writing a review on Google and will tell literally anyone with ears about this reputable and fair priced company that will work to earn your business and follow that up with wowing you with their quality of work.

If you've stumbled across this review and wonder if you should keep looking, do what you want but you're wasting your time because you'll end up with Performance Plumbing.

Called to have garbage disposal replaced. Teddy (plumber) did a check of the other systems before leaving. He found a bad leak in a part of our basement that I wouldn't have found for a couple months. I'm am so impressed with the professionalism and extraordinary attention to detail. Performance Plumbing came out to my house to take a look at a water heater of mine that was acting up. I have lived in my house for 17 years and had not replaced the water heater. The plumber told me that my best option was the replace the water heater as it had outlived it's life expectancy. He took the time to explain to me that I needed to maintenance it yearly and that Performance even offered a plan that they would do that for me for 6 years! I thought that was great. The plumber was very courteous and even though it was at the end of his day he stayed to replace my water heater and even cleaned up very nicely afterwards. Needless to say I have found my plumber for life!

Responsive--Arrived within 20 minutes of call tonite. Chad was very friendly even while working in the dark rain as the basement was backed up. Clearly advised amount due before doing work, thoroughly explained issue with recommendation on how to proceed. If the rest of the techs are as good and personable as Chad, I'll use them again!!

Website says they replace main water lines, but when I called to ask they said they don't.

Based on response, maybe they do and the phone answerers aren't aware of that.

I'm just, thoroughly impressed. My mom was kind enough to be there for the repairs while I was at work and she had nothing but great things to say. So professional, to the point, honest and SO reasonably priced. Performance Plumbing is my family's permanent plumbing go-to now. And you all know how hard it is to find a good plumber!

Superior quality and service. I was fortunate enough to get on the schedule and have a brand new water tank installed in less than three hours. The guys were courteous, professional and thorough. I cannot recommend Performance Plumbing enough.

Performance plumbing has performed work for us twice so far and each time they were both quick to in getting out to us and in completing the work.

I called them out the first time to fix a stoppage in our basement bathroom and on top of that they ended up replacing the shower fixtures and my upstairs bath drain without batting an eye at the request. The second time they rebuilt our main water shut off so that we don't have to keep turning our well off manually at the barn.

Our technician Teddy is awesome! He works quickly and the area is totally clean after he leaves. Teddy also answers any questions I have and has always been willing to help me talk through possible diy opportunities. We will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

Found this place originally when looking for tankless water heater, they were the local provider for the Rinnai brand I inquired about. They came out and provided an estimate for that, along with rough-in for a half-bath in my basement. Got the tankless done and then the pandemic set in, so things went on hold for a while but I eventually decided to resume and came back to them for the bathroom, along with a few other small things. Mark was really good and helpful, answered all my questions and they guy working with him was really good too, I just kept forgetting his name. They were both very polite and complied with mask wearing when appropriate. Did clean work and were efficient with their time. I appreciate their work and will go back to Perf Plumbing for future needs.

Had a severe leak coming from my 1/2 bathroom. Performance had someone on site THAT SAME DAY to stop the leak, remove flooring, clean up, replace damaged flooring, and have the bathroom up and running like nothing happened. Absolutely outstanding service From Rick McGee at Performance Plumbing.

Alittle late on writing this review. Bought a home about a year ago and was crunched on time of getting everything up to code to receive assistance in purchasing home. Long story short Rick made super quick work of get the permits neceasary. Had to have a couple drains capped off and a pipe removed in a lower level bathroom. Rick and another member off his team took care of it all very quickly and even ran a gas line for my dryer hookup for no extra charge. We use performance plumbing at the restaraunt I work at as well. Wouldnt call anyone else, theres nothing Performance Plumbing cant do. Simply the best

Performance plumbing came out to my house in Foristell to check an emergency signal I was getting from my lift pump. They gave me the entire price upfront and completed the job without any extra charges. They were very friendly and very professional. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I am very thankful for the veterans discount as well. I appreciate everything you did for this marine vet and will definitely use you again in the future when needed.

Jesse did an excellent job with our plumbing relocation. he was prompt, courteous and neat about the job and workplace. The job looked better than the original work by the builder.

Called for leaking main water faucet. Asked how much to fix when he saw it. He muttered $25. Said faucet did not need to be replaced, all he did was tighten a ring in the faucet and it was $249.50. Will never call them again - said the replacement would have been $800 and something. Was there only 15 minutes or under.

Came out to drain tankless water tank. They quoted price for annual service contract over the phone. Said 79 when the plummer was out charged $129. I called office and stated we were doing service contract due to difference from quoted price. They did not say they would honor original amount. Avoid due to dishonest pricing

I had an appointment set up on a monday to have a gas line ran to my pool heater. He was supposed to show up from 10-12. At 1230 I called to find out if he was still comming and she said they would have to reschedule because they sent him on a commercial job instead. No call no show.Very unprofessional..Bad Business

Great family owned company! They came out and did everything they could to get our drain opened--from putting up tarps to protect our laundry and furnace from debris to cleaning up the the sewer debris on the floor when they were done. Their detailed invoice explaining the location of the root problem will be invaluable if we need to get the sewer line replaced in the future. Thanks!

December 2018. Performance Plumbing Remodeled our Master Bathroom. We are delighted with our more open bathroom, which now feels twice as begin thanks to a few design suggestions, like adding a pocket door!. So much more convenient and open. The attention to detail was amazing and the carpenters and plumbers all took great care of our home during construction, they cleaned up everyday before they left for the day. Our job was completed in 1 week, Wedesday to Wednesday in time for Christmas!. Thanks so much!

They are reliable, prompt and courteous. Had them in today to fix a leak and the young man who did the work was exceptional and efficient, (Dan). He went over the price points in a direct manner and explained all of our options. Their pricing is competitive for the market, sometimes less costly than the others, sometimes more costly.

I have edited my review because the plumber misquoted a much lower price in person for a second job we needed completed. Then called back and almost tripled it by phone. The company felt they could not honor the original estimate. I left three stars because I believe it was an honest mistake, but it became an inconvenient situation, we had already purchased parts, and the second estimate was double that to The Hoffman Brothers estimate. So Hoffman Brothers got the job.

We recently remodeled our master bathroom and needed a plumber to relocate all the service lines and drains, and also to install a whirlpool bathtub. Having used Performance Plumbing in the past and found that they either met or exceed our expectations, we contracted with them to perform the work. Mark Schmitz and his assistant, Dillon, performed the work in two visits, working with the schedules of the the other contractors and materials deliveries.

On both visits Mark and Dillon arrived at the scheduled date and time. They performed the work within the amount of time that they had estimated. They were both very professional, courteous and performed the work to a high quality. They were also very accommodating to the scheduling changes that we experienced during the remodel. There were a couple points with the plumbing in our remodel that I was concerned would be a challenge, but Mark and Dillon worked them to out to our requested specifications without issue.

My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the work that Mark and Dillon performed on our bathroom remodel and will call on them again for future work.

Was able to get a quick response from them. The gentleman that came to my house was able to determine the issue within 5 minutes of looking at it. Scheduled the repair just a couple days later. The man was nice and timely. However, the price was extreamly EXTREAMLY high. Yes, we agreed to the price but we were in the bad position. Also, I found out this evening, we still have the same running water problem in the toilett tank. I thougth about calling them and complained their job was not done correctly but I was afriaid that they will charge even more to fix their unfinisehd job.
I noticed that my toilett water was still runing itself occasionaly . It ahs been only 10 days since they thought they fixed.

Wanted a new handle on outside faucet. Was quoted $800. Went to hardware store and bought for $5. Felt like I was taken advantage of.

Replaced kitchen counter top on my housing that is going on the market. . Talked to a performance plumber working at my neighbors. I asked if he knew the price to do that work and he state somewhere around 2-$300.00. I called to make an appointment and would not give me the price over the phone. My house is scheduled to go on the market tomorrow , when the plumber showed up he stated this job is a set price of $850.00!! I had to get it done today so I was forced to pay close to this amount. It took him approximately 45 minutes. After he left I called to other plumbing companies and the prices for the exact same job was around $168-$245.00. Even my ion carpenter brother-in-law said I was screwed. If they have a flat rate for their jobs, they should tell you in advance. I am a disabled veteran living on a fixed budget and for Performance Plumbing to charge more than 300% more than other companies is obscene. If its a fixed price then give it to the customer in advance. When I called the office it was pretty much, tough luck. I was given the price when he showed up to where I did not have time to find another plumbing. $856.00 for a 45 minute job??? Don't use this company until you get the price first. Rip-off!!!

They installed 3 exterior natural gas lines for an outdoor kitchen (running the line under an existing patio) and two fire tables on a new deck. The timing on this was key as I had to coordinate the gas line work myself and not interrupt the schedule with the framing or electrical work. PPI met my scheduled date and even showed up the day before to walk through the project and insure they had all the right materials to get the job done during the tight window I had to work with. The plumbers were professional, friendly, and did an outstanding job! The quote was accurate with no extra costs, even though they had to make a special run to put an emergency shut-off valve in a perfect location on the deck. AND the job was 30% UNDER my other quotes! PPI is my plumber for life!

We have used a couple other plumbing companies over the years for services and nobody ever really stood out as exceptional.

So recently when we needed our plumbing stacks replaced, we called a few places for quotes. Performance Plumbing came out quickly, provided a fair estimate and won our business over the competition. I'm happy to say, we will use these guys from here on out.

They were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly they took measures to put runners down throughout the house so as to not damage or dirty the floors. They cleaned up after themselves when finished and their pricing was very reasonable.
