3 days before the New Years holiday weekend, (wouldn't you just know it ) My kitchen sink drain got clogged up. I dealt with it my self for 3 days. Plunging with hot water, Draino, Liquid Plumber, a pot of boiling water, letting it sit overnight and all did no good. I had a buddie root it out with his snake down 25 feet to no avail. I had a another buddie come out and look at it and he said we would need to tear out a medium size piece of drywall of my finished basement in order to access the trap to clean out the clog. I said no way. So finally I called a plumber. I called AA Quick Plumbing And Sewer at 11:00AM on a Sunday morning on the New Years holiday weekend and was told that a plumber would be out this afternoon or evening. SAME DAY! When I inquired about a weekend or holiday weekend extra charge, I was told there would be no additional charge!!! WOW. The office staff was fantastic! They called and communicated with me wonderfully. Jim B came out on a pitch black cold winters night and got up on the roof and got the drain open and running EXCELLENT!!! in 15 minutes! I just could not imagine a plumber coming out in the dark, getting up on the roof on a Sunday night of a holiday weekend for a reasonable price. AA Quick Plumbing And Sewer is very, very reasonable. Far less than other plumbers I have used. I highly recommend them and I will absolutely use them again if a need arises in the future and will recommended them to everyone. My choice for sewer Drain clogs Company usually timely efficient

Had a sewer line backup last night and AA quick came out within 30 minutes and solved the issue. The gentleman that came out was very professional and had everything fixed within the hour. Minimal mess and even hosed down the area when he was finished. If I ever have any problems in the future they will be my first call.

Beware they quoted a price of 137.50 for the first hour any thing after the first hour is an additional 87.50. They also stated that it do not take more than an hour. Upon arrival the tech stated that it will be 137.50 for one drain any additional drains would be 87.50. The completion of the job did not come with a warranty. Proceed at your own risk. The issue is information was not disclosed upon booking

During a storm a few weeks ago water backed up in my basement. I reached out to the BBB for a plumber and AA Quick Plumbing was one of the companies referred to me. I gave them a call, they quoted me a price they can out and fix the problem. I would recommend them to anyone, courtesy and professional.

CAUTION: this company does not warranty their work. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I believe this instance it requires that I do for any future customers of this business.

May 1st we had this company come out and clean out a clog in our septic system. They seemed happy to help and showed up, then after spending less than 30 minutes at our property, said they were done. They called me not 20 minutes after finishing. They told me the service was completed and the charge was just less than $200. I told her with it being that much we probably wouldn't use them again, naturally, as this is a really high cost in our opinion. After that, I asked Brenda to send me a receipt because they had to be paid 20 minutes after completing the work (no bill was sent just a call asking for a credit card.) We paid but no receipt was sent. I still don't have that receipt.

Then, less than 3 weeks later our septic clogs up again. So, I call Brenda letting her know what has happened, she said let me check my records and call you back. After 5 minutes she called me back telling me about how they won't warranty the work because the pipe was old, small, and was filled with baby wipes, etc. Hmmm I thought and asked her Why didn't you tell me this back on May1st, why am I hearing about this now? She then got really defensive start blaming me saying that I was rude to her last time (when I mentioned we wouldn't use them anymore because the service charge was really expensive), and then she suggested I call someone else and hung up the phone...... I have yet to see the receipt or any information about our septic system and we are left with Raw Sewage in our basement.

UPDATE: As I was typing this, my father called the field technician to get his explanation, who told him that he thought there was roots in the line. Which is kind of confusing because the house is on a major road and has no trees around the septic system. But again why are we hearing this after we call them back?
It seems that this company has no files or notes and try to find ways to get out of warranting the work.

So buyer beware here, this is not a reputable company. Hopefully this helps someone from having the same problems.

I called them at 11am today because my main drain backed up. They told me a tech would be there In a few hours. Welp, its 11pm now....no call, no tech. Called a few times today and asked for ETA. You might have to wait another hour or so, but we are 24/7 so it's okay.
No, I don't need a guy in my front yard in the middle of the night trying to unclog my lateral.

I've used AA Quick in the past. Great service, fast, friendly and affordable. I refer them to other people so the time and everyone loves them.

I called this company to appraise a draining issue and PVC pipe deficiency - I had to call back to verify a plumber was coming. The plumber arrived, but he did not have the skillsets to correct the PVC, and the manager, Rick, blamed it on me, saying that I did not give enough information.

Additionally, the plumber expressed that he could correct the drain issues, but was unsuccessful and left the floor as pictured below - no clean up was attempted. No progress after thirty minutes, but then he gave me a $100 invoice.

Poor business practices - do no waste your time!

I went through a long haul of plumbing issues in my house these past few weeks... everything from my kitchen sink getting clogged up, to the dishwasher overflowing, to the laundry pipe overflowing, and the main sewer line backing up. I called a different plumbing company first and was told that I would have to have the pipes under my basement floor replaced. Called AA Quick and had a plumber come out to do the main sewer line. Had to call AA Quick a second time, but this time I requested one of their best technicians - which they sent the next morning, who spent over an hour inspecting, clearing, and testing all of my plumbing. It was very evident that he was proficient in his job and wanted to make sure that everything was done thoroughly and correctly. After he was finished, I asked how much I owed him - and he covered it all under warranty. AND he cleaned up the mess downstairs! I could not have been happier with this technician and his attention to the job. I would recommend AA Quick to anyone in town - and they also had the best prices!

Called on Monday morning, left a message about my problem. A girl called back, took my information, told her my problem and she told me that someone would call before coming. Waited all day, no call and unfortunately, no plumber

I am very pleased with the service from Mark. I was busy in a teleconference but he was able to get the work done (kitchen sink clogged) without much commotion. He also improved the water pressure of my kitchen sink and that's why I am writing this review. It's the gift that keeps on giving 😀

Very disappointed with this company. Called them to snake our sewer pipe. Person whom answered the phone told us a price and said they could have some out that evening. We were very excited to be able to get our problem resolved so quickly. Got a call telling us the tech would be at our house in 45 minutes. Received a call 15 minutes later telling us they don't service our area. Keep in mind this was the 3rd call between us and them. Needless to say we were very disappointed. Asked them for a company that would service our area and they said they had no one. Their website had something to fill out to have the owner contact you, I wanted to ask why this all happened how it did but as of 4 days later have heard nothing. Would never recommend these guys to anyone as they don't know how to treat customers.

The woman who answered the phone on 04/11/2021 at around 8pm is an unprofessional employee that is extremely nasty when she speaks to her employer's client's Tenants. I live at Apartment Exchange's Williamsburg Townhomes and our experience with AAQuick has been very poor we didn't ask for out pipes to back up yet again and She thought it best to be disrespectful and rude because we didn't get to the phone fast enough. She refused to give her name, CallerID Showed kayla as the name. If you expect to be paid for a service, then respect is a required part of the Job for that payment at any place of business. If employers want to keep their business's in profitable order, then you need to employ people who understand what is in your best interest as a business.

We had a sewer back-up. We called AA Quick and they came quickly the first time to snake out the sewer line and charged $116. One week later the sewer backed up again. They came out the second time and snaked out the line again with no charge. Two weeks later the same sewer line backed up. We called AA Quick and we were told that we would have to pay the $116 again.

Three back-ups of the same sewer line in a three week period -- and no warranty on the work after the second visit.

We called another company who came quickly and snaked out the sewer line. With a much longer snake and root cutter. He pulled out hands-full of tree roots -- much more than could have grown back in that time frame.

We would not recommend this company.

WOW! I was so impressed with the prompt service that I received! I contacted this company at around 2 PM in the afternoon and they were here and finished by 4:30 PM. The first gentleman couldn't help me because my particular problem had to be dealt with from the roof. The second gentleman arrived shortly there after and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this company. A great price too!

Nathan came and was so polite and went right to work. I would recommend AA Quick for unclogging a drain. And for a fair price.

I gave AA Quick a call in regards to a leak at my property and spoke to Rick. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and lacked the basic skills to assess my needs as a customer. I asked several times to speak with a manager above him (because he told me numerous times that he was a manager) and he was combative and did not want to allow me to speak with anyone. He then put a lady on the phone that was equally as rude and dismissive. I would not recommend this company and will not be giving them any of my business.

Sir Charles was great. Professional and keen to his trade. It was an honor to have the work done by such a great man.

I called AA Quick at 6:00 PM because we had a floor drain backing up. Someone actually answered the phone and sent a technician later that evening. Mark arrived quickly, was fast, professional (and really nice), and cleaned up after he was done. It was a great experience. The price was very fair as well, especially considering that it was after hours.

I am a Property Manager and I have worked at different locations & always used AA's services. I find them to be cheaper then any other plumbing company I have had work done or received bids on small to large projects. And I also worked on a community that had major sewer issues & they ALWAYS were there & resolved the issues. If you have a large project that is needing to be done most likely Kenny will be on the job & his crew & they ALWAYS do a fantastic job!

Worst experience I have had. Let's start off with the plumber fixing his drain snake on my floor using my screwdriver. So not prepared. Told me there's a Crack in the pipe so he can't continue after 20ish minutes. Left my floor a mess with someone else sewage and my sink mess on the floor and tracked it through my house. And was still charged full price. After trying to call for a refund no one picked up. Horrible, I advise staying away from them at all cost.

This plumbing company has provided service to my home for 10 years. Anything from a clogged drain, to installation of new hardware throughout my home. Always professional and outstanding job performance.

Ridiculously overpriced. To remove the tank of the toilet, put on a new gasket, and put the tank back on was $185.00. This is a 10 minute job. Way overpriced and I will not be using this company ever again.

A&A Sewer consistently does an excellent job! The employees are respectful, friendly and full of smiles! They show up on time as promised and get the job done right the first time. I used A&A for a total line replacement, partial line replacement and small repairs on various properties. I refer business to A&A sewer as often as I can and each time they deliver quality results. I count myself lucky to know this professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable contractor.

Do not use this company, terrible customer service. We had a clog in our sink, we called them. they set an appointment for between 1 and 4. We called the next day to around 2 to follow up and they said that the lady never made our appointment, but they can still fit us in. Now its after 6 and no plumber. I called to make sure they were still coming. The rude lady kept telling me they will get there when they get there. After a few minutes of her threatening me that she can cancel the appointment, I asked her for her name, because I was going to call back in the morning to talk to her manager she hung up on me. I WILL never call this company again.

I needed the shut-off valve in my basement replaced. He did a nice job, but $500 for an hour and a half of work and a $20 valve is too much. I'll be calling someone else next time I need a plumber.

I’m investor in St. Louis city and my normal drain guy was out of town. Called to get a floor drain cleaned out. The guy shows up with a drill auger with no tip, drills for a few minutes says if there’s a crack in the drain and $150 for nothing. My normal guy comes back in the town clears the drain in less than three minutes.

I was very impressed with AA Quick. A neighbor recommended them after I had my main line back up. I called and they showed up exactly when they said they would, within an hour of calling. The tech got done quickly, and was kind. They also honored the $110 one line special deal from their site, so it was a great value. Thanks AA Quick! I will definitely call you for any future plumbing needs.

Really excellent service provided by A & A Sewer! We paid exactly what we were quoted, they stuck to the timeline, and left our basement looking better than they found it. Our sewer has been working perfectly since they replaced it.

I had a service call and found it did not go as I had wanted. I called back and spoke to the owner. He was very professional. He had a technician return to my house and do the job correctly. I really appreciate that he did the right thing and fixed the problem right.

Ultimately, they did the job. However, they will make it known every step of the way how annoyed they are to do business with you. They never showed up or called on their originally scheduled visit and the following day, after showing up late said, “they were supposed to be off work an hour ago.” Save these poor guys the inconvenience of your business and go elsewhere.

I have an older home with older faucets and plumbing. The plumber came in with no tools, took a look at my faucet, said I won't work on those kinds of faucets. It will cost $900 for new faucets
I called the office. The manager called me back and told me the same thing. These folks only work on modern plumbing.

Very good experience with this company. I needed my lateral sewer line cleaned out. After checking with a few places I found that AA offered the best pricing format. They charge by the hour. One place quoted me $500. I called them at 6:40 PM. The man that answered the phone said he could have someone to my house that evening still. I gave him the option to come out the next morning because of night coming on, but he said it wouldn't be a problem and would call me when he had a technician available. He called back at 8:30 PM and said he had a tech on his way. The tech arrived at 9:00 PM, looked the situation over and got right to work. He finished at 10:00 PM. The bill came to about $140, but I had a coupon from their website for $110 for a drain clean-out. He honored the coupon without a problem. He was very polite and pleasant. One thing to be aware of though. He kept the mess to a minimum, but didn't clean up afterwards (except for taking trash out). However, since they charge over $100 per hour, I didn't mind cleaning up afterwards. Overall, I saved as much as $400 by using AA Quick. I hope to never have to have this service again, but if I do, I will be calling AA Quick.

I called in the morning requesting someone to come out and replace the Gas Valve on my Hot Water Heater. She took all of my information and said she would send someone out this afternoon and they would call before coming. When I didn't hear from them by 4:00 p.m I called to get the status. The guy that answered couldn't find the ticket and said he would get my information again and have them come out tomorrow. At the very least they could have called me and said we won't be able to make it today because everyone is tied up. Pathetic customer service. Don't even waste your time because you will be very disappointed.

Called this morning for our main drain being backed up. Mark was here within 2 hours and had it cleaned out quickly. Even on a Sunday, the price was the same!

Called at 10:00, 2:00, 4:00, 6:00 and each time they said there was 1 job ahead of ours and they would call when they were on the way. No ever called! Horrible service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First call: they lost our appointment. Called the next day and was told someone would be here that day. Called at 4:00 that afternoon, looking for the plumber, was told we aren't going to make it today. Someone will call you tomorrow. Called the next am at 10:00, STILL looking for the plumber. An extremely crass woman answered the phone and said, we will be there this afternoon. Needless to say, I canceled my appointment. Not sure how this company has been around for 60 years.

Our 20+ year old hot water heater quit working, so we called AA Quick, which we have used for plumbing service for over twenty years now. We were immediately given an estimate for replacement. Kenny and his crew came to the house in the early afternoon, and by evening we had our new water heater in place. Kenny advised of several items that should be replaced to bring the system up to code and took care of the replacements. Our only problem was the next day when we noticed the water pressure seemed to be low. Even though Kenny had worked a long Saturday, he came back to our house Saturday night and promptly took care of the water pressure problem. We can't say enough about the years and years of excellent service we have come to expect and have always received from AA Quick. Thanks again AA Quick and Kenny!

Started using AA Quick after being completely ripped off by Roto Rooter. For less than half the price they have been clearing out my flat main line for the last 10 years. They come in with hand tools that do the job quicker and cleaner and they don't tear up my lawn getting their snake down the pipes. I will never use anyone else besides AA Quick.
