Professional, clean, quick service
Steve was amazing. Having a sump pump fail with water in our basement was difficult. Would not have been able to fix myself and had a really hard time getting any of the large Plumbing companies to agree to come out to fix it. Anytime Plumbing was the 6th company I called and they will have our business now moving forward. Can't thank them enough.

I called Steve on a Weds. evening and he was at my house the next morning right on time replacing our water heater. I highly recommend him for any plumbing problems you might have. He is extremely nice and a craftsmen at his trade. You will not be disappointed with the exceptional service he provides and his very reasonable pricing. We needed our water heater replaced in January 2021 and decided to go with Anytime Plumbing after getting several quotes. Steve, the owner, and one of his workers showed up on time and did a good job. Though he tried to tell us it wasn’t necessary, we paid an extra $100 for a permit in case we decide to sell our house. Steve said he’d go to city hall later that week to get the permit process started. I have been trying to reach him since February about the permit with no response to email, voicemail or text. It’s been 10 months and I’m still waiting. It makes me wonder if maybe something is not up to code and that’s why he’s avoiding the permit. I will say that the water heater has been working fine.
Anytime Plumbing is WONDERFUL! We found them on Angie’s List. Once I submitted the information I was looking for they called within 30 minutes. They came out on Saturday with NO extra fee for the Saturday and installed a water heater for us. They are professional, clean up after themselves, personable, honest and great to work with. We will definitely call again when need Plumbing work done.
I called Steve after looking online for a plumber. He was at the house within half and hour and had the leaky toilet fixed in less than ten minutes. Great guy with a great attitude. THANK YOU STEVE!

Wow! I cannot say enough about Anytime Plumbing. We had a massive leak from our water heater and Steve was able to come right out (on a Saturday!!!!!) and actually found the problem - coming from our furnace! He fixed it in a jiffy! He is such a nice person on top of it! Highly recommend!!! They will be my GO to in the future and will be sure to refer him!!

I have officially found my new plumber! Steve was responsive, helpful, professional, and takes pride in his work. The company name couldn’t be anymore fitting either and they truly mean “ANYTIME”. I realized at 9:00 AM on a Saturday the my water heater was toast and it was time for a new one. I reached out to Anytime Plumbing around 9:30 AM and received an immediate response with a detailed quote (including options) and a plan forward. Steve was at my house not even 5 hours later and I had a new quality installed water heater by 5:00 PM. All this on a SATURDAY!! Zero complaints and I will be using / recommending Anytime Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.
They were very nice when i called for a free estimate n came out promptly. Then before the guy left i was charged 80. Dollars. He said it was for a diagnosis. Thats some bull. Maybe even false advertising cuz i would not have choosen them had i known this. I'm not a plumber n i felt taken advantage of because of this. I only wanted to know if a broken pipe in the yard was something i needed to hire them for. It took the guy less than 5 min. He looked at pipe told me no big deal n 80. Bucks?? Yeah no.

Needed a hot water heater replaced quickly. Called Steve at 6:30 AM and I have a new hot water heater at 11:00 AM. Can't beat that type of responsiveness. Nice guy and high quality workmanship as well. He'll be the only call I make for any plumbing needs that I may have in the future.
Steve with Anytime Plumbing did yet another amazing job for my family! He did some work for me in February of this year and was so very kind, professional, knowledgeable and just a great guy! Today he did some work repairing a leaky toilet for my very worried elderly mother, and was able to not only solve her problem and do all necessary repairs for her, but was also able to put her mind at ease as well!! I was referred to Anytime Plumbing by a friend who also experienced great customer service from them. Icalled to inquire on prices of new water heater and was quoted pretty reasonable prices by the owner Steve. I told him I would have to wait a couple weeks to get the money. I called him today to let him know I was ready. He asked how soon would I need it. I said asap, he said can I come in 30 minutes? I was like wow, of course you can. He showed up in almost exactly 30 minutes with my new water heater. Took him about an hour, he gave me awesome conversation, and a Spire rebate for my new water heater. Being a new homeowner and never having a gas water heater I was a little lost when the pilot light went out. My model is newer so I was confused. I thought I had followed the directions correctly (I hadn’t) I called anytime plumbing due to their great reviews. Steve was very quick to respond (also it was 7:00 am) he was very nice and accommodating. He sent drew out to help me. It took under an hour for him to get to my house. Couldn’t have been any sweeter. He got it lit for me and explained the process. Also had some great advice and tips for me to use in case I needed them. I will definitely be using them again if I have any problems or need a new water heater.

Called Anytime Plumbing because our nine year old water heater died on a Saturday evening. I got their voicemail and Steve texted back pretty quickly. He answered all of our questions. Drew showed up to replace our water heater thirty minutes before he was scheduled to be there. He was extremely polite, and answered any questions we had. He did an awesome job, and took quite a bit of time to explain to us what all he did and how our new water heater functions. He even showed us everything we needed to send to the gas company to get a $200 rebate. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would recommend them to anyone.

Guys were very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Steve answered any questions I had and explained what they were doing. Informed me of Spire rebate and helped me with paperwork. Overall a very nice experience considering I was spending money. ;) I've already recommended them to a friend and they are now my go-to plumber.
We had Steve replace two water heaters that had fallen into disrepair. I called him largely because he had great reviews. The reviews were spot on. After initially speaking with him on Friday afternoon on the phone, Steve drove to our house on a Sunday afternoon and gave me a quote. We then scheduled the water heaters to be replaced on Wednesday (largely driven by my schedule). The workmanship was wonderful and Steve is just a great guy. I would highly recommend.
Steve is an amazing guy and an excellent plumber! He was out to dinner with his wife when I called and was able to be at my house within the hour. He explained what he was doing and offered solutions to solve possible future problems I might have. Steve wants to make sure that his customer get the best price and service possible. WOW, just WOW. When I read the reviews about Anytime Plumbing Services (Steve) it all sounded too good to be true, but after making my call and having Steve come and fix my issue I realized how awesome he was and that reviews are just a bit of how good he really is.
Our sump pump stopped working on a Saturday morning at 4 AM in the middle of a downpour. We are so grateful to Steve, who answered his phone at 6 AM and was here installing a new sump pump within 2 hours! Great service, very friendly and he kept us informed through the whole process. We really appreciate how fast their response was, ESPECIALLY on a holiday weekend, and will be calling them for all of our future needs!

Project: Replaced a Water Heater
Steve and Drew did a phenomenal job. The quote was given immediately over the phone. Service was spectacular. Gave me a window of arrival between 1130 and 12 and showed up early. (They had to wait 2 hours for me to arrive) They will have a customer for life now if I need anything else in the future. Also gave me a referral for another project I need done in my home. Thanks for everything and answering all my questions. As a new homeowner, I don't have a ton of knowledge in many areas of home maintenance. Price was firm and no upcharges or bait and switch. Amazing company. I 200% recommend them for any plumbing work you need done.

I can't say enough great things about Steve from Anytime Plumbing. I called him because my water heater Literally exploded. He called me right back and said he would be there first thing next morning and he was. GREAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT personally, knowledgeable about all plumbing and he did an excellent job of replacing and updating my water heater along with a new regulator at a very reasonable price. Steve and Drew were wonderful! They were able to make it out to my house the same day and were able to replace my water heater right then. Very nice guys and very good at what they do. Would definitely call them again !
I spoke with Steven to set everything up, he was a stand up gentleman. I worked with Drew to get a pipe replaced in my kitchen. He was awesome. Both men are very professional AND personable, they had a reasonable price and did good work from what I can tell. Seems dry. They're honest, hardworking men from what I can tell. Will call again with ANY plumbing concerns. Service doesn't come like this often anymore.

This company is wonderful, great workers that showed up on time, took time to answer questions and explain the process. Cleaned up after themselves. I'm going to tell my neighbors about them.
Called one evening and they installed a reasonably-priced water heater within less than 24 hours later. Professional, responsive, informative. The water heater is in a small area and it took probably longer than expected to install but he honored the quoted price and returned to repair a small hole in the wall without hesitation. Awesome service. Thank you!
If I could give them 10 stars I would. My water heater died on New Years Eve, and I called in the late morning on New Years day. To my surprise, Steve answered! He apologized up and down for not being able to come out that afternoon but he was already booked up. I was honestly not expecting him to even answer, let alone be able to come out that day or even the next day as other plumbing companies were looking to schedule a week out. Not only was Steve working on a holiday, he was able to come out the next morning to install a new water heater!
When Steve arrived, he was very detailed in what had happened to my previous water heater and showed me the problem and explained why it was best to replace the whole tank versus replacing the part.
Overall I was very pleased with the work and will be calling Steve again!

The first night in our new house, we knew something was wrong because the hot water would not come on no matter what we tried.
Steve stayed in contact with me all morning to explain the situation and the next day before it was time for lunch he had installed our new water heater.
Turns out our old water heater was old enough to drink. Steve was efficient, gave us peace of mind with his stellar credentials and expertise, and even advised us on how to get rebates and make claims to recoup the cost of the new tank, though it was reasonably priced as it was.
Don't waste time with a subcontractor, call someone with the experience and expertise to get your job done right and to do it all with honesty and a smile.

Our house is in small town DeSoto where the sewer lines date back before the 1900s. After dealing with roots in the clay lines for years, it was time fix the problem. Drew Duffner (Dr. Drew) responded immediately, assessed the situation and new what needed to be done. Drew being from DeSoto is familiar with the challenges of an old town and has the experience to update issues to current standards. Drew and his right hand man Ian jumped in and fixed our issue in record breaking time at a fair price. It's hard to find a good plumbing service in a small town that can correct an issue in a timely and professional manner and still give you the value needed.. I will not go anywhere else fir my plumbing needs nor will I recommend anyone else. Anytime Plumbing Services is Top Notch, thanks again guys.

I wouldn't have realized that someone was working in my house. His explanations were clear and his work was great. After he was finished the work area was clean. I recommend this guy.
I've hired Anytime Plumbing a couple of times -- once for a valve replacement, and more recently for a water heater installation. Steve and Drew are a couple of nice guys, very personable and professional, and their service charges are very reasonable. They will always be my first call whenever I have a plumbing problem!

Contacted them about replacing our hot water heater which had started leaking. Got an immediate reply , along with a very reasonable price quote for a replacement. We were in constant touch with each other at all times. Considering our problem, they fit us immediately into their schedule and made a special house call to replace our water heater. This review is based on a 27 second experience with Steve at Anytime plumbing. I asked if he could snake a drain and he said he didn't do that but sent me over to another contact who could. All within the space of 70 total seconds. We need more people like Steve!

Steve, Drew, and the crew are amazing! I had a bathroom with a handicapped bathtub (and an overall 1980's vibe) and they had it gutted and completely rehabbed in 4.5 days! They cleaned up after each day, childproofed what they left behind because I have a 6 year old, and even swept out my entire garage since they were using it as an entry point. I worked from home during the rehab and they communicated well when needing to cut water and come in and out the home. I loved that they had a young apprentice with them learning the trade and you could tell they all had a great working relationship and enjoyed what they do. My sister plans on hiring them to do plumbing on the shuttle bus she is converting and I will be calling them back when it's time to upgrade my kitchen!

Steve is a throwback to what great customer service once was in this country. I had on the surface what should of been a easy install of a hot water heater. Well after 3 water heaters and several hours of work spanning 2 days and with the help of Eric the electrician, Mario his brother in law and Drew his plumber friend Steve installed the water heater. it was a odd set up of the breakers that caused all the confusion .But Steve never gave up or just said that's it I'm done..He pressed on and did whatever he had to do to get the job done.I would hire Steve anytime to do my plumbing work as I know he will get the job done and done right. Fair and honest to a fault. Also, more than fair price in this time of people being ripped off, Steve is a true professional Thank you Steve!
Second time Anytime Plumbing has completed work at my home. First job was a sump pump replacement that went well. Last week they replaced my hot water heater and shortly after install a gas leak developed due solely to improper installation. Gas line fittings were barely hand tightened with no sealant around the threads...really thankful that I was home and happened to go back in the basement a few hours after install and smelled the leak early on....really unbelievable. No supervision whatsoever, just one young plumber handling the installation alone and Steve did not check in after install to see if everything went OK. Doubt I will have these guys back in my house unless it's purely for something involving water pipes only.

You will not go wrong with Anytime Plumbing. I am a tough critic but I could not have been more pleased with Anytime. Marscel was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He made replacing the kitchen faucet look easy, a day after I had bungled my attempt at the job and made things worse. Calling a plumber usually means there's something wrong - often bad wrong - but call Steve at Anytime and he will put you at ease and assure you the job will get done correctly. Steve and Ian came out the same day for my basement flooding from a broken water heater. They installed two new water heaters and set me up with help for flooding mitigation. I cannot speak highly enough of their knowledge, professionalism and just plain kindness too. Also gave me a reasonable price and filled out my rebate info.

Steve was everything you’d want in a professional. He is excellent at his craft, and I’d highly recommend him for any plumbing services. Received a very competitive quote within hours, and installation was complete in 48 hours! I’d been putting off replacing a 15 year old water heater for a while, and I am extremely satisfied with his suggested model and install. He understands the business, and even prepped a Spire Gas rebate form to mail that same day. Rebates vary, but mine qualified for $200. Call Steve!

Couldn't be more thrilled with the work done by this company today. we had Ian as our plumber and his immediate knowledge and recognition of what was causing our issue was the standard I wish all companies hired handymen to. Friendly, easy AND fun to talk to and very efficient. Gave us pointers on how to move forward and gave education as to exactly what he was doing. I recommend them a million times over!

My husband called to see about getting our drains cleared. The guy he talked, maybe Steve, offered advice to us instead of coming out and charging us for something we may or may not have needed. Will defiantly keep their number handy for when our issues happen again. Thank you!
Drew came out to replace a faucet and water valves that had gone bad. He was prompt, professional, and very fair with their pricing. Highly recommend.
