3 separate appointments and still no quote. The first time they came out they told us we needed to open a hole in the living room ceiling to see what the problem was, and they left. Second visit, told us they needed a bigger hole, and wouldn't wait around for us to expand it, and wouldn't do it themselves (literally 5 minutes of work). Scheduled a return visit for the following Monday, and then didn't show and didn't call. Terrible experience...

Explained issue to Steve. Steve had Seth call me and knowing they are booked out, they still managed to squeeze me in the next day. David the Drain Tech arrived early...cabled the drain and sent a camera down it to determine the issue was a build-up of the non-flushable wipes. David cleaned those out and suggested an annual maintenance program which I will happily employ. Couldn't be happier with Linek Plumbing!!!

I have many plumbers over the years try to repair our kitchen sink. It has caused flooding in our kitchen several times since our remodeling. This happened again--we reached out to Linek for the first time. The plumber was very nice and patient ---found multiple problems. I know this created a strain on the companies scheduling--but he took the time to repair all of the problems. I believe they have ended this nightmare for us--as our kitchen finally seems to work properly. The price was fair--the service was prompt--the amount of caring was off the charts wonderful. Thank you so much!

The estimate given was verbal with detail about cost if parts vs labor. The pricing was ridiculously high when you compute it on an hourly basis.
When I called to ask/comment about these things I could tell I was not being taken seriously and the staff person was almost laughing that I even was asking these questions.
I will NEVER use them again.

Jake from Linek did an amazing job on my kitchen sink. It had not been working properly since we got new countertops and a new sink a year ago. He talked me through what the root cause of the issue was and did exactly what needed to happen to fix it. No corners cut.

It took me several phone calls over the course of 5 hours to get ahold of anybody at this company other than the secretary and the emergency plumber. I started around 10 am on Tues and around 3 pm I was told that it would take several days for somebody to get back to me. I was called about 15 mins later and given a general idea about how much the cost to excavate a line was. A plumber was able to come out on Wed and start work but at the end of the day couldn't tell me anything about actual cost, he could only tell me he didn't do billing. He worked for about 2.5 hours on Thurs, finishing the job so that an inspector could come out Fri. Even knowing all the materials and about how much labor the job would take he still couldn't tell me anything about cost except his guess that he told me not to quote him on. Come Fri he still couldn't tell me anything even when he was getting ready to concrete over the piping after the inspection was already completed. All of that & then the next day I can't use my washing machine because the discharge of the washer came right up the floor drain with a bunch of sediment and created a 4 foot radius of disgusting water (this problem did not exist before the piping repair). Call on Sat and the result: I'll call someone and try to get them over there and Can it wait until Monday which will cost the normal price?. I'm not even mad about the issue afterwards but I'm very much aggravated that I ended up being told that I'll get a bill for the work in 1-2 weeks but they can't tell me even an idea about how much it will be. I'll never use this company again.....still waiting for someone to maybe show up to fix the backup problem 2 hours (and counting) after it started today.

1000% recommend this company. While doing a kitchen remodel, they had to do quite a bit of work for us (rip out existing plumbing, replace with new plumbing, replace cast iron stack with new pvc stack, move our gas line to a different part of the kitchen, etc). They were ALWAYS on time...ALWAYS which made being at home and letting them in and getting to work on time very easy. They were very communicative. Their process was smooth and easy. Very professional. They truly are a standard of the profession.

Inevitably need to do plumbing work in the future and they will be the first ones we'll call. We've used them for everything plumbing related. If they can't do it, they have people they will recommend that will be able to. So good.

Linek sent a technician out there first thing that morning of closing and fixed the problem within the hour. Linek sent the paid invoice and lien waiver that afternoon. They showed up when no one else would, but obviously they dont like to work in the ghetto.

Also the plumber that came out did me a solid. I thought i had 400 on me and the bill was 320. I actually only had 280 on me and the plumber took it with no fuss, although i had 40 grand in gold stashed in my house. Kinda hard to turn gold into cash instantly.

Nick just left. He was polite and did a good job. He cleaned up well. Prices was reasonable.

Linek has provided us with plumbing service for over 10 years and we have always been highly satisfied with their quality service. Recently they installed a new sump pump which by no fault of theirs failed to activate during a heavy storm. It turned out to be a manufacturer failure. They represented us to the manufacturer who refused to help offset our deductible. Steve Stilwell worked diligently on the issue and helped us cover the deductible in spite of the fact that they were not obligated to do so. Linek is a stand up firm and we continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family.

What a life saver! They came out asap and fixed a smell I had in my house for over 3 years. I have had so many companies out that said they fixed it and it never was. I had dropped so much money into this problem it is embarrassing. Finally! Someone fixed the problem and no mystery smell. Could not be happier. Thank you so much. Oh- they even followed-up the next day to make sure it was still going well.

I was speaking to John about replacing a sprinkler system back flow. We had agreed on a price but was just awaiting a part (that he had me order online) to come in. 5 days ago I got the part and sent John an email advising him that the part was in. I haven't heard from him since. And this was a referral!! Guess what I told his friend who referred me!

What a cavalier way to do business. No matter. I got another plumber who showed respect and I saved $75.00 at the same time. Looks like pricing and job scheduling are issues for this company; at least in my experience and at least 5 other reviews where scheduling seems to be a problem..

I had a water inlet valve replaced, i was given a quote for $400.00 thinking this will take several hours i said ok, it took .45 min. Thats $400.00 an hour that they still charged me and then still added $28.00 for taxes, who makes $400.00 per hour? This was probly a $200.00 job at best

I love this company ! And I will use this company for every plumbing problem I have. And I strongly recommend this company. They said they would be at my home at 8:00 am. I had a situation which required 3 major repairs. I contacted Linek Plumbing just as they opened. Despite being busy with appointments that early, they were able to send technicians to my home and repair the problems in a timely manner. After having water lines replaced on my street, the water pressure to my kitchen sink was low and barely any water was coming out. John Bess with Linek Plumbing took action right away by determining what was causing the issue and had to eventually replace the kitchen faucet which they covered the parts and labor. John Bess was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job, especially since one of the parts didn't go as planned, but he recommended another option that worked. It was also a pleasure working with John Wienstroer, who helped coordinate the repair and parts. Not only was he very responsive in communicating, he was professional, thoroughly articulated everything that was going on, and even followed up to ensure the repair was done correctly.
