Showed up on time, found and fixed this issue in a timely manner. Great work for a great rate. Would definitely use again!!

My Aunt hired them. She needed a new fluid master they said. That was the reason for her water bill going up. This was an upstairs bathroom. They charged her 285.00 to install a 20.00 part and was there 20 minutes. When she ask for a receipt Thadeus told her it would be mailed. She has never received one. Not only did they rip her off the problem was a faulty faucet in the lower level bathroom that wouldn't shut off. If you are elderly or a single woman don't hire this company. I called and talked to the lady that answer the phone and she assured me Thadeus would call me back. Never heard from anyone. You this company at your own risk.

Eric and his team did a wonderful job despite having to deal with an unprofessional general contractor. He always gave us expert advice especially suggesting to instal a recirculating pump so we get hot water almost instantly. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Unfortunately we can’t reply to their replies, but they reply putting the blame off on something else in every bad review. I urge you to read my experience with them on the fb page, and commenters who agree this company threatens people often when they performed poorly.
Not showing up for days when you’ve been scheduled, installing work that leaks after they’re gone, lying about having applied for permits. The list goes on and on. Their reply to this review is misleading to anyone reading reviews. I’ve edited this to mention that.
I do not have a groundwater leak. I have mud and rain coming through the hole they failed to patch, that they created. And only when it rains.

DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY. Woman named Amy hung up on me because I needed to know the earliest appointment before I gave her all my information to put in their system. She was rude and disrespectful. Based on other reviews I see why their business is failing.

We scheduled Plumbing Experts, LLC to move a main shut off at a condo we were remodeling. We scheduled 2 weeks in advance for service on a Thursday. I took time off work to meet the plumber and they didn't show. And didn't call. When I called them, I was told another job ran over, and we rescheduled for Monday. I took time off work Monday to meet them, and they didn't show again. Once again, I had to call them to find out what was going on. I was told they couldn't make it, and they would be there Tuesday morning. They couldn't do it again Tuesday, and rescheduled for Wednesday morning. They finally made it Wednesday, and my wife had to meet them and let them in. They sent a guy named Chris, and another helper. Chris complained about the job from the time he arrived, and actually threatened to walk out several times, knowing they had put us in a bind and we needed the work done because we had an electrical contractor coming the next day. When he took out the vanity to have easier access to the work he was doing, my wife asked if he would put it back in when he was done. His response: You know, you're starting to piss me off. Now this man is easily 3 times my wife's size, and he scared her. She called me nearly in tears, and I had to take off work for the third time to go manage this job.
To make a long story shorter, I paid $1100 to have them move a main shutoff, and install a shower valve. Four weeks later the main shutoff started leaking from a crack in a plastic elbow he installed, and then the kicker was I had to replace the shower valve because it was the wrong one. I had to pay another plumber several hundred dollars to fix the fitting that was cracked, but there was no way these people were coming into my place again. We've hired quite a few contractors over the years, and we've never been treated like this before. I'd give them 0 stars if it was possible.

We had a hard issue to resolve after the recent freeze and the crew at Plumbing Experts LLC were able to come to the rescue. Highly recommend this company to any home or business that wants a honest conversation with a locally owned and reputable company.

Our leasing agency chose this company to do excavation of a lateral line to the sewer main. This company had the Lowest bid, due to the city having a fund to offset costs they were chosen. Plumbing experts immediately said that they would be at least a week before being able to perform the work. 3 weeks passed and the office clerk, Amy made numerous references to being on top of things; yet when we checked finally with dig rite's schedule for house calls, they made an emergency request at 11 am the day we were supposed to have excavation start. Guess what? They broke ground anyways, without dig rite first visiting the location. The request was made by Amy and she had DAYS to complete this. This company is shady and does borderline illegal things to avoid losing a contract, their office staff is inept and seems to care less about filing proper permits and paperwork, it's a matter of time until they do serious damage to a home or business and get sued into oblivion.. Avoid like your life depends on it.

Installed a dishwasher!! They were outstanding!!! They arrived on time and were very professional! I have used them in the past and they are the only plumbers that I trust in my house!! The quoted price was the fee they charged!! I can’t say enough about them!! They were finished in a little over two hours; they tested the lines for leaks before cleaning up!! Superior service!!

So I called Plumbing Experts this past week. I asked for a fridge line to be ran and the woman over the phone said it was $49 and I said really or something like that. So I asked $49? She said yeah thats it. Then the technician gets here and says it'll be $185 per hr. So now I'm like what! Anyway poor communication led them to lose a potential client. I called other plumbers and some were cheaper and more expensive but the difference is they communicated the total price over the phone which is the way it should be done

They saved us this holiday season when are pipes froze! I cannot say thank you enough for coming out and fixing the issue before it took a turn for the worse. Top notch customer service and friendly plumber. Thank you plumbing experts!!

Eric came out to give us a bid along a handful of other companies. He was the most reasonably priced for the work suggested, and accommodating for the different options we were considering since we weren’t quite sure which plan we wanted to use yet. Very happy with the work

Plumbing experts took great care of me and my plumbing needs. I found some water seeping out of a wall into my garage. Chris Arnold came out to diagnose, gave me fantastic advice, and returned a few days later to complete the work after I took some drywall down.

Chris Arnold was kind, professional, and overall great to deal with! I was very comfortable having him in my home with my wife and young kids around. He was kind to my kids and my toddler loved watching him work!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago for plumbing issues at my mothers house. The day of the appointment no one showed up so I called and spoke to Mandy who stated someone had attempted to call me the day prior to reschedule for the next day. I had no missed calls nor voice mail so doubtful that happened. I had taken off work to have this work done but I understand that things happen and agreed for them to come out the next day from 8-10 am. The next day at 10:30 am still no one arrived. I called and spoke to Mandy again who stated the plumber was working in U- City and when finished would be headed my way. I called again at 3:30 pm bc still no one arrived or called. Mandy stated the supervisor was supposed to be coming out, she didn’t know why he hadn’t, and he wouldn’t answer his phone. I canceled immediately. I took off two days of work and not only are they not unreliable but they also don’t communicate. Waste of time when I could have scheduled a professional, reliable company to respond. Don’t use them unless you have time to waste.

The technician showed up late, did not give 45 minutes notice and entered my home saying ok who broke it?! To replace 2 O-rings that took literally 10 minutes he charged me $79. To install a shower head it would be an extra $100....so much for working with your budget and $40 off your first service. What a joke!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!!!

Three different projects: installed a new gas line for a new cooktop, replaced leaky valves at my main and sprinkler system shutoffs, and my backflow valve. Most significantly, they replaced all the pipes in my master bath for a total rehab. In every case, the technicians were professional and trustworthy, and the quality of their work exceeded expectations. Chris was the salesman and he was very cooperative, and provided solid advice to this DIY'er. Tyler did most of the work and he was outstanding. Oh, another supporting note - I was talking to a salesperson at one of the largest plumbing supply houses in town and she said 'those guys are great'. I agree. I wouldn't hesitate to refer these guys.

Had hired another plumber to change out our shower cartridge. Long story short , it did not go as planned and then they would not call us back. Got a referral for Plumbing Experts. They had someone out the very next day... technician actually arrived EARLY! He was professional, efficient and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Immediately gave me peace of mind and confidence that he could get the job done. He completed the work and we could not be happier. Wish I would have called them first!!!

Absolutely the best service. We called at 10am as our hot water tank had gone out. The call was answered by a very professional, knowledgeable lady who explained the process and gave us an estimate of the price should we need a new tank and said the tech would check it out and tell us our options. Tech arrived and did exactly what she said let us choose fixing or replacing. We chose a new tank as ours was 15years old. He proceeded to replace the tank leaving long enough to go get the new one. Two hours later we had hot water again. Very pleased. The tech was very nice and also professional. The price was exactly what the lady had said it would be not a penny more. We could not be happier. They did exactly what they said for exactly the price quoted and had it done within hours. Great experience. Any future needs we will contact Plumbing Experts.

We’ve used Plumbing Experts for 2 years now for our annual backflow inspections. They detected some repairs that were needed & were very thorough & fair with pricing. They are our go to plumbing company & would definitely recommend.

Came out to look at a pressure regulator they put in a little over a year ago, told me this one was bad and it’ll be $795 to replace it. I told him the part should be under warranty it hasn’t been two years since you put it in. After another phone call to his boss the valve was no longer the issue and it’s a calcium buildup (funny how the diagnosis changed so fast after warranty was brought up and they weren’t going to get my $800), they wanted to flush the lines to see if that would resolve the issue. I asked how much that would cost and was told it’s part of the $89 service fee to come out. After “flushing the lines” which was just adjusting the pressure on the regulator and turning on the spout outside for 5 minutes I was told that will cost $320! I paid the $89 and was told not paying the full amount would void the warranty which is fine by me. Just felt like a big scam job and not good business practice. Won’t use them again.

The drain tech they sent out was very professional and provided me with upfront pricing and let me know exactly what was wrong with my sewer .he had it cleared within the hour and let me know a couple of preventative measures i could use to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. Would recommend and use again

We had a shaky start with a missed first appointment but the reschedule went well. The cleaning process went well and the process was well explained. I'd still recommend even with the missed appointment. No one can predict how long a job can take all the time. However, a heads up phone call needs to be made.

They were on time and very professional. I had questions about the estimate that they returned same day. They also called out some other concerns as a FYI for me, and I really appreciate they weren't there just to fix one thing and leave. VERY pleased and will use them again in the future!

The plumber who helped us, Eric, was amazing! He did great & fast work, was very quick on answering any questions and was all around a great worker. He helped us when we were on a tight time line for our project and truly saved us. Highly recommend this company!!!

I had an amazing experience with Plumbing Experts, the staff are very professional and responsive.

Was told over the phone I would have a trip charge of $90 but they add a diagnostic fee of $195 after just looking at the heater for 5 minutes. No diagnostic charge was mentioned over the phone and I had no other work done. I don’t recommended this company. Will take review down for $196.

Last minute experts I call them!!!! Called them, they came last minute and saved my day. In and out and still made my date night. I will keep the number saved because I have a few other projects around the house that youtube can’t solve lol

Thaddeus did a fantastic job! Diagnosed the problem, fixed it and left the work area clean. Will use this company for all my plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. They were going to call when they were on their way but didn't, this was not an issue as I was at the property early.

Eric gave us an estimate over the phone to come fix our toilet. We have had issues for months with this. He came out and diagnosed the repair and it was much less expensive than we thought. We were expecting to have to replace our entire toilet and he said it was something simple and fixed it. We were so happy with his honesty. He could have charged us a lot more to do work that he said was not necessary. While he was there, we had him fix our sink as well. Very trust worthy and fair price. I wish there were more companies like this. Great Work!! Would definitely refer to anyone.

Do not use this company if you expect any sort of work done. awful experience that completely messed up my rental and greatly impacted my tenants.

They came out in early june to diagnose a leaking toilet. Told me it was a simple wax ring (which i already knew wasnt) and charged me for that. it started leaking immediately again and they suggested to fix it with an interior liner. I agreed and signed their bid.

Fast forward almost 2 months and no work has been done. Even worse they made absolutely 0 effort to tell me they didnt want to or couldnt do the work. In fact I had to call/text constantly to ever get an answer and on top of that I was lied to numerous times about them coming out. They would blame things on covid delays, guys being busy, other jobs, etc.

While that is fine in itself (if it were true), I would expect some professionalism and communication with all the issues instead of leading me on for almost 2 months and leaving my tenants without a working toilet.

I'm fed up with trying at this point. last week they said they had materials and would come in. Didn't and I called to ask why and they said they were still missing a part (why didnt you call me to tell me instead of making me wait at the unit)

this week, they said they'd come out on monday. They did not and again I called to ask why and they said their machine was broken. Promised me a wednesday show. Didnt come. Scheduled me for Friday. Didnt show and now they refuse to answer my calls/texts.

Looked this company up on a few spots. Saw mixed reviews but called and talked to them. Very knowledgeable. Price was good. Job was done right with proper permits. Have heard horror stories about not getting permits and rehab coming to a halt. Definitely get the whole story. Not everyone does things the same. I felt I could trust them and it worked for my benefit.

I was looking to do work on a gas line in our yard. The gentleman was very rude on the phone saying they would not come out for a free estimate. Quoted me 2 different prices each time I called with questions. Third time I called, forgetting I had already decided against them, he said he'd come out for $79 to look at the job. When I said we were still deciding if we could afford the project he said well then why would I could out if you're not going to do the project and pay me Rude and condescending the whole time.

Very poor quality and very poor service. They canceled 6 of my appointments including 4 no shows.

I found this company off of Angie’s list. We’re so glad we did! I called and spoke with Eric first. He picked up and scheduled a date and time for us to give an estimate. The text messages of the scheduled arrivals did not work the first two times. However, the “third time was a charm.” Chris came out and fixed our leaking problem very quickly. He was professional and he knew what he was doing! Thank you so much Chris and Plumbing Experts.

Was told over the phone I would have a trip charge of $90 but they add a diagnostic fee of $195 after just looking at the heater for 5 minutes. No diagnostic charge was mentioned over the phone and I had no other work done. I don’t recommended this company. Will take review down for $196.

The drain tech they sent out was very professional and provided me with upfront pricing and let me know exactly what was wrong with my sewer .he had it cleared within the hour and let me know a couple of preventative measures i could use to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. Would recommend and use again

Looked this company up on a few spots. Saw mixed reviews but called and talked to them. Very knowledgeable. Price was good. Job was done right with proper permits. Have heard horror stories about not getting permits and rehab coming to a halt. Definitely get the whole story. Not everyone does things the same. I felt I could trust them and it worked for my benefit.

Absolutely the best service. We called at 10am as our hot water tank had gone out. The call was answered by a very professional, knowledgeable lady who explained the process and gave us an estimate of the price should we need a new tank and said the tech would check it out and tell us our options. Tech arrived and did exactly what she said let us choose fixing or replacing. We chose a new tank as ours was 15years old. He proceeded to replace the tank leaving long enough to go get the new one. Two hours later we had hot water again. Very pleased. The tech was very nice and also professional. The price was exactly what the lady had said it would be not a penny more. We could not be happier. They did exactly what they said for exactly the price quoted and had it done within hours. Great experience. Any future needs we will contact Plumbing Experts.

I was looking to do work on a gas line in our yard. The gentleman was very rude on the phone saying they would not come out for a free estimate. Quoted me 2 different prices each time I called with questions. Third time I called, forgetting I had already decided against them, he said he'd come out for $79 to look at the job. When I said we were still deciding if we could afford the project he said well then why would I could out if you're not going to do the project and pay me Rude and condescending the whole time.

We’ve used Plumbing Experts for 2 years now for our annual backflow inspections. They detected some repairs that were needed & were very thorough & fair with pricing. They are our go to plumbing company & would definitely recommend.

Plumbing Experts replaced our master bathroom sink and shower faucets. It was a two day job, involving two different plumbers. Both plumbers were professional, courteous (though one was more personable than the other) and explained things in simple terms. Both left the job site clean. We shopped around and their prices are on par with their competitors.

Two negatives that lost them a star:
- Not on time and no communication. I certainly get that plumbing repairs can run long. However, if you send a text saying the plumber is “on the way” and an hour later he still isn’t here? That’s confusing and disrespectful of my time. Naturally I called to inquire, which leads to the second negative:

-Amy was extremely rude and unprofessional when I called. Everyone can have an “off” or “bad” day - even when they are the voice of the company. However, she was equally rude the next time I had to call as well - on a different day. It will certainly give us pause when we need a plumber again.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable plumber. He kept costs to a minimum and made recommendations for our other plumbing questions.

Beware of this company! They completely ripped off my elderly aunt and took complete advantage of her. They won’t return phone calls. They should be ashamed. I hope they are proud of themselves taking and old woman’s money who is on a fixed income. Please please stay away from this company. Karma will catch up to you all!

So I called Plumbing Experts this past week. I asked for a fridge line to be ran and the woman over the phone said it was $49 and I said really or something like that. So I asked $49? She said yeah thats it. Then the technician gets here and says it'll be $185 per hr. So now I'm like what! Anyway poor communication led them to lose a potential client. I called other plumbers and some were cheaper and more expensive but the difference is they communicated the total price over the phone which is the way it should be done

They installed a gas pipe connection from the outside meter to inside the house for my Gas stove. House had gas connection, but as basement was finished pulling it from the meter was the best option. He was very professional and answered all my questions. They charged me what was estimated before.. no hidden costs etc .. I recommend them and would call them again if need arises.

Do not use this company if you expect any sort of work done. awful experience that completely messed up my rental and greatly impacted my tenants.

They came out in early june to diagnose a leaking toilet. Told me it was a simple wax ring (which i already knew wasnt) and charged me for that. it started leaking immediately again and they suggested to fix it with an interior liner. I agreed and signed their bid.

Fast forward almost 2 months and no work has been done. Even worse they made absolutely 0 effort to tell me they didnt want to or couldnt do the work. In fact I had to call/text constantly to ever get an answer and on top of that I was lied to numerous times about them coming out. They would blame things on covid delays, guys being busy, other jobs, etc.

While that is fine in itself (if it were true), I would expect some professionalism and communication with all the issues instead of leading me on for almost 2 months and leaving my tenants without a working toilet.

I'm fed up with trying at this point. last week they said they had materials and would come in. Didn't and I called to ask why and they said they were still missing a part (why didnt you call me to tell me instead of making me wait at the unit)

this week, they said they'd come out on monday. They did not and again I called to ask why and they said their machine was broken. Promised me a wednesday show. Didnt come. Scheduled me for Friday. Didnt show and now they refuse to answer my calls/texts.

Darian was our plumber and he was terrific. Professional-timely and mist importantly did the job well. Explained what the process was, what he was doing and our options very well. Will definitely use them again!!

My Aunt hired them. She needed a new fluid master they said. That was the reason for her water bill going up. This was an upstairs bathroom. They charged her 285.00 to install a 20.00 part and was there 20 minutes. When she ask for a receipt Thadeus told her it would be mailed. She has never received one. Not only did they rip her off the problem was a faulty faucet in the lower level bathroom that wouldn't shut off. If you are elderly or a single woman don't hire this company. I called and talked to the lady that answer the phone and she assured me Thadeus would call me back. Never heard from anyone. You this company at your own risk.

Fast and expertly done

Plumbing experts took great care of me and my plumbing needs. I found some water seeping out of a wall into my garage. Chris Arnold came out to diagnose, gave me fantastic advice, and returned a few days later to complete the work after I took some drywall down.

Chris Arnold was kind, professional, and overall great to deal with! I was very comfortable having him in my home with my wife and young kids around. He was kind to my kids and my toddler loved watching him work!!

Thaddeus did a fantastic job! Diagnosed the problem, fixed it and left the work area clean. Will use this company for all my plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. They were going to call when they were on their way but didn't, this was not an issue as I was at the property early.

Didn't get to use their services, but scheduling was very easy, very professional, and they were upfront with pricing! I would suggest calling them first before you call Roto Rooter!

Eric came out to give us a bid along a handful of other companies. He was the most reasonably priced for the work suggested, and accommodating for the different options we were considering since we weren’t quite sure which plan we wanted to use yet. Very happy with the work

Eric gave us an estimate over the phone to come fix our toilet. We have had issues for months with this. He came out and diagnosed the repair and it was much less expensive than we thought. We were expecting to have to replace our entire toilet and he said it was something simple and fixed it. We were so happy with his honesty. He could have charged us a lot more to do work that he said was not necessary. While he was there, we had him fix our sink as well. Very trust worthy and fair price. I wish there were more companies like this. Great Work!! Would definitely refer to anyone.
