We've used Maplewood Plumbing on a number of new and repair jobs. We're always impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and work quality of their people - not to mention how personable every one of them have been. On our most recent call Joel did an excellent job installing the faucets, and came back for no charge after a faulty part had to be reordered.

Responsive--Arrived within 20 minutes of call tonite. Chad was very friendly even while working in the dark rain as the basement was backed up. Clearly advised amount due before doing work, thoroughly explained issue with recommendation on how to proceed. If the rest of the techs are as good and personable as Chad, I'll use them again!!

Friendly service. Was some delay in arrival time but kept me informed. Promptly installed a new garbage disposal. Cleaned up before leaving.

I will definitely use USA Plumbing Plus again. I called for an estimate for installation of a water heater and was quoted a reasonable price. The technician was on time for the appointment and installed the water heater in no time. I also had a problem with my bathroom sink and he was able to clear it quickly for a small additional charge.

Called about a situation at my home, and Matt arrived within in 30 minutes. Did an excellent job and very professional. Highly recommended

I was very pleased with the work recently completed by Roto Rooter. We have been dealing with this issue for many years, and I appreciated the suggestions and honesty by Jim. He was also very concerned about keeping the area clean and I really appreciate that. The cost was higher than we've paid other companies (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5), but I appreciate the great customer service.

Dan came out quick and got my sink unclogged! I was very impressed by the speedy and efficient service.

They made a appointment for 6 in the evening and never showed or called. What called in repeatedly and nobody ever bothered to return my call!

Makes things worse I can use my shower I couldn't wash any clothes can use my dishwasher cause the drain was plugged up there a crappy company

Their services were required through the company we used to remodel our bathroom. One of the guys was very rude. (He's the one to the right in their Facebook business profile pic). They did a horrible job communicating with the other company to make sure they left the tools needed in order to do their job in a timely manner. Instead the rude brother came in and asked where is the Stuff as if we knew what he was talking about. We reached out to the company to assist with getting an answer but no one replied...time passed the rude brother walked in and out the house then went to the bathroom. We asked did they find the item he replied well You were on the phone. Past tense, and furthermore we were trying to get answers for him. He could've communicated when he found the items instead of walking in and out with an ittitude. They damaged the wall and didn't say a word to us. They didn't know how to install the faucet to the tub, so we had to have someone else complete their job. Later on we discovered the water pressure was off because a bad piece was installed which should've been tested by them
but they didn't know how to install the piece. I asked a question to the rude brother and he told me to ask my daughter because his brother was already explaining it then he walked out. The customer service was poor. I was told by someone that works with them regularly they are not friendly and they argue like a married couple . While I didn't witness the arguing, it's good to know, I'm not wrong in how we were treated.

Amazing customer service by this company. The technician, Ty was professional and timely and was able to assess the issues quickly. The repairs were done in a timely manner with minimal damage to my wallet. Ty was even helpful in providing a contact for someone to do some carpentry for us. We will never use another company for plumbing again. I am giving their contact information to all of my neighbors!

We are very pleased with RotoRooter! They called to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. Glenn Roeder was courteous and considerate. He thoroughly explained the issue, fixed the problem AND thoroughly cleaned up the areas after fixing the pipes. He had suggestions and explained how to avoid future problems. I would definitely call them again if needed!

Josh arrived on New Years' day. He worked outside in -4 degrees. Kept us informed, provided efficient and professional service and did not overcharge for holiday. Nice and easy to work with. I would recommend them.
