Landlords sent out this company to snake the toilet. We have not had a problem since.

From the friendly receptionist on the phone to the plumber, Curtis, who came and fixed our bathtub/shower valve, our experience was superb. This company is aptly named. I called a little after 9 AM, Curtis was here around 10:30, and the problem was fixed before 11. Curtis provided me the quote before commencing work, which I appreciated. Great, courteous, trustworthy service. It's nice to have the water on in the house again!

I hired this company because they were able to come out asap.
Well they came out, saw what needed to be done and gave us a price. Was a bit high but not outrageous. The main pipe inside the house had a minor leak so to work on it, they needed to shut off the secondary line outside. Unfortunately we didn't know where it was. So the employee said his boss may have had a solution and was going to meet him at the gas station. And NEVER came back. SO INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Be a professional adult and say you don't know how to locate it or that you can't perform your job properly. Who thought you could get ghosted from a business you hire

Just found out he also destroyed our property. He completely removed the spicket entail having more water damage the area

On a Saturday we had to turn off our water didn't have water. They came in were able to fix our shower faucet were great!

Ladell and the crew at Right Now Plumbing were absolutely amazing. Got home from work and found my kitchen faucet lines had frozen and come apart. Right Now plumbing had same day service, stayed in contact with me throughout the process… replaced my entire water line in less than an hour and gave me a quote on future work. My go to guys.

John just left our house and was amazing! We had a pipe burst and didn’t know until we came home from work. He came way in the evening when we needed, but stores were closed for what he supplies he needed. He did a great temp fix for the night (so we could use water if needed) then came right back the next day after he was able to get the supplies! Very friendly and fantastic work! Thanks so much!

Absolutely do not hire. Your money is best spent elsewhere. The were hired to replace the main water line and all the plumbing in the house.
They told me replacing the main water line would take a day to a couple days, and it ended up taking a couple weeks. They never specified or called to tell me when they would show up. Most of the time they'd show up sometime after 4:00 PM and expected me to stay at the house so they could have access till they were done. They provided little to no communication. They hounded me to be paid in full when the job was only about 25% done, even though they told me 50% up front and 50% after the job is done.

They put a huge hole in the foundation wall because they misjudged where the water line came into the house, and that also took them a couple weeks to get to after the main water line had been installed already. They then continued to use the front of my house as storage for their equipment, weeks after their permit expired.

They installed a backflow preventer in the drain system, right where the stairs were going to land (and they knew that from the beginning). Yet they continually pushed me to install one so they could charge more. Then the inspector told them there had to be access to the backflow preventer (which there wasn't because stairs were going right there). So, it had to be taken out. When I asked how that changed the price, the sales rep got super defensive and argued with me because he made a mistake and didn't want any money taken from his commission.

All in all this is probably the worst plumbing company you can hire in the St. Louis area. They have no communication. Promise fast work to secure the job, then go weeks over the deadlines. They're rude and unprofessional. Save your money and peace of mind and go with a different company.

Warning!!! Do not use them. The absolute worst!!! I was referred to them by contractor to fix an urgent plumbing issue.They fixed the issue, but the problem returned a week later. I called and texted(he said text for a faster response) the technician, but no response. I called the company and spoke to dispatch. They said they would schedule another tech. Tech never showed during the scheduled time window (Finally got another company to correctly fix issue) Called back and was told the service manager would call me. Still waiting on that call two weeks later. Trying to get a refund now. We'll see if they ever return my call. Please avoid this headache of a company.

I scheduled a time for an electrician to come out and was told they would arrive between 2 and 4. After taking off work and waiting all day they didn’t show. Around 4:30 I called and was told I would receive a call from a supervisor to find out where my tech is. Called back again an hour later since I hadn’t heard back and was told they would submit an urgent request this time. Still have yet to hear anything. No one can tell me if anyone is coming. I’m assuming not. Half of my day wasted. I wouldn’t recommend. Update: no one ever showed. Never got a callback.

Had plumbing issues, googled, saw they’re rating gave them a shot... said they would be out the same day... they did not... they did come the next day.... stated they fixed issue, and cleaned the pipe... 2 weeks later I had the same issue, called them back out for the same problem... person fixed the issue to a degree... I called to speak with the manager, and I got the owner and he was very abrasive and rude... would not recommend giving them your business.

This has to be the worst company ever for customer service. I called them for electrical and plumbing services. The electrical technicians arrived at my house early but they were not licensed electricians. I told them I had an integrated permit when I called so they would need to sign off on the permit. They were unable to do that. They tried to overcharge me on the quote because I was using a credit card and they cancelled the plumbing service call without me knowing.

When I called to see why the plumbers had not arrived the owner was very rude. If I could give them 0 stars, i would. Don your time with this company. The BBB says that this is not a reputable company and that they would recommend that you use their sevices. They have too many complaints.

Buyer Beware. This is the worst company I have ever had the mispleasure of doing business with. Unprofessional and unresponsive when they have created a problem. Called them to snake out the drain going to sewer in my lawn. Temporarily fixed the problem by leaving 35ft cable in my line. I called the company n was told it was a MSD problem even though MSD did not create the problem. Luckily for me MSD checked the line f
or free and I was told it was a plumbing issue. I called rightnow plumbing with no response. The company left the
35 ft cable in my sewer line for me to deal with. I have had problems ever since with the cable being stuck in my sewer line. Eventually after spending money for repairs that I did not create. Rotor Rooter charged me a whooping 495 to extract the cable from my line. I have asked to be reimbursed from rightnow plumping with no response. This is the worst company to go to for plumbing need. Please choose a reputable company for your plumbing needs.

Temp tags on the service vehicle 6 months expired. if you cant license your vehicles you're probably not licensed to be a contractor either.

I had a leaking saddle valve late on a Saturday. Right Now Plumbing was at my house within a couple of hours and repaired the main line quickly, effectively, and at a very fair price.

Set an appointment for 10am, called every hour after 12pm and all they would just tell me a Tech would call and I never got a call. They would not give me a managers number. Worst company to deal with. I would never try to use them again and I do not recommend.

I called and didn't know what to expect. John arrived and went right to work. He was honest and told me why certain parts needed to be replaced. He answered all of my crazy questions with no hesitation. If you want honesty and the job done right ask for John. This will be my go to going forward.

Shontez was extremely helpful, and informative. He even arrived early. Right now plumbing were the only ones who showed up after a week of trying to get someone to fix it all week. Im grateful.

My father called and made an appointment between 12 and 1 today no one showed up yet and it's now 5:26 pm . Tried calling 2 hrs ago to see where the plumber was and was told someone would call back. No one has and now it's to late to call another company today so disappointed and won't call this company ever again. Thanks for not showing up and or calling.

I called the other day at 1pm was told plumber would be there between 4-6. Got a call around 4 asking if they could come tomorrow. I said no I called because I need someone asap. They said they guy will be there. 7pm no guy! Called he said he would keep calling his worker and was very rude in the meantime. Then was told he would be there in am next day noon. No show and got voice mail. I WOULD NOT EVEN RATE THEM AT 1 IT WOULD BE NEGATIVE 5

They came same day called, after Thanksgiving 2022. Work seemed satisfactory, but messy. I called back w/i two (2) weeks with kitchen sink not draining, with garbage disposal backing to other side of sink and dishwasher drain not working. They asked my name and phone number, verified my service address, but did not come out. (Thinking busy season..waiting) When called again after 30 days, January 11th, I talked to the service rep who came out, the son. He had a Britney call back..the owner wife, talked a while explaining they did not set an appointment & I should have called back. I told her I did not know their business protocell and when I called assumed they would send someone out. She start raising her voice and talking to me disrespectful, abrasive, rude, and unapologetic. She stated I need to call another company after I paid them $270 for the work 6 weeks earlier, with a call w/i the 30 days of the work's guarantee, having some of same problem. These Ppl do not honor their warranty and will play games with pricing, too. I would not recommend their business, if this is how they treat paid customers.

They charged me 189.00 to put a plunger in back yard drain. Told me I would have to pay extra to snake slow leak drain. The 189.00 did not come with warranty . Not even two weeks later I am having the same problem! They swindled me out of my money. I hope this helps the next family not to deal with this unfortunate experience.

I received same day service after the holiday. They have great customer service and professionalism. The technicians detected the leak and explained thoroughly what they were going to do and the cost. They are my new go-to plumbers!

We just moved into our new home and needed a few things repaired, and quotes for additional work. Curtis showed up on time and was knowledgeable about everything we needed. He was very professional, had great quality of work and even covid compliant with no issues. We'll definitely use them for our future projects and maintenance.

Steven was our plumber. He had a tough job on his hands considering my hot water heater is no longer being produced and the gas valve was previously recalled. My kids and I desperately needed hot water and he worked tirelessly on Christmas eve nonetheless, to get us hot water. We appreciate his time, knowledge and dedication in repairing our water heater.

Called to get work done for my basement he told me 1:00pm he would be there called him an hour later he said that their running late its almost 3pm no respond truely Unprofessional! Then finally came out over priced me to do a simple job told them im ok ill go some where cheaper they tried to charge me $65 charge for coming out! Smh

Had an emergency our first night in new home. Had a pipe separate in the wall and flooded down to the two floors below draining out a pendant lamp on the counter. This was at 9:50pm on a Saturday June 6th 2020. They came out and fixed the problem and job handled.

These guys saved my life. I just moved into my house that we are currently rehabbing and had no hot water. Every company I called was to busy to come out. I called right now plumbing they came right out got the job done in a timely and professional manner. They had everything they needed to get the job done and were very knowledgeable.

I called on a Sunday and John came that afternoon, right on time and no extra charge, just fixed the problem and clearly explained everything to me. John was totally professional and did a quick and thorough job or making the necessary repairs. John in the best, and we had a very satisfactory experience with this company. I will use them again!

We contacted on a Monday. Had 3 follow-up calls when there was a no show multiple times. Someone did come on Tuesday and give us an estimate, set appointment and another no show on Wednesday. We called after this and the person who answered the phone said they'd have a manager call us within an hour. No luck. If you really need service and expect to be treated with respect as a customer, don't use Right Now Plumbing.

Had sludge coming out of basement, called these guys, supposedly came out and fixed the problem... cleaned the line, paid them and left... 30 days later had the same problem, they came back out, fixed the problem supposedly again... well had the problem arise again 3 months later, and come to find out they didn’t do what they said.... and were berating me when asking for a refund... Not a company I would give my business to.... please AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Terrible company i do not recommend!!! They have been out 5 times to “fix” my leaking tub. Due to them not fixing the issue I now have water damage done to my flooring in MULTIPLE rooms. I’ve reached out for someone to call me about this damage done and not one person has reached out. This has been an on going issue for weeks. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

A Couple moments later I received call back from the manager, and he was very disrespectful, abrasive, rude, and unapologetic. This is not a company I would recommend in the slightest ... I called and scheduled appointment to get the estimate. I have specifically verified if that service is free. The plumber called me after 2 hours appointment window and informed that the estimate is not free. He was very much not polite and hungup on me. I called back to office they found the order and notes that it should be free. They have sent that information to service manager. He called me back and said that the service is not free and hung up the call. Very poor customer service.

Had a leaking faucet that was leaking water to the lower floor. Called Right Now and they responded right away, on a weekend. Curtis was our service man and he was communicative and very helpful. Would use them again!
