Came out to my house the other day and quoted me the ridiculously high price of $700 to replace a garbage disposal, and that was the lowest-priced option!The disposal that needs replacement retails for $90, so they wanted to charge more than $600 for labor. My wife and I quickly showed the plumber the door, though we were still stuck paying their $65 service fee.Don't call this plumber. Their prices are more inflated than a warehouse full of balloons.

Looked up plumbers on Angies List & Maplewood Plumbing was closest to our house. This was our first time using Maplewood Plumbing and the girl on the phone stated one of her workers was just finishing a job & could be there in 15 minutes. And Jerry arrived within the 15 minutes. He looked at the problem in the toilet, knew exactly what the problem was so he went to his truck & got a snake. He came back & fixed the toilet within a few seconds. He made me very happy. We will use them again and recommend them to family & friends.

Maplewood Plumbing is as thorough and professional as it gets. They recently installed new fittings in both bathrooms including shower, toilets and sink faucets. We live in a condominium apartment building. In order to work on the plumbing, you had to turn off the water for the whole building. Maplewood installed valves designed to isolate our unit from the rest of the building so that will no longer be necessary. They also installed a new gas line into the unit for us and the upstairs neighbor. Now we can have a gas range.When finished, they thoroughly clean up after themselves, removing all debris from the premises. These are the people you want working on your house.

We called this company for a simple toilet fix. The plumber was nice and respectable. He did a thorough job, putting in a fix that will last forever. Pricing was market rate. We got their number from a banner flying over a major outdoor event.

Our basement mainline was backing up. Was originally thinking roots in the pipes from trees out by the sidewalk and street. David de Anda (actual licensed plumber) came out the next day, on time and even called ahead. Very professional and friendly. He listened to a few different issues I was having besides the obvious back up. He gave me fantastic advice, didn't oversell or try scare tactics. Then he attacked the main problem however after trying a few rooters and a video determined it was a cracked clay pipe near the sidewalk. BIGGER PROBLEM. David made sure I knew how serious it was and told me exactly what the next steps were. He even gave the report priority and I had it and the video e-mailed to me hours later so I could start the process of getting Maplewood City to make the repairs. I was very impressed by Mr. de Anda. He was easy to talk to and I came away more educated about my house's plumbing and how our system works.¡Salud Bro!!!

Great company! We have had issues for 3 years with our drainage and this is the first company to find all the cleanouts, walk us through what they were doing and seeing! Our repairman was GREAT really sorry I can't remember his name!!! I will not use any other company in the future!

Reliable, professional and prompt. My original appointment was about a week after I called, but two days later they called because they had an opening. Installed two new fixtures and only took a couple of hours.

Tim arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. We had already installed a new kitchen faucet, but had a lead under sink. and discovered cast iron pipe coming from wall had rusted and we also had leak between wall of kitchen and laundry room. Tim repaired leak under sink in a timely manner and cost was comparable to other companies. Master plumber coming to give estimate as leak is between walls. I would to recommend others.

Within the past week Maplewood Plumbing has installed a water heater and PRV valve to reduce the high water pressure at our home. In both cases the plumbers arrived promptly as scheduled and completed their tasks in a timely manner. Our home is older and still contains some galvanized pipes which presented obstacles requiring creative thinking. Scott and Jerry were up to the challenges. We are very happy with the finished work and won't hesitate to use Maplewood Plumbing in the future.

I would highly recommend Maplewood Plumbing! We called them Monday at 11 and they were out at our house by 12:30. Courtney was our technician and he was friendly and very professional. He promptly figured out the issue and didn't try to sell us unneeded services. Their prices are reasonable and their service is top-notch.

I can absolutely recommend these guys. They got me scheduled ASAP while still working around my availability. Reggie and Josh 'powerwashed' out my backed up sludged lines, got me a clear site all the way out to the city main which I've never had, guarantee their work for two years, emailed me a video of the clear line for my records, and didn't try to upsell me on something they didn't really think I needed. Plus the whole crew is just all around real nice!

I recently finished a bathroom remodel and Maplewood plumbing did the installation of the toilet, vanity, and bathtub for me. They were great. My remodel took way longer than I expected, but whenever I needed them for the next step they were always easy to make an appointment with. They always showed up on time and did a great job with everything they did. I was very pleased with their work and they were super easy to work with. I would totally recommend them for any project involving plumbing.

Dave from Maplewood Plumbing was very helpful in rebuilding our toilet tank internals. It was previously hard to flush and the water ran if you didn’t jiggle the handle just right. Sound familiar ? If so, call Maplewood plumbing and ask for Dave.Also - fast, very courteous, talked through various options. The fix wasn’t a bank draining experience either. Bottom line - skilled, efficient, respectful, and affordable.

David went above and beyond to take care of a couple of immediate concerns, one of which we technically couldn’t get an appointment with that team for another week, but when he saw the issue he immediately inquired about going back and getting the equipment to fix it today. Very grateful, as I was stressing whether we’d be ok until our second appointment. He made sure I knew all my options and felt comfortable with what he did.

With a plumbing leak, we were extremely pleased with the quick response and quality repair that we received on a Monday morning no less! Their employee, Aaron, was able to find the leak, repair the bathtub shower control, find the part and replace it all that very day and we were back to normal and no more dripping or buckets. We initially scheduled Maplewood Plumbing to fix an outside faucet. We were also interested in getting a bid for a sink installation. The team that came out ended up finding a much more serious issue with our sewer, and they were able to get a third person to come out and resolve the problem all in the same afternoon. They were friendly, professional and flexible. We will use Maplewood Plumbing again, and we will refer them to our friends and neighbors!

I called Maplewood Plumbing to have them inspect for a potential sewer gas leak in my basement. The woman I scheduled with on the phone was very kind, she answered all of my questions and was very upfront with me. They were able to get someone out next business day. We have been using Maplewood Plumbing for over 20 years. For big projects and small, they have always done outstanding work. More recent projects have included diagnosing/replacing the pressure relief valve to improve water pressure, full repiping of rehabbed home including a hot water loop for a bath with a long piping run. These folks are the best!

Maplewood Plumbing does great work. Their plumbers are very professional. For small jobs, the price seems to be a bit high. For the client, time and materials would be better for small jobs instead of their 'plans'. I definitely trust them for large jobs.

These guys are great starting with the ladies in the office, then David who did the initial evaluation, then Will who did the estimate, then the really labor intensive work done by Dom and Pat with Rob, as well as Brad stepping in to help with the new installation and the rest of the crew. I asked lots of questions from the beginning and reviewed the work throughout the various steps, and they always explained well to my satisfaction. For the amount of work that was done and seeing first hand the labor and experience involved, I feel I was given a fair price. I would highly recommend Maplewood Plumbing to anyone and have already done so several times. I already plan on having them return for some future planned work. These guys are a class act!

My wife and I are in the process of purchasing a rather older house. We wanted a plumbing and sewer inspection and because of all the good reviews, we chose Maplewood Plumbing and Sewer. Through the whole process they have been unfailingly professional and frank with us. David came first, to do a camera inspection of the sewer. It was actually blocked up at the time of inspection, which would normally prevent any camera inspection, but instead of just walking away, he took the time to get authorization to snake out the obstruction and guided us through the whole process. Later, Will (the master plumber) came to do the full inspection and evaluation and he was able to find issues that nobody else in our many different inspections had picked up (including finding a crawl space nobody even knew about!) Can't say I'm thrilled with what was found, but that's not Maplewood's fault, and what I can definitely say is that they've been incredibly helpful through the whole process. Definitely will be calling them again for our future plumbing issues!

I called and it took over a day and half to get a call back. Guy came out spent all of 5 minutes and told me the prices were from $400 to $1200 didn't explain the differences, but the cheapest was called a bandaid. Charged me $65 for that. I have used other companies for the same issue and they did way more for a lot less. I will take them off my list of neighborhood services to use. I was not impressed at all by their service.

David did a great job, was very thorough, and explained everything as he was working. I would hire David (and Maplewood Plumbing) again and recommend them to others.

Maplewood was able to come out early (a Friday before my scheduled Monday) to install a water line for a new fridge and remove a stove gas line. Was really impressed that when I scheduled, they noted other times I was available so that if they had someone free I could get seen earlier. Dave was professional, explained my options really well, and got straight to work. I was really impressed when he cared enough to make sure that the water line was protected when it ran through a short cabinet, and that he filled the hole left by the gas line with some concrete. A job really well done, I couldn't be more pleased.

No issue with the work. It was done quickly and no longer leaks. We had a problem with the pricing as mentioned by an earlier poster. They do not give you a breakdown of per hour costs; instead they present you with a dizzying array of possible prices for the same job which seem like a bait and switch routine or, at best, a fear inducing suggestion that the least expensive option may not be the best choice. The work was done in less than 1/2 hour and the rate per hour for what they charged came out to over $550 an hour*! It only has a 30 day guarantee because anything longer than that would have cost more. Hope the parts last! *(There were a few parts needed, but I factored their cost in to come up with the hourly rate)

I told this company that I had a bleak and a crack in my basement floor before the person came I asked them if they could put a camera down the pipe to see where exactly the leak was coming from they said they could do that they sent a check out with a camera he made a video and also told me that he unclogged the drain I paid about $400 for it he said he would send me a receipt along with the video after he left I found that the drain was still clogged and I call the office to get my receipt and a copy of the video so I can see exactly what was the problem and they told me that he never took a video and he never unclog the drain because the water was too murky when I asked her what did I pay for she hung up on me and I tried to call back four times she never answered the phone when I finally got in touch with them by calling from a different number she told me that I had paid for the tech to be out there because he was at my house for 2 hours she said he never took a video so I'm not really sure what I paid for she was very unprofessional and I would never ever use them again because I paid for something that was not done they never did the work.

I had a leak in my basement and was able to get an appointment very quickly. Dave Simpson came out and was professional and courteous and was able to fix the leak same-day in a cost-effective manner. He also was able to fix a couple other minor issues I needed help with. Highly recommend!

Does not have customer as priority. Their concern is in charging for extra services, NOT fixing your problem. Will try and assess how much $ they think you have. Then, will tell you one thing, but do another. Receptionist is nice in order to get your business but awful afterwards. Incredibly disappointing.

I have used a number of different plumbers over the many years I have owned my home. Some proved to be a mistake. My experience with Maplewood was completely different. The men arrived early, listened to me, and performed the work in good order and timely. And bonus -- they left my home clean. I will definitely use them again.

Started with just updating a few fixtures and during the process found the bathroom sink drain pipe was cracked and leaking into the walls. A few days later the toilet drain pipe cracked and began leaking into the basement... OMG... pipes are old cast iron and almost 100 years old... needless to say all the drain pipes were replaced including the stack.... but the plumber was so good at explaining everything... and accommodating so I only lost my bathroom for a day while they did repairs... So happy I called Maplewood Plumbing... would recommend them again in a jiffy!! Thanks guys for all you patience and hard work getting my throne up and running again..!!!

We just used Maplewood Plumbing for our third plumbing job since purchasing our home and I cannot rave enough about the work and service they provided to us. With each job, they thoroughly explained the repairs needed and talked through the pros and cons of our options. Our older home provided the usual yet unpredictable challenges that come with some outdated plumbing. Maplewood Plumbing knew what to do, made sure we did not do any unnecessary repairs, and they were honest with us when a replacement would be cheaper than a repair. We had a stopped up kitchen drain that we could not clear ourselves. Maplewood plumbing came out less than 30 minutes after we called. After 45 minutes drain was cleared and all was well.

I had a new dishwasher that needed to be installed and an old one that needed to be removed. I called four separate appliance companies to get the old dishwasher removed and none of them could figure it out, so I decided to try a plumbing service instead and found Maplewood Plumbing & Sewer. Robert came out and was not only able to uninstall the old dishwasher, he installed the new one and re-piped the sink so it doesn't smell like a sewer anymore. I'm so glad I found them and will call them for the numerous other plumbing issues in my dumb old house.

In addition to a profession installation he went above and beyond by fixing humidifier outlet and offset the water heater so the controls were less likely to get bumped into. He was real pleasant and personable and left the area spotless - you wouldn't even know the water heater had been replaced. Looking forward to having your company do all of our plumbing repairs.

Maplewood plumbing installed a new sewer system for my home. The plumbing team were considerate, professional, cleaned up the site, and secured the site at the end of each day. What I really appreciate is not only do I not have to worry anymore about the plumbing, they lowered my stress level during the project. They were recommended to me, and I would and have recommended them to others.

How do I know that these guys are awesome? Because I got to compare them to someone else that was awful. Our family had a leaky faucet when we called a well-known plumbing service. They had to come out multiple times to readdress issues with their last prognosis of total replacement for $1500.That's when we decided to look around for someone that was highly rated and promoted their knowledge of older homes. I wasn't disappointed. The guy that came (Tim, you are awesome) was professional and prompt, but much more importantly, knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to fix our faucet without any issue and didn't bill us for time to go get a special wrench.Our faucets look brand new and work like a charm, with a price that was a fraction of what the other guys assessed. Really, what more could you ask for?

Needed a gas clothes dryer installed. The original service men from the delivery company didn’t know how to install it. Called Maplewood Plumbing and they were able to do the job. Robert did a great job (have had him before) and I always feel comfortable that the job was done right. When I told my son it was Robert he stated that Robert is awesome. I agree!

What a great experience! Our kitchen sink backed up on a Saturday of a long holiday weekend. Husband worked on it for three days. On a recommendation, contacted Maplewood Plumbing. Customer service beyond compare - woman I dealt with was pleasant, sympathetic, and top notch. Reggie was out to our house before 11 AM! Pleasant, hard working, and great to work with. Reggie went over and above on the repair, even going back to the shop for a bracket to fortify an area of pipe join that he “didn’t like the look of,” that could cause further issues in the future.While I hope you never need their services, life happens, and Maplewood Plumbing helped us deal with it. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

Had a lateral line clogged with tree roots and nothing else. The policy of a one hour minimum charge followed by fifteen minute increments was explained to me when I made the appointment. I didn't consider the notion that I would not be consulted at the end of the one hour minimum, but this is the case. I don't think the marginal cost of the extra time equals the marginal benefit to my drain. That said, I'm not accusing anybody of subterfuge.

MPS said they would be here at a certain time and they were on time. They called when they were on the way and when they arrived. The technician worked efficiently and effectively. They were also affordable. I will be using them again!

We saw together what the issue was and they cleaned it out, problem solved.The key point was they ran the camera down there to figure out what was going on first. Everyone else just wanted to cable out the downspout without looking, charge me hundreds of dollars and I wouldn't even know if it would have fixed the issue, neither would they. Some companies would have charged me just for them getting out a camera as well, maplewood plumbing did not do so. To me it seems that is the way it should be done so they aren't blindly doing something that might not even fix the issue.I highly recommend maplewood plumbing. If I'm being honest, I thought those guys were so nice that I wanted them to be my new best friends. Unfortunately I had to get back to work so I didn't have time to bust out the whiskey. They were so professional they probably wouldn't have drank with me anyways.

The Maplewood plumber E------ arrived on time, went right to work, suggested a better location for the external hose bibb than the one I had chosen, and then did a remarkably clean, solid, unobtrusive installation--it is a work of art! The soldered joints are pristine, the horizontal pipe is well secured at both ends and in the middle, and the external and internal hose bibbs reflect the same clean professional skill as the copper joints. E------ is meticulous and detail oriented. Moving the old pipe's location left a hole where it had been secured to the foundation's stone wall, and when he repaired it with cement, he blended it into the texture of the wall. While the cement was setting, he turned to the second project; he inspected the water heater expansion tank (it was in good shape) and checked the water pressure at several points to see if it could be safely increased. It could, so he increased the pressure resulting in better cold water pressure at our kitchen and bathroom outlets.This is not the first time we've used Maplewood Plumbing and won't be the last. The service is honest, responsive, and delivered by great people. They arrive well-prepared and demonstrate pride and skill in their work. Their prices are fair. Over the 28 years we've lived in our 96-year old house, we've used a number of project and service plumbers, but only a few stand out. E-----, like the other professionals Maplewood Plumbing has sent us, is one of those.

I had MO American Water out to check my high water usage. They closed the main shut off valve into the house to see if the meter still was showing flowing water between the meter and the valve. When they tried to restore water to the house, the gate valve broke in the closed position, i.e. no water to the house. This was my problem. I had to call around to get a plumber immediately. After a couple of other companies said that they couldn't get to it for a week, I called Maplewood Plumbing. Nicole said she would talk to her crews and see who could squeeze me in. She requested an hour. An hour later she called and said that they rearranged a few jobs and a plumber could be there by 1 PM. Sure enough Robert was on time. He was professional and competent. He had to replace the 17 year old valve in tight quarters but managed to do it very cleanly. He was in and out in 2 hours and I had running water. No hotel for me that night! Additionally, there was no premium for the urgent response; just normal rates. Thanks to Maplewood Plumbing for being so customer-centric and professional.

I recently realized I was going to need a new water heater. I checked BBB, YELP, and another site to find the highest rated companies to talk to. From there, I received about four bids. Maplewood Plumbing had one of the best bids and were the highest rated! They also were going to install the highest rated brand of water heater. I did have to wait an extra couple of days for installation compared to the next best bid, but I thought the better rated brand and higher customer ratings would be worth it. I was right!Maplewoods team was on time for the installation and went to work immediately. I had had one of their estimators out a couple of weeks before to make sure of an accurate estimate as it would be a tight squeeze getting the new tank into the space and to install a drain pan. This information had not been relayed to the install team. And the supplier did not drop off the drain pan. But they handled it excellently. They called for another employee to assist in lifting the new tank into place! And the employee picked up a drain pan and hose from Home Depot. It took an extra 1/2 hour or so but no grumbling and they took great care to make sure there was no scratches, dents, or dings on the new tank , doorways, steps or flooring! No extra charges either!! Very Professional!! Though I won't have to for many years, I would easily hire them again for any plumbing job I needed!! They deserve the high customer satisfaction ratings!!

I am removing a star because services were expensive (I paid 371 dollars for replacement of a drain stopper and removal of a small under-sink comfort pump) and when billing different levels of service are offered which made me worry about the quality of work if I did the cheapest level (which is what I chose anyway). I feel that the price should be the price without tiered levels of support.

Inside water shut off was leaking and street shut off as t been used in decades. Despite wet and freezing conditions these guys were able to open the access which had essentially welded itself shut then they took care of the inside. For a time it looked like the outdoor would have to be dug up and replaced $$$$. But these guys got it done without that expense

We had a problem with hot water running out early, even when setting the tank thermostat to a higher temperature. The technician determined the problem was having the water temperature too high, which increased calcium buildup, something I was unaware of. He diagnosed that a check valve in the recirculating system was not functioning, and upon opening it up, found a calcium buildup had kept the valve from closing. He replaced the valve, and the system is working normally. Very good service.

I am truly astounded at the great level of service that Maplewood Plumbing provided to me. I bought my house 2 years ago. They were hired to clean out buried downspouts. The popups for these drains had been buried under sod! Maplewood found them, cleaned them out, and provided me with an outstanding report with video and images. This work was done in almost 100 degree heat and John and his associate were both very friendly and informative. Their price was good. I will definitely call on them again.

Great company and service! My service guy showed up promptly for my service time in the first 15 mins of the 3 hour service window I had scheduled. I didn't have a plumbing issue, just a routine inspection for my lateral lines. Best thing was my guy finished quickly and still had lots of time leftover for the hour I was paying for. And so, instead of just leaving early he asked if there were any other issues I might have, which I did (slow draining sink), and he took care of it as well in the allotted time too! Very friendly, courteous, and professional company. Accepts credit cards at your home and provides a usb drive of the camera inspection they did. Further more, they can add you to their contacts so they call me for yearly inspections instead of me having to remember or worry about it.

I had all new all water lines and stack replaced by another company but the company that did the work could not come out for a backed up sink for a week. I called Maplewood and they came the day after I called. Aaron was great!! It took him 2 hours to clean the line and let me know everything that was going on.

This company offers a great service. Their plumbers are professional and very helpful. My water heater is getting older and it isn't as strong anymore. Maplewood Plumbing and Sewer's plumber helped me make a short term fix to the heater to save me a few months with it. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need at this moment. I was given an appointment time span of 3 hours of when I could expect a repair person the next day. I was also told that he would call 15 minutes before he would arrive. David arrived within the time span and called to say he would be at my place within 15 minutes. He had the equipment and knowledge necessary to show and explain the workings of my sewer system. I learned a lot. One of the problems was access to the drain that was located in the garage under my son's car that would not start. If my son can get it started and out of the garage, David will come back and complete what's necessary to unclog that line the rest of the way. He was able to get to some of it, but could not get to most of it. I really appreciate the option of a return call within 30 days at no additional charge. Maplewood Plumbing has an excellent reputation and competent personnel, and is frequently listed as a referral on Neighborhood, a popular on-line site where neighbors seek positive referrals based on their own experience.

The plumber kept me apprised of his arrival time. He did fast, efficient work, and returned to their shop to pick up a needed part to complete project. I have used Maplewood Plumbing before and have been happy with their work.

Left a message after hours and received a call back first thing in the morning. The plumber arrived shortly after 8:00 a.m. and was done within one hour! Done well and left the area clean and neat!

Our plumber, Robert, was a professor of plumbing, explaining what he was doing as he went and for each service, alerting us to the possible downsides, none of which occurred, thankfully. After his visit we felt very confident we understood how our tankless water heater functions and how our basement showers can be modified to change water pressure and even change how hot the water is. I would not have attempted the work from you tube videos.

Our basement floor drain was backing up. David from Maplewood Plumbing came out, cleared the drain and took video of the cracked pipe, showing that the cracks were under public right of way section of the line. He was very polite, helpful, and quick. I was then contacted by Will, who gave me some information on how to contact the city to replace the broken pipes. Would definitely recommend.

Maplewood Plumbing did an amazing job replacing my leaky outdoor faucet. The original plumber they had scheduled to do the work got held up at another job and they were still able to get someone else out to my house for my scheduled appointment. They were timely and professional. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Maplewood Plumbing is the real deal and I'll use their services again.Original Review:We had a leaky toilet so we called Maplewood Plumbing to take a look. Shortly after arriving, the plumber said we needed a new fill valve and said it would be $225. That seemed steep, but I'm happy to pay a premium for quality work, which I assumed I was getting given this company's sterling reviews.In the following days, we noticed the toilet running in short bursts every hour or so. A quick internet search pointed us to the flapper. We tried cleaning it, but that didn't help. We had Maplewood come back out and this time we were told that we not only needed to replace the flapper but also the shut-off valve and that it would cost an additional $230. Given that a typical fill valve costs about $20, we had already paid them $200 for 30 mins of labor, so we were hoping this time around we'd only have to pay for the new parts. I asked what it would have cost to replace the fill-valve, flapper, and shut-off valve ask at once, he explained their flat rate pricing to me. Apparently shutoff valve is priced separately from the fill valve and flapper. The extra $230 was to replace the shut-off valve and he was replacing the flapper for free.I certainly appreciate the inclusion of the flapper and I'm happy that the toilet is fixed. However, had we known from the start that we were going to be spending $450 dollars on these repairs, we most definitely would have explored other options. Unfortunately by the time we were made aware of the second $230, we were already so far in the hole with this company that it would have been just as expensive to go somewhere else to fix the remaining issues. The next time we have plumbing issues, we'll be looking somewhere else.

Just a good word about Maplewood Plumbing. About a year ago, I replaced a dilapidated old garage with a new studio workshop with heat, electricity, and hot and cold running water. Great experience! I've had plumbers from Maplewood come to my house twice. The first time, I had issues with my main stack, kitchen sink, and bathroom sink. They were quick, friendly, on time, the price was reasonable, and most of all, my problems were fixed properly. The second time, a county inspector said I needed to trap/vent my basement sink. Once again, a friendly Maplewood plumber came to my house, on time, looked at my sink and drains then determined the issue was not a problem. Our hot water heater went out and I called Maplewood Plumbing. They were busy and placed me on their schedule for two days later but said if someone became available they would call me immediately. Later in the day they DID call and Aaron showed up to assess the repair. My heater was only 6 years old and it was difficult to find parts for. They and I both called the manufacturer REEM and was told a procedure needed to be taken in order to get a part cause they only send one at a time which is ridiculous. Again Aaron showed up and found the most possible part that was needed. It ended up arriving the next day and they fit me in again immediately surprisingly knowing I have a disabled wife and needed it repaired as soon as possible. Aaron then arrived and installed the new part. IT WORKED! So happy and the cost was very reasonable. The three total visits were a total of 260.00. THANKS for the quality service......SD

Here's why their my go-to for plumbing: One of their plumbers was at our house one day on a call and was kind and honest enough to mention that there was time left on the hour that I would be billed for, and was there any other plumbing he could do (so basically for free to me). REVISION:Our toilets were continuously running so Maplewood Plumbing sent Jerry to repair the issue, one toilet Jerry did have to move & repair, it was leaking after they left, so he did come back to repair. I hadn’t noticed for a couple of days but thankfully Jerry came back soon. We had to order new faucets even though ours were relatively new, almost 5 yrs old those he came & installed those also I called and he came back and repaired our dryer vent. Jen is very nice & professional and I feel they try to get repairman out as soon as the6 can. I do recommend this company. Initially when I wrote a previous review I was surprised at prices but I’m feeling they are probably comparable to other companies.

I would trust his ability to do a job correctly and communicate openly with a customer.While I don’t think it’s mandatory for cleaning a drain, he is a licensed plumber which left me confident he would be able to tell when a cleaning would not suffice. Thankfully the cleaning was all that was required.Bonus: I did not feel like I was intruding while hanging out and bugging him while he worked.

Everyone we have worked with at Maplewood plumbing has been professional, conscientious and knowledgeable – and they are very familiar with the quirks of old city homes. After the old cast iron plumbing under our basement floor collapsed, they came in and laid all new PVC waste lines and replaced the stacks going up to our bathrooms and kitchen (a HUGE project). After that was complete and we got our basement put back together, we had to have them come and replace some leaking/old shutoff valves. The plumber who came was extremely careful not to damage the new drywall as he worked behind the wall. Employees who came to our house were always in a logoed shirt, so I knew it was them when I opened the door. Though I’m hoping we won’t need any more plumbing work in the near future, we will definitely call them again if needed.

Fantastic experience. We rent our home and our shower faucet had a slow leak. Our renters called a plumber and were told they no longer made repair parts for the brand faucet we had so he needed to cut into our wall to replace the whole system at a cost of $700+.I called Will at Maplewood Plumbing and described the situation over the phone and he was fairly confident he could find replacement parts and offered to call his supplier to check. He was able to find parts and repaired the faucet at less than half the cost. Great company, great owner.

I hired Maplewood Plumbing to scope the main sewer line of a 100 year-old house in Clayton to understand the condition of the pipes and, if repairs were needed, to provide an estimate on work. David came on time to scope and record the video, but more than that, he offered to show and explain everything he saw to me on the spot. He was knowledgeable and very thorough. Upon completion, he provided a flash drive with his findings/video on the spot. What's more, the company provides an email with electronic link to the same video to gove to other plumbers for additional estimates. Will, the owner, followed up the next day and we discussed options and costs. I found both men professional and very skilled, but more than that, honest and trustworthy. I look forward to working with this company and feel no need to approach other plumbers. (I've renovated three properties over the years and have developed a nose for skilled tradesmen and craftsmen. Maplewood Plumbing replaced a kitchen sink cartridge and installed a new toilet shut-off for us. Additionally, the plumber gave us insight and advice on a few possible plumbing jobs that we're considering for the future. Maplewood Plumbing has taken care of us about four times in the past 8 years, and we have never been disappointed.

I have a 70 year old house and the pipes under 2 of my bathroom sinks, which were original, were falling apart. The plumber I had been using for years had gone out of business. I called a new plumber who said a hole needed to be cut in the walls in order to be repaired but his company did not cut into walls. My previous plumbing company had cut into walls twice to make repairs so I was surprised. This plumber said to schedule an appointment after the walls were opened up. I decided to call Maplewood Plumbing. I made sure they would cut into walls if necessary. Jerry and his apprentice Brandon arrived prompt at 8 a.m. as promised. They looked at both bathrooms and said they thought they could fix both without cutting into walls. Four hours later, I had new pipes plus new hot/cold turnoffs and no holes in my walls! Both Jerry and Brandon were very nice and professional. I am very happy with the results and am so glad I called Maplewood Plumbing. I will be using them for all my future plumbing and sewer needs.

We had two dripping outdoor faucets that needed replacing. Moreover, the inside shutoff valves hadn't been used for decades and were bad as well. The plumber replaced all four valves. He was quick, efficient, and did an excellent job. As well as being someone we were happy to have in our house. Super job!

I am not sure of the quality yet, but the person who came was grumpy and unprofessional; they do not give an itemized bill which has never been true of any other work I have had done and the price was much more than I have ever had.I am adding this to my review a day later. I received a call and they were extremely responsive to my concerns. I was very impressed with their willingness to respond and accommodate. This was a difficult job and it is during the pandemic, so there are some variables that make this not a typical call.

I needed a plumber. Didn't have knowledge or experience to draw from, so I went with location. Called three businesses, prices were all about the same, so I went with the closest one. Well the plumber gods were looking out for me. I called Maplewood Plumbing late on a Saturday afternoon and got an apppointment for Monday morning (was not an emergency situation). David showed up at exactly the appointed time and it was obvious from the start that David knew his plumbing stuff. Didn't waste time, showed us and told us exactly what he was seeing with his camera. He explained everything so clearly that we knew exactly what needed to be done to fix our problem.Hopefully we will not have any repeat plumbing problems in the too near future, but if that should happen, we will definitely call Maplewood again, and we will definitely request David.

I had a great experience with Maplewood Plumbing. I had 2 appointments with them...one to look at the project, and one to complete the project. Both times, they arrived exactly when they were supposed to come. Project was done quickly and efficiently, and I received an email the same day with the invoice and pictures of the completed job. I was also able to pay the invoice within the email, so it was a very easy process altogether.

Did two jobs for me recently. Both turned out very well and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend.Cleaned out a slow/blocked sewer line, including checking entire line with a camera before & after (and showed me different branches of the line as they went). Then replaced an electric water heater with a gas unit including mixing valve (to increase capacity); the gas line, water lines and drain lines looked like a work of art when completed. My wife no longer complains about the hot water running out.

They came out the same day I called after my sewer backed up. The guy cabled my line and scoped it also for the lateral sewer program. Very knowledgeable plumber who showed me everything as he completed the job. Great folks!

Job was completed professionally and on the scheduled time, but the price of $650 to replace a garbage disposal is quite high. Plumber told me that the 2nd strainer might need replacing and was going to charge over $200 for just that. I told them no on that extra fee and they ended up doing it anyway as a favor because I was shocked at the initial price. I guess l’ll never know if it really needed replacing.

They did a great job! I forgot who did the work, but he is a great guy who installed my new toilet flawlessly, after finding a crack in the first toilet box from Lowes. He also installed a new shower head for me for a very reasonable price. Maplewood Plumbing are now my go-to plumbers!

The plumber, Tim, was terrific! He arrived on time, looked over the problem and was quick to say that it wasn't a plumbing problem. Other plumbers may have tried to fake a problem so they could pretend to work on it and get the money, but Tim was honest in saying that there wasn't anything he could do, then told me what the real problem was and gave suggestions on how to fix it. Very honorable!

The plumber was professional and efficient. He pointed out some problems, which can be addressed later. I felt informed, but not pressured. He fixed two problems and was done in an hour.

We have used Maplewood Plumbing before and they used to be good. However! They must be under new mgmt or are trying to rip customers off now. Instead of accurately explaining what they will be doing and billing hourly they now have obfuscated this process by doing lump sum charges without explaining why they are charging so much. Recently we were charged for a full repair of something when all the plumber did was tighten the hose. He said that is what he did, but then the billing invoice does not say this but charges for multiple hours of time. I love jokes, but not when they are taking advantage of me and my family. Go somewhere else if you want better transparency and accurate billing. The plumbers are nice and prompt, hence the 2 stars

I called this place based on online reviews to do a simple snake job on a drain line. The plumber they sent arrived in an old unmarked pickup with tires and other junk in the back. Less than 30 minutes later he was finished. Later, I received a bill for over 400 dollars AND an invoice for a broken snake part. I have never seen this cost for an in and out job that was as simple as what was performed.After my experience, I question weather this place is local or a national masquerading as local that prays on people using reviews.

On time, licensed plumber who was able to prove that, didn’t try to upswell me a package I didn’t need. He actually told me I only need the least expensive option because nothing was broken. Explained EVERYTHING, as in every step.

I called about low flow in the kitchen sink. The faucet was full of gunk, and the end with the filter in it wouldn't come off. The two guys who came fixed it in about two minutes, but on seeing the pipes feeding the faucet (with shutoff valves on icky pipes down in the basement, and only the hot-water one actually usable) they suggested that new sections of pipe with new under-sink valves should be put in. They took about two hours to do that and did a really beautiful job; it looks very nice and well finished both above and below the floor, and includes little copper side extensions that are supposed to prevent knocking. Maplewood did some other work for us a few years ago, I don't remember what now, but we were satisfied with it.

2 Baths in a DuplexMy stepson owns a duplex in South City that was built in the 1920's, so the plumbing left something to be desired. We received several bids to replace both cast iron drain stacks, re-work all of the supply lines for the two bathrooms, and re-set the fixtures. We chose Maplewood Plumbing as they were one of the least expensive bids. Brad, the estimator, was very helpful in explaining the project and showed us how we could save money by opening up the walls ourselves for the plumbers to come and do their work.All went according to plan and the project was completed and inspected on time. During the work it was found that some of the fixtures were broken and couldn't be used. They allowed me to bring new pieces in and they were installed for no extra charge. A few days after completion a valve started to leak in the basement. This was not part of the new installation, but an old valve that failed after having been opened and closed a few times. A plumber was on site within 90 minutes after I called and a new valve was installed in less than 30 minutes for no additional charge.Great to see a company that still stands behind their work and doesn't charge an arm and a leg for it. I'm very glad that we went with Maplewood Plumbing.

Ridiculously expensive! Over $1,000 to replace a shower valve and if I didn’t replace the valve I was going to be charged $300 just to close things up. I felt robbed! In addition to all this, the plate covering up the hole in the wall is awful looking! Oh, did I mention that I was told I received a discount. The plumber didn’t charge me for some of the time. Terrible experience!

They have always honored their estimates, never charged us more, and always suggest time-saving, lower cost options first. Choose Maplewood Plumbing and your job will get done right the first time.

Maplewood plumbing has done a lot of work on our lemon of a house since we bought it 3 years ago. I was really excited to find a company I could trust for all our plumbing needs. They did recently change the pricing model, and I think they still need to work out some kinks with it. Our yearly sewer cleaning to get rid of roots from the tree in our front yard rose from $165 to $270 with the new model (With a $20 coupon) for a job that only took 30 minutes. After mentioning the drastic increase, the company was able to refund me $100. They also agreed to keep the price at $165 each year since we do it routinely. So I appreciate the accommodation on that. The only downside is that in the future, if we need different type of work done, I may need to call around for quotes instead of sticking with whatever Maplewood plumbing charging since this one service seemed to go up so much in price.

Robert is a great plumber. I highly recommend Maplewood Plumbing as they arrive on time. Calls before coming. I had a bathroom sink installed with cabinet. Remove old vanity in sd talled new vanity made sure everything worked properly. I cant say enough good things about this company. Excellent.

I started using Maplewood Plumbing after they were recommended to me 6 years ago. They've done well by me since the first job. They are locally owned, friendly, honest and skilled, and I highly recommend them.

I had a toilet replaced & a bathroom sink unclogged. I found out each job was to be performed by a different person. The person unclogging the sink was very friendly & answered several questions I had regarding different options to unclogging and possible future cleaning of pipes for my older house. He was very thorough in the explanations, so I could make an informed decision on what to have him do or not to do.The person replacing the toilet was very good & efficient.I assumed (like with any other service we have had done at our home of 40 years) the workmen would look at the job and provide a proposal of the cost. This is where the confusion happened. He shows me a list of 4 or 5 options. This was unexpected and very confusing. The descriptions were confusing & vague so you did not really know what the service includes I was asking what all the different sentences meant and difference between the choices. I felt the explanation really did not help very much. I did not feel confidant in my choice. (I have handled many documents in my personal life & in my 32 years working for CPA's, so this should have been a no brainer for me.)Their descriptions in the contract need to be in laymen's terms. This would help the customer & the installer.With that said, I called their office the next day & voiced my concerns that I felt I chose too high a service for what I needed done because of not really understanding the choices.The person I spoke to, was unable to help but said she would have someone call me back the next day. The lady that called back the next day was very friendly and helpful and changed the service that was done to a lower choice and immediately refunded the difference to my credit card. I am very pleased with everyone I dealt with and the service was very good. I will definitely use them for my plumbing needs in the future.

Cast iron drain pipe serving kitchen sink was clogged -- on a Sunday of course. I filled out on line appointment request Sunday evening. I had a response by 7:30 a.m. Monday, a plumber to my house by 8:30 and the problem corrected by 9:15 a.m., for a reasonable price. Tough to beat.

We needed our bathtub faucet fixed--just to take showers, etc. Maplewood Plumbing gave me an appt within a few days, they were on time and fixed it quickly. A bonus was the good explanation I got for why our faucet needed repair.

I don't like random searches for plumbers so I used Maplewood Plumbing based on neighbor's excellent reviews of their services. Their plumber lived up to their recommendations for excellence. Not only did he perform the repairs he was called for, he patiently answered questions I have that will assist me in planning for upcoming renovations. Used Maplewood Plumbing for a camera inspection of our sewer line. David was our technician and he was fabulous. The process took about an hour. David kept us informed every step of the process and let us know what we were looking at on the video screen. The inspection included the line from the yard to the basement drain and stack, as well as the line from our yard to the main/public (?) drain that all the homes drain into. We also received photos and videos of the inspection. Highly recommend Maplewood Plumbing and David for camera inspections.

Maplewood Plumbing helped me repair a toilet having issues and their level of work is quality. They also informed me about a hose connected to my Wash Machine with a tear which I appreciated. My only complaint are their prices, I was charged $300 for one hour of labor. They offered to replace the hoses to my washer for an additional $200! I was able to buy replacement hoses for $30 at Lowe's and it took me all of 10 minutes to install them, so I'm confused why their services are so expensive.

Excellent company ran by great hard working people. I had them replace old galvanized piping in my house. They did the entire house in 2 days! They showed up right on time and worked like crazy, even skipping lunch on the 2nd day to get the job done! I was really impressed by the workmanship - the way they ran the lines and made the bends - you can tell these guys are true professionals. I had them come out on the 3rd day to cable my sewer line, and they arrived at my house before I got home from work. While they were waiting on me, they noticed my neighbor was having a hard time getting her car to start, so they gave her a jump start. I think that really shows what kinda folks these guys are - these are the kinda guys I love doing business with. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!

The 90-year-old tile lateral sewer stack broke beneath 2 sections of my driveway allowing erosive water to create a cavity fit for a bear's hibernation den. Maplewood Plumbing within a day of my call had a man (David) out scoping the line from the street to underneath the basement foundation slab of the house; marking key spots in the underground line with spray paint for any future remedial work David's comportment and attitude were thoroughly professional even to his dress being closer to the pride one sees in the comportment of technical trades in Europe. With an efficient work style and positive, upbeat attitude fulfilling the task - he provided me information as he went along to understand what he was doing and what his scopes revealing. By the time he had completed the job in 1 1/2 hours he had provided me a thumb drive video for my insurance claim, which was accepted by University City Dept of Public Works, which, to their credit, has a Lateral Sewer Program.I will certainly contact Maplewood Plumbing for an future plumbing needs.

We hired Maplewood Plumbing to find and repair a leak in plumbing. Communication with the company was easy and professional. They were able to fit us in within a week. The plumber they sent was on time and was able to find and fix the problem in one visit. Invoices are emailed to you after the visit and can be paid online if you choose to do so. The only complaint I have is that I wish the plumber would have wiped his dirty fingerprints off the ceiling and walls where he did the work. I’d definitely use this company again.

The toilet installation was done quickly and well. I was pleased with that. I was disappointed however that a faucet whose cold knob was not turning could not be un jammed. The solution, I was told, is a complete replacement... Again, I was pleased by the service visit.

We found Maplewood Plumbing on Google reviews and called them to schedule installation of a utility sink and a toilet - both in the basement. The installation was a bit more tedious than I expected, but given the age of the house and the placement of the fixtures, that was ok with me. The quote was given to us up front and for a fixed amount, which we signed and returned. Their plumber arrived on time and walked us through everything that would have to be done to meet our expectations. The work was thorough - the piping for the utility sink - from the water source was neat and secure. It has a very pleasant look. The toilet, which required a new valve installation, was done quickly and effectively. We are very happy with this service, and will 100% call them the next time we need help. 5 out of 5 stars, baby!

We asked help from Maplewood Plumbing about our plumbing issue.APRIL 10 - a drain technician was over to check the issue and was told that a drain technician and plumber needs to be over together to fix this issue so it had to be rescheduled.APRIL 19 @ 0830 was the rescheduled date. Two plumbers came over and we were told drain technician needs to be in here FIRST so they can check if there's nothing clogged up / if something needs to be drained, and that they have to camera in the pipe so they left and told us that they'd come back in the afternoon. The drain tech came over and told us that he flushed the pipe and we were told that there was NO ISSUE with it.The two plumbers came back and started working on the kitchen sink for about an hour. During this time they were both confident that they could repipe and get the sink to drain. After they finished, they tried to drain the sink but was unsuccessful. They once again took the pipes apart and reassembled it back together. Tried to drain the water, but was once again unsuccessful. After this, they said that the pipes NEEDED to get a a camera through so they can see what is causing the clogging.This is when the problem starts. You tell us that you were confident that you could drain the sink but couldn't. You tell us that the pipes NEEDED to have a camera through them. Wasn't that the point of the drain tech? That's what we called you guys to do, but he did not use a camera. He just flushed the pipes with water. You later then told us that the kitchen wall needs to be knocked down to fully see the cause of the problem.After this, we were told to pay charges for the services worth $665++. Services that weren't completed or fixed. In their documentation, they put FLOW IS RESTORED which is a complete LIE. We still had to deal the same issue after they left. They would try to collect money on something that wasn't done at all! Completely UNETHICAL.

After researching reviews online, I decided to take a chance with Maplewood Plumbing. I absolutely hate using companies I've never used before! I'm always afraid of scams and shoddy work. We have an old house that needed much work from years of neglect. Broken pipes, broken water heater, and even a cracked stack. We were also worried the sewer was collapsed. It was a lot of work and was expensive to fix, but I am thoroughly happy with the work and will definitely use Maplewood Plumbing again! During our job, we had several different workers at the house for different repairs. Everyone of them were friendly, professional, and did awesome work! Pat worked even though he had flu, and he never stopped for a break. Very hard worker! Wil did the quote and the finish work and he is the most professional, yet down to Earth guy! I felt very much at ease with him, and that means a lot! David snaked and did the video for the sewer line and went above and beyond as well. He explained the process from start to finish---what he was looking for and why he was doing what he was doing. He even makes sure to record the process and show a pic of the house at the beginning and end of the video. (I've heard of companies supplying video of other jobs!) David enjoys helping people and it shows in his work and personality! We had a couple of scheduling issues, but I work unusual hours and they worked with me, so not at all unhappy with them. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone I hear of that needs plumbers!!!

We have a pretty old house and our pressure was way too high. We needed a pressure regulator valve installed and also a water heater expansion chamber (?) put in due to corrosion on our old one. Our plumber was on time, worked quickly, did a great job, and left the place looking like he wasn't even these. Price seemed fair and the work was great. I would definitely recommend going with this company.

Maplewood Plumbing was great when they came for an emergency call on very short notice yesterday. Found the cause of water in the basement quickly and Steve and his coworker couldn’t have been more friendly and positive in the midst of a stressful situation! I’ll definitely use them next time I have plumbing services.

I couldn't give them a better rating because their prices are very high. $325 to unclog bathroom sink drain, which only took 15 minutes. So, I probably won't use them again.UPDATE: they gave me a $50 refund and a $20 credit towards my next service, so I'm updating my rating to three stars instead of two. I will try them again.

I used Maplewood Plumbing to come out and check my sewer lateral line based on a buyer's inspection that said my line had blockages. Courtney came out, watched the inspector's video, and immediately disagreed with the assessment. He said all it would take was a flush of the line with a hose and all the muck came out. He said he could cable the line, but that it very likely could damage the old clay and cast iron pipes. He reinspected the line with a camera and everything looked great! I appreciated Courtney's honesty and he was very personable. Knocked off a star because I asked for a lien waiver a couple of times and never received it. I would use this company again in the future.

Work completed well. On time and professionaly. I had a proposal, installer said a 1/2 pipe supplying an existing kitchen/bath should be replaced for inspection but estimator had missed it in his proposal! Approximately 10ft of 3/4 pipe and a few fittings, no biggie! I did not get a price since I felt it had to happen for inspection. It was a $500 extra! Definitely felt gouged. Especially since estimator missed it. No labor/material breakdown justification. Just $500. Be careful of extras!,!

They were excellent! My wife called that morning when the water heater failed, and they were out here in 20 minutes. They repaired the heater in about one hour. (replacing one part) We had hot water again by the time I needed to shower. Awesome!!!

We had a leaking shower faucet in our house that we’d just recently purchased. Maplewood Plumbing was able to help us next day. They needed to order a replacement part, and through their research, they found out that our faucet was still under warranty. I appreciated their honesty, because we would have had no way of knowing, and they could have easily charged us for the part. I had a recent sewer back up so I called Will over at Maplewood Plumbing. Will had a guy at my house the next day. The employee did a great job explaining the diagnosis to me and gave me some very valuable advice. I was pleased to learn I did not have any major plumbing issues and the employee was a very nice guy to work with.

My main valve inside the house to shut water off to the house needed replaced. They were able to come and put in a new valve. Then also put a new valve on for my outside which we were going to replace ourselves until we found out we couldn’t shut the water off with existing valve. They did a great job. I’m very happy with the service.

I contacted Maplewood Plumbing early in the morning and just a little after 8am they had already returned an email and let me know they had an opening between 11 and 2. The two plumbers called to let me know when they were about 20 minutes away, and arrived just a bit after 11. They worked efficiently and effectively to unclog our kitchen drain and make sure that it was working properly before cleaning up and leaving. The whole process only took about 40 minutes!

David was prompt and polite, even though it was below freezing with gusty winds while he was trying to find my sewer vent. David made sure I understood exactly what was going on inside my sewer line. He explained the difference in performance of the PVC pipe vs clay pipe, and showed me the roots accumulating in the clay pipe. We have used Maplewood several times over the last five years. They have replaced toilets, and installed a garbage disposal. Most importantly they successfully replaced an washer machine stand pipe with floor drain. That involved jack hammering and patching our basement floor. They hauled the debris from that job over carpeted living areas without damage. Most recently they accurately diagnosed what appeared to be a cracked drain pipe as a leaky condensation hose coupling. I recommend them, especially for repairs of old plumbing.

When two drains simultaneously backed up (with raw sewage) in my basement, I called Maplewood Plumbing for help. David the plumber arrived within a few hours and quickly determined what the immediate problem was (gunk trapped in a P-trap at the end of our driveway). David might have quickly cleaned out the P-trap and been on his way. However, he offered to stay and went to great lengths to pinpoint other issues with our house's plumbing that might cause or contribute to the same problem down the road. I have been a homeowner for 20+ years and have never encountered a more knowledgeable or enthusiastic plumber than David. He has was at my house for nearly two hours; the hourly rate was a bit costly, but considering all that I learned from him, it was definitely money well spent.

when they came there was another plumbing company inside checking and worked on a bid. so they just left even without calling me. when i called them back they rudely refused to reschedule it and keep saying there was another company so they left. another company came late and that's why two companies met together but at least you should call me or tell me something. but they did no notification and kept silence. i don't understand such situation.

Over the years I've worked frequently with Maplewood Plumbing, and I've never been disappointed with the quality of the work or the responsiveness of the management and the workers. A couple of years ago, David came to my house to clear one downspout and to scope out the sewer line out to the alley. David insisted that I see the whole video even though there were no problems to be seen. I was very happy with the result.Yesterday, Egdiel replaced the sanitary stack. It was a job that required him to cut out the plaster from a part of the dining room wall. He did this with a minimum of destruction, and without leaving any mess. The plumbing job itself require a delicate operation that included opening a long sealed hatch to my ceiling and crawling through the attic to install a brace that would support the weight of the upper reaches of the cast iron before cutting out the cast iron pipe on the first floor. It was a very hot day and an even hotter job in that attic, but Egdiel did it without complaint and even though it was not an operation that his boss had anticipated. In the end, he replaced the stack, checked it for a good seal and cleaned up thoroughly. He was also a very polite and friendly fellow. Bravo.

Quick service to repair an outdoor spigot that burst in an old brick house. Cost half the price of a Roto Rooter quote, and they were much more professional. Will definitely be using Maplewood Plumbing again!

We had two jobs for them to do, toilet repair and sewer cleanout. They sent a guy who could only do one of those things, and then sent another guy to do the other two days later, who wanted to charge us another flat fee for the visit and repair.

It's almost like a bait and switch, they come in and say we can get this fixed for a start price of $489.00, then $789.00, then $989.00 then $1689.00! After replacing 11inches of galvanized pipe it jumps up like every foot! Plus I showed them the T connection where it was leaking and they proceeded to replace 11 inches of pipe BEFORE the bad T fitting, which now is leaking even WORSE, I asked for an estimate to replace ALL the exposed galvanized pipe, tech said oh I can only quote you replacement in STAGES or SECTIONS! LOL yeah 11 inches at a time for $500.00 a foot! What a RIPOFF!! You'd have to take out a second mortgage on your house to replace old pipes like that! Save yourself ALOT of wasted TIME and MONEY call a professional plumbing company like I ended up doing, HOFFMAN BROTHERS came out and replaced ALL the old pipe in less than 7 hrs and the price was AMAZING!! STAY AWAY FROM MAPLEWOOD PLUMING!!

We were preparing our house to put on the market to sell and the plumber (Jerry) did a good job of fixing and installing a new faucet. There was an accidental incident made by the plumber during the first attempt at fixing the problem but the company was able to fix the problem quickly and without charging any extra and they were very apologetic. The problem I had is that they charge a flat fee per service, which felt overpriced to me. I was able to find the parts they used online and was surprised to find that they cost very little so the grand total of $970.00 to install a faucet felt pretty far fetched. Since they charge a flat fee, there is no available cost breakdown of parts, service, etc. So you are unable to determine where you could have saved some money. If we hadn't been in such a time crunch, I likely would have called around and gotten more quotes as multiple people felt like this price was on the high side. That being said, staff was very nice on the phone and easy to work with. They were flexible and handled the whole process well.

Had a sink issue that we tried to fix ourselves before calling. Left a msg after hours the day before. They called the next day before they were even open and sent guys out within a few hours! Super nice, very professional and did an OUTSTANDING job! Highly recommended!

David did a wonderful job at my property a couple of weeks back (5/25/18). I called him to repair/replace two leaky faucets in the basement/side of the house & to unclog a tub drain. He fixed the faucets quickly and efficiently, letting me know what was going on along the way. He is a very nice, professional plumber. Cleaning the tub drain revealed a larger problem with my pipes. The owner came out to give a second opinion (Brian, maybe?) and was able to suggest a fix that did not involve demo in my bathroom closet. Very thorough. David offered to use the camera and I took him up on that for my own curiosity. At $130 for the first hour, then $150 for each additional hour broken down in 15 minute increments adds up fast, so keep that in mind if you want/need additional time. I was given a 3 hour window and no one showed by the end of the 3 hours so I called. The guy scheduled to come to my house was held up so that had to send another guy (David). David showed up ready to help despite the fact he could have been going home instead, so I appreciated his helpful and happy attitude.

Our garbage disposal was having issues and eventually stopped working altogether.When the repair man came to our house, he said it would be ~$250 to try and repair it or ~$750 to replace it with a like model. It was already $70 to just have him come out, so i opted to try and repair it. He did a bit of clean out and hit the reset button (which i didn't know existed before this). It took about 15 min. However, it was still not running well. He gave me a choice of either paying ~$250 for effectively pushing a button, or ~$750 for a replacement. I knew $750 was high for a new disposal, but i opted for it because i didn't want to be out $250 and still have to call someone else to replace the garbage disposal. The whole thing left me the feeling of being extorted out of more and more money.They didn't separate the cost of the disposal with the cost of the installation, however, i found the same model online for between $250 and $300 dollars, which means the installation was ~$400 dollars. The average installation price for a new disposal according to google is ~$150.I will say everyone i worked with was very kind and professional, from the people on the phone to the repair man. He even fixed a few minor problems with the pipes.It seems to be good workmanship, although i am not qualified to determine that. They said it has a 1 year warranty, so i'm hoping they will be good about repairs if needed.Update:I just got off the call with them. They were appreciative of the feedback (always a great sign). They agreed to send me a more detailed invoice with the price of the disposal and installation separate. They also agreed to return some of the price (without me prompting or even encouraging them to do so).

We had a hot water heater replaced. Brad was a great help in determining the right size water heater. He also made sure the gas supply lines in the house could handle the BTU rating of the heater. The installers (Jerry and his apprentice) did a first class job. Their workmanship is very professional looking. The new water heater works great. I highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

Showed up on time, got the job done. Their billing rate of $37.50 per 15 min seems expensive to me, but had gas leak so needed Someone to get over there fast. The guy had to go back to his shop to get some supplies, and they billed me for this time, does not seem right to me. Shouldn't a plumber have some black iron piping on the truck? They are fair, honest, and did a great job. I had my plumbing stack replaced and their quote was $1,500 less than an other quote I received for the same project.

I purchased a garbage disposal in case the disposal was the cause of the leak under the sink. The disposal was not tested before replacement, and the cause of the leak was a different problem (plumber said he did not cause this leak) identified after the disposal was replaced. Total cost of service call $524 (not including garbage disposal I purchased). Dish drainer does not line up. Cost too high.

We had a stack replaced when we first moved in and recently had a drain unclogged. They are always professional and always courteous. Zak came out today for our kitchen drain that was clogged and he was very professional and honest. Honesty is definitely always appreciated, especially in the home repair business.

Great experience. I had to schedule several days out and got a call about an hour later saying they had finished a job early and could come out right away. Turns out I really needed them right away! Good experience overall - $500 seems overpriced for a garbage disposal replacement, but he also fixed our toilet that was running and told us what we needed to do to repair our shower. We chose not to use their services for the shower fix because of pricing.

A business with a great deal of integrity. When a problem with the Bill was identified and communicated, they were patient yet tenacious in following up and following through to make sure it was resolved. And to boot they have quality plumbers that are incredibly competent and efficient in fixing what needs fixed.

Arrived on time. Was able to fix all issues we needed addressed. Found a cracked pipe we didn't know needed repair.

I agonized over what plumber to call, because none of them are free to show up. Most, if not all plumbers have a truck run fee, so you're out anywhere from $60-90 just for the plumber to show up and look at the problem.I settled on Maplewood Plumbing because of their high reviews and relatively low fee to come out and see the issue ( $65 as of this writing ). They did not disappoint. Aaron came out and looked at why the toilet from upstairs was leaking into the basement when it flushed. He initially diagnosed it as needed a new wax seal. Man, did I feel dumb. I've replaced wax seals before and I felt I could have replaced this one too. That's a pretty penny spent on a part that cost only a few dollars.However, his expertise was needed. He identified the need for a new flange. He informed me that the ancient stack that runs my toilet is not long for this world and the new flange would be a band-aid. That's what's important to remember when calling skilled technicians, such as Aaron. It may sound like you're paying a lot per hour, but you're really paying for the skill level and training for not only the plumber, but every skilled person that keeps the business going, and if it's a good business, you want it to keep going.

Called on a Sunday night; they came out Monday and fixed the problem. Great communication from the person that came out about when he would be arriving. I've used Maplewood in the past and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about Maplewood Plumbing! I called about a toilet issue and they got me on the schedule for the following week. As soon as I hung up the phone, they called and said they had someone running ahead of schedule and could come within 30 minutes which was amazing! Once they arrived, I asked if they had time to look at a broken outdoor faucet, which they did. They were able to repair both super quickly. Service was friendly and very professional. The women who answer the calls are always friendly and extremely helpful - she scheduled my appointment but asked if I wanted to be placed on a waiting list in case someone canceled due to my leaking spigot.Joe the plumber came to the house and explained what he needed to do to make all the repairs. He gave me options and explained everything so I could make an informed decision. He repaired a leak from a broken outside water spigot and repaired a leak in the inside pipe adding a quarter-turn shutoff valve and replaced several feet of copper pipe. He also checked the rear outside spigot and the inside turnoff valve. Joe was professional, efficient and the work was done well.I will continue to use this company and trust their work. The neighbors know about them and have used them too!

I have had much experience with Maplewood Plumbing for over a year now. I have an older home with geriatric plumbing issues. We have established a wonderful working relationship in an effort to gently maintain my home. Egdiel is such a great guy but more than that, he is excellent in his work. Nothing but quality from him!!! Will has the ability to ease my anxiety about my older home and works with me to find a solution... He's the best!!! The office personnel have been a delight to work and laugh with as well as all the people who have solved my Oh, my God...water is backing up in the basement issues. I would highly recommend this company and these people and I thank them for helping me find a way...

To be determined how this turns out, as we still have the repair to do (they just did the diagnosis). I liked dealing with the office, and also really liked the plumber who came out to originally inspect. We then paid additional $500 for a smoke test which revealed potentially where the problem of a persistent smell was coming from. That price seemed in line, but was a little surprised to see the vent not capped to stop it escaping which would reveal the leak I would think more accurately (and where I read this is how its usually done). In any event, biggest reason for low star rating is they quoted me $500 to reset/reseat the toilet to fix the issue and where the smoke was escaping during the test. I have since gotten three quotes for UNDER $200 for same job. I'm really confused on that quote and definitely will make me look elsewhere the next time a job is needed. A quick internet search saw this quote was way off the average price for this job and that's why I pursued other opinions. Glad I did.

Arron called, as promised, and said he was done early with his last job and would it be all right to come now. Of course! He arrived early, introduced himself. I took him to the problem, he assessed what he would need and started in immediately. When he was finished he turned on all the faucets to check that the leak was fixed. Good experience all around. Will definitely have them back.

Had an issue with the water heater and set appointment for 4 days from the call. Tech finished early with another job and was able to come and take care of our issue same day. Repaired the issue and didn't push for replacement, even though our unit is older.

I asked for a sewer line inspection, and was surprised at the relatively low price quoted. The quality of work was outstanding. Hi-res camera showed great detail of the problem. In addition, all the paperwork for filing a claim with the county was provided. Couldn't have been easier.

I love this plumbing company. We have an old home (almost 100 years old) and decided to update the three bathrooms. We bought high end one-piece Toto toilets for each bathroom as was told by several other companies that they would not be able to install them. Frustrated, we searched for top rated plumbing companies and found this one. Robert has installed two of the three toilets so far and his work is exceptional. He is prompt, detailed, cleans up his work area and takes the time to explain what he is doing and any options we have. During the 2nd install, we needed to stick to a certain dollar amount and he was nice enough to update me regarding what I owed along the way. The most important part to me is that this company respects older homes and knows how to work with the challenges. It’s stressful enough to need plumbing work and even more so with older homes with old pipes and plaster walls. So far this is the only plumbing company we call for service and we are expecting to be long time customers. Not sure who the owner is but they are running a great business. Thank you Robert!!!

I was able to get an appointment with Maplewood plumbing in a timely way. Plumber came for the appointment on time. He offered me three options for repairing or replacing an old toilet. I chose the repair option and the plumber, Dave, completed the repair and did a wonderful job. I am very happy to have found such a wonderful company.

The service was fine but the price was extremely high for the work that was done. They charge by the job not hours so be careful. The plumber was here 45 minutes and I was charged $380. Thank goodness I already purchased a garbage disposal for $150. If not, it would have costs $300. FYI...a price quote will set you back $95 but that is credit if you use them. Companies need to be more transparent before showing up. I will ask more questions next time.

The experience was overwhelmingly positive. Quick scheduling with a punctual, friendly technician who got the job done and explained what he was doing along the way.My only complaint would be the price which just seemed steep. We had a toilet clogged beyond what could be plunged and the technician snaked it in about twenty minutes. The flat rate for this job was $269.We needed the work done but that flat rate for snaking a toilet just seems like a lot. Again, couldn't recommend the service itself on the front or back end more highly; I just wish it was a little cheaper for what seems like a pretty routine job.

First, I saw their A+ rating on Better Business Bureau.. Then we used them to see if our sewer pipes under the yard and driveway were clogged or what. They photographed and we explained the gasses inside the house seemed to cause health problems. They were right the first time, the pipes had 25 feet that did not flow normally. They kept their appointments, were on time, and most importantly, their very polite telephone person made sure the Master Plumber got our information immediately this morning. I really appreciate dependability these days.

I had a plumber from another company screw us out of months of time and didn't do things to right. So maplewood plumbing came in. Saved the day! Will came out as soon as I called for a quote on correcting the low pressure on my hot water line in my 2nd story bathroom. He worked up 3 separate quotes for me from a backflush of the lines to a complete new bathroom. All of the quotes were hundreds of dollars less than the first company I had quotes from. I wanted to start with the simple backflush to see if this would help. Brad, the plumber came out today and within less than an hour had my hot water running better than it has in the 8 years I have lived in my 100 year old home! Both Will and Brad were extremely nice and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am so happy to have found such a great plumbing company! Truly outstanding work. Robert arrived on time, equipped to facilitate the install. We have an old house that was flipped ~20 yrs ago. Access was difficult and the installation platform was not immediately amenable to the fixtures. Robert cleared his calendar for the day to address these complexities. His thought process was always solutions oriented, taking into account the complexities and the quality of the resulting work. Five stars (and more if I could); we will always use them going forward.

There was a short notice need for the home that I was selling and looked up several local plumbers that could help. It was not emergency service but it needed to get done promptly and so it had a whole different meaning of urgency when trying to get pricing balanced with availability. I spoke with several plumbers and ultimately chose Maplewood Plumbing because their price was comparable and they had availability. But, this doesn't necessarily give a 5-star review because that is what you expect anyway. What's up Maplewood Plumbing apart was the entire process from start to finish, which was pleasant, fast, always available either by phone or to meet the needs of the short notice service. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze on the phone and not only was I told who would be coming to the house, but I had a heads-up call made to me exactly at the time I requested. The guy who arrived was very nice and even though he had to do the work in the blistering hot sun the customer service was top-notch. Let me add that following the appointment I needed a receipt and lien waiver and the office was all over getting it back to me very quickly. Everything here is how they earned a five-star review. In fact, I called them back just a week later to come do some work in another home. Same experience... Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I won't have a desire to contact any other plumber should the need arise in the future and highly recommend that you call them as well.

Maplewood agreed to provide me with a permit for a water heater installation. I waited 2 weeks for them to tell me they decided they wouldn't do it. It was a small job, maybe an hour or less of actual work. I made the mistake of telling Will that I was in a time crunch due to a real estate sale. So he agreed to do the work, but the price went up by over $600. No exaggeration. Then he said a full installation would be $2,200. That's $1,000 more than most other plumbers. Give a price, then change it onsite? Perhaps he's a good plumber, but that's a horrible way to run a business.

We called Maplewood plumbing when we got the unpleasant surprise that our main gas lines had a slow leak. The gas company shut the gas off and Maplewood plumbing told it to us straight the whole way through, from making the appointment to the rough cost estimate throughout the time they were working. They made it to us the same day and fixed our leak so the gas could get turned on before nightfall. We will call them for our future plumbing needs.

I have used Maplewood Plumbing in the past and was happy with their work and pricing. They have switched to a new per job pricing system. For the recent work they did of switching out a corner sink and faucet, the price was $800 for less than two hours of work. This is exorbitant pricing by any standard. They will not breakdown the pricing for me so I can see how much they are charging me for parts (I supplied the sink and faucet) and how much the labor would be. I would not recommend working with them. They do quality work but it's way overpriced and their customer service from the office is poor.

When working to clear an obstruction from the sewer lateral, they went above and beyond making at least 10-12 attempts on a very hot August day until they were able to successfully—and on camera—push the object (a broken clean out cap blocking 90% of the lateral) into the larger MSD main line. Others might have stopped after just a couple of attempts and recommended taking out fences and bringing in a backhoe to tear up the entire back yard. Won't hesitate to call Maplewood Plumbing again.

They did a great job wish l could remember the gentleman that came and and fixed our drain. The drain was clogged, he was able to fixed the problem with in 30mins. Was able to get the object out and the water went down so fast. Also they were able to get us an appointment with in a day of calling them. Would call them again if we have any other problems.

My main sewer line in the basement was backed up and sewage was all over the laundry room floor. I discovered Maplewood Plumbing while scrolling through the posts on the Next Door App. Several people gave them rave reviews.We've had plumbing problems since October 2020. In December, we had water damage in our basement. We called Roto-Rooter, who did nothing but pretend to flush out the drain and charged us for it. How do you flush a drain with no running water. They stole from us and didn't fix the problem, didn't offer a guarantee and refused to come back when we told them the problem still existed after they left. Don't call them!Merlo Plumbing came three times, couldn't find the problem and charged us a fee each time. We were told that tree roots had gotten into the sewer line that leads to the house. Once they cut the tree roots, the drains worked for approximately 2 weeks after their first visit; 3 weeks after their 2nd visit and 1 week after their 3rd visit. Finally, they wanted to bust through the basement floor to replace the pipe that they weren't sure had collasped. We told them no thank you.After 4 attempts with those two companies we decided to call Maplewood Plumbing and we are glad we did. Our Technician was Courtney. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable about our issue. After we described to him what had been going on, he assured us that the problem wasn't in the house, it was outside in the main sewer line. The other plumber's all said the problem was inside the house.He worked dilligently to flush and clear our sewer line. Totally positive experience with Maplewood Plumbing. We had to replace a broken sewer pipe under the basement floor, along with about 8 feet of the stack. I got 3 or 4 bids, and they had the best price. The process was explained in detail, price was good, workers showed up when they said, job was completely in a timely manner, and clean up was done well. Attention to detail and a job well done. I highly recommend them.

I've used Maplewood Plumbing three times now. They fixed a leaky toilet, checked out my water heater (I used another vender to replace it), and fixed a burst pipe that goes to my outside hose. It's very easy to schedule an appointment. The staff and plumbers are professional and give you a rundown of what they are going to do before they do it, and then, show you what they did after and give you maintenance tips and instructions (if applicable). I was particularly impressed with my plumber Dave who fixed my burst pipe April 2023. He was professional, knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and clearly explained everything he needed to do/did and even gave me some great tips on how to prevent this issue from happening again. His work is very high quality, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Thanks Dave! My only minor criticism of Maplewood Plumbing is that I thought the prices they were charging for a new water heater were a bit high.

Maplewood Plumbing has great communication and therefore great customer service. They called the minute they ran into traffic and were going to be late for the appointment time and were very courteous and apologetic about it. The plumber was knowledgeable and walked me through the problem before fixing, which I appreciate. He gave me some tips as well and was tidy with the mess that was unavoidable. I used Maplewood plumbing in the past and they did a good job of replacing some of my house's 100 year old water lines. Everyone at the company has always been very kind and helpful.I didn't give 5 stars though due to my most recent experience. My sewer line backed up into my basement. Maplewood charges $65 to step foot on site - which I already knew and agreed to. After the plumber got here, he told me he wouldn't touch the sewer line without doing a $300 diagnostic (camera). Since I was already on the hook for $65 even if I said no to the camera, and raw sewage was backing up in my basement, and I was at work trying to coordinate the work over the phone on a Friday - I gave the green light to the diagnostic.Then they told me the line needed to be jetted and it would cost $1600 total, but added that other companies would likely do the same work for less. I don't have nearly that much money and was literally in tears, panicking at work.I called Hoffman Brothers. They explained that they would try to snake the line first, and if that didn't work, they'd run the jet with camera through to make sure there were no collapses, then blast it for $600 total. $1000 less! Unfortunately, because I called Maplewood Plumbing first, it was too late on a Friday to get a Hoffman Bros plumber out. And I couldn't make it the weekend with a raw sewage backup.So I called Roto-Rooter. They said their full diagnostic would be free, including running any cameras. They came out two hours later and hydro-jetted the line for $600, which includes a 6-month guarantee. Roto-rooter is 24/7, evenings and weekends with free diagnostic and no emergency fees, regardless of the time or day. My lines are clear and I'm happy with their service and pricing.Note - everyone at Maplewood Plumbing has always been very nice, but dang! Had I known they were going to charge over $300 for the camera diagnostic PRIOR TO agreeing to pay $65 for simply walking into my house, I would have called other places first. The panic of a raw sewage backup on a Friday with most companies closed over the weekend left me in a very vulnerable position. I was pleased with Maplewood's prior work, so I thought of them first.$325 on my credit card later - lesson learned the hard way.

Dave came, unclogged and drained my water heater and now we have hot water again. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. They were the only company who would fix our heater and not just replace it. Great experience

The next day the technicians did an extensive smoke test to determine if there were any leaks causing sewer gas odor. They were knowledgeable and competent and thorough. Very good at communicating with me and showing up on time actually were able to get to me earlier than expected. They communicated well about when they were coming and what they were doing. The work was done for a rental property so I have not seen it yet, however I do have a one year warranty for parts and labor so I feel like they stand behind their work.

We had a plugged up sink. We got a morning appointment and as it turned out Zak was able to arrive early. He took care of the problem, recommended some things we could do to prevent it happening again, and all was well!

Unfortunately I found myself in need of a plumber on two separate occasions with just over a month. First, I needed to replace my old, leaky garbage disposal (which was apparently installed wrong and needed to be sawed off). I reached out to a few companies on Angie's list. The first gave me a price and date and then flaked out and I never heard from them again. The second was Maplewood Plumbing. The plumber was on time, gave a fair price and did a great job.When my kitchen sinks and dish water got backed up with water a month later, I called Maplewood Plumbing back. Again, very prompt and professional service. I knew the clog was behind the wall and the plumber gave me very detailed info and options on what needed to be done. He also gave me some tips on things I could change myself so I wouldn't have to call them back out again so soon for another issue, and tightened a few things that needed tightening at no extra charge.The service on both calls was A-1! Using a plumber is never fun but both of my experiences were extremely positive and professional. And both of the guys who came out seemed like genuinely cool people. I'll definitely continue to use Maplewood Plumbing whenever I have the need.

Thaddeus was very nice and helpful. We were told by the buyers inspector that we had roots in the sewer line. Thaddeus ran a camera through the sewer line and said it was just buildup and nothing to worry about. He could have told us differently and cabled the line but he was very honest and said we didn’t need it saving us 130 dollars. We will use Maplewood plumbing and sewer for all of our other future plumbing needs.

Jerry and Jake were a good team. They replace 2 shower faucets. No issue with their couteous and profession services. The invoicing was vauge. One fee llisted, I prefer to see cost of parts and labor listed separately.

We needed our leaky main water shut off valve replaced at our business. They arrived exactly when they said they would, the tech, Jerry was professional and informative. He did an excellent job! They had to break out part of a cinder block wall to replace the valve, and it was done neatly and cleanly. Once informed on how we used our water system, they even offered us some valuable information on how to best use our system which was very helpful. The plumber that came to my house was Robert and he knew his trade. I had him come out to replace cut off valves and did so very quickly. But also helped determine the location of a leak I had just noticed for a very near future repair. I will be calling Maplewood Plumbing once I am ready to repair the small leak.

Fantastic job, guys! I had no shower pressure in the home I just bought. They came out less than 24 hours of an assessment and did everything they could to avoid opening walls and replacing every pipe. As it turns out, they had to. They worked tirelessly to replace the old galvanized, corroded pipes for my bath and shower. They put in new PEX piping. It was an all-day job, but in the end, I was able to take a glorious shower!

Very happy with the last plumber and the third visit. However, it took Maplewood Plumbing 3 visits to get a garbage disposal installed. At least we believe this will be the last visit. The second visit only corrected the issue temporarily. The third visit, we learned that the original installation was wrong. Fortunately, we had other services needed. Would have expected some type of compensation for the frustration but unfortunately not. - UPDATE - Received a call from the owner of Maplewood plumbing to explain how this happened. He also offered compensation for the frustration. Will definitely use them again.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Maplewood Plumbing! We were having a sewer backup problem in our basement and it had happened before. The last time it happened, we called Roto Rooter and they fixed it no problem so we called them again when this happened. The guy they sent out was rude and didn’t tell us what he was doing before he did it so he wanted to charge us $300 for basically doing nothing and told us we’d need to have someone else come out for an additional $400. Of course we said no that’s ridiculous. We asked to speak to his manager and he refused. Long story short, Roto Rooter really ripped us off and left us in the same position as we started. After they left I decided to give Maplewood Plumbing a call and I’m really glad I did. I explained everything that had just happened to Nicole and she was so understanding and genuinely felt bad for what we had just gone through. We scheduled an appointment to have them come out the next day. David and Thaddeus came out on time and got straight to work. I was so impressed with David’s professionalism and patience. He walked me through everything they were doing and made sure I understood exactly what was happening. He showed me on camera the root of the problem and told me what had probably happened and why would need to happen. They even went so far as to record a video on a flash drive for me to show to any contractor that would need to come do repairs as well as marked where the problem spots were. They truly went above and beyond. They were kind and courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they do not nickel and dime you like a lot of businesses like to do. I highly recommend using Maplewood Plumbing for any and all of your plumbing needs. In fact we have an appointment scheduled for them to come back out to give us an estimate on upgrading our plumbing. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!

I had two things fixed on two different visits. I had a major repair in the bathroom. New shower and faucet repair which had to be accessed through the wall in the next room. Also an outside faucet was damaged in the cold winter. Both items taken care of quickly and professionally. When the shower head proved to be too wide for my bathtub, the shower head was replaced with a more appropriate one at no cost. I will always use Maplewood Plumbing because I know I will be satisfied with their work.

Arrived early on a Monday morning and unclogged the main sewer line.
Also located the clean out in the front yard. Showed me the camera video of the main sewer line and quoted on descaling and lining the cast iron portion of the main sewer line.

My leaky faucet was fixed so quickly I was impressed. He did it so fast I asked if he would look at a gas line and he did! I will definitely call on them for my future needs.
