Maplewood Plumbing has great communication and therefore great customer service. They called the minute they ran into traffic and were going to be late for the appointment time and were very courteous and apologetic about it. The plumber was knowledgeable and walked me through the problem before fixing, which I appreciate. He gave me some tips as well and was tidy with the mess that was unavoidable. Should we need to, I'd call them again.

Performance Plumbing came out to my house to take a look at a water heater of mine that was acting up. I have lived in my house for 17 years and had not replaced the water heater. The plumber told me that my best option was the replace the water heater as it had outlived it's life expectancy. He took the time to explain to me that I needed to maintenance it yearly and that Performance even offered a plan that they would do that for me for 6 years! I thought that was great. The plumber was very courteous and even though it was at the end of his day he stayed to replace my water heater and even cleaned up very nicely afterwards. Needless to say I have found my plumber for life!

Great Plumbing Services!

Had an issue with kitchen sink leaking. Pipe connection was lead so had to have cabinet pulled dry wall cut and pipe replaced to cast iron stack. Work was done very neatly and in very orderly. Happy with work but as always plumbing pricing can shock a little but had to be do. All work passes code and is officially stickers by inspector.

I am not sure if anyone can beat their response time, communication, and customer service. They are typically more expensive, but if you want a great service partner, they are worth it. Love that they are flat rate no matter the time as well. I don't have to worry about getting hit with a bunch of extra charges if they have to come out late. Very easy to work with!

We recently had a floor drain in our basement back up during a heavy rain storm. My son-in-law suggested that I call Tom, who had done a great job for him. Despite being very busy with other jobs, Tom was very responsive and helped me get the problem resolved. I highly recommend him, should you need his services.

The pipes in our kitchen bursted on Christmas Day due to the freezing weather. We called Drain Masters and their plumber, Eddie, called us within 20 minutes to come out and fix our pipes. Eddie came in and inspected the issue, then got right to work- finding three separate leaks. He was able to successfully fix our pipes within 2 hours and cleaned up after himself too. Very thankful for Drain Masters and Eddie after this miserable incident.

I found myself in a pinch on a Friday an afternoon, I just had surgery and the toilet tank on my main floor cracked and the valve wouldn’t shut off so I could clear the tank. The team at Kirkwood plumbing had a plumber there in 45 min. The valve was repaired and Trent came back to install the replacement toilet a few days later. Very responsive, respectful, and helpful in my time of need. I would highly recommend them.
