When I called initially they set up an appointment for a week later. It was not an emergency but was annoying as I had to keep using diapers to catch to leaky toilet tank (could not turn water off because of frozen closeoff valve at toilet). They called with an opening a few days later and repair was done by Dani within an hour and a half after the call. Very efficient, professional and always high quality work.

The folks they sent out did a good job and were quick and efficient. I have used them several times over the years and would not use anyone else.

I called them recently and needed to have the shower head replaced. I could not get past the woman on the phone who told me I had to get a new head and put it I myself! I did but it left me unsatisfied and I would not use them again. I am too old to be treated like that and will use someone else the next time I need any work done.

We were having difficulties installing a toilet ourselves due to a non-standard toilet flange in our bathroom. Scheduling with Tony LaMartina Plumbing was very easy, and they were able to get someone out to us much quicker than other plumbers we called, The technician who came out, Connor, was quick to assess the issue and got right to work to fix the install issues we had. Great service, and friendly people, will definitely call them again for any future issues.

Fortunately, I found Tony LaMartina Plumbing and I was able to book an appointment for the following week. I paid the service diagnostic fee for them to come out and they were able to fix the issue at no extra charge. Their plumber Jason Blecha arrived on time, was professional, resolved the issue, and even drove to Home Depot and back to install the part. I highly recommend this company especially if you have an urgent plumbing issue.

Mike and his crew were on time and well prepared. In addition to repairing a leaky shower faucet, they replaced the main water valve on all four toilets at my residence. This crew was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. These tasks combined took about 2 - 3 hours. I will need to install a new dishwasher soon and I told Mike I will be contacting him again for this new installation. I have used this company at least twice before over the past 3 years with good results. They are quite good at common plumbing repairs and new installation. Their prices are not rock bottom, but they are fair and I believe a good value. There has not been any rework to date. They do the job correctly the first time.

Peter was great. Explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly and went over the estimate before work began. Cleaned up well and went over all the work that was done after he was finished with the repair. Peter had a great disposition and answered all my questions. Would use again for future work.

I have not yet committed to services with Tony LaMartina Plumbing, but I do compliment them with estimate services and communications during assessment of what will be needed to satisfactorily complete the scope of work that meets my expectations. If I were to offer any suggestion, it would be that Tony LaMartina Plumbing streamline processes facilitating direct communication with it's estimators after drafted estimates have been transmitted to and received/reviewed by the homeowner.

My problem wasn't an emergency, so I scheduled an appointment for 3 days later. They had a cancellation and ended up coming that day, after asking my approval. The two plumbers who came immediately put on protective footwear over their shoes and quickly and efficiently solved all our problems. Great job and great service.

Was so impressed by Tony LaMartina Plumbing that I’m writing this review 15 minutes after they left. They almost immediately identified the cause of my leak and fixed it on the spot. Bought a brand new toilet from Kohler that had a faulty gasket on refill valve, luckily the plumber caught immediately. Also had to repair leaking water shutoff valve to same toilet.

They were very professional, gave excellent advice and instruction without overselling me.

Plumber arrived on time and looked at faucet.and told me the price to do work.
Which was reasonable and he took his time and completed repairs to faucet. The plumber answered all my questions. I was satisfied with the repairs done. I highly recommend this company.

They don't fix water heaters which, for a plumbing company, would get you one star but they gave a recommendation that worked out great which would get them five stars so the average is three.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve used Tony LaMartina Plumbing. I called day off and even though they didn’t have anybody available, the scheduler said they were moving fast through appointments and might be able to get to my place so she set up an appointment. I received a text confirming an appt. The scheduler called when a technician became available. Scheduler called again to let me know the technician was on his way. I received a text with information about the guy coming by. Mark called to say he was on his way and estimated time plus there’s a link to a tracker so I could see their progress. Mark came in with booties to put over his shoes and a mat to step on so he didn’t dirty our floors which he took on/off when coming and going. He was friendly and polite and knowledgeable and upfront about what the cost was going to be. He cleaned up afterwards. I’m happy they were able to accommodate my last minute request.

3/16/2022 update - Changing this from 5 stars to 2 starts. Their installation started leaking and ruined my kitchen ceiling. I called them and they are not willing to correct their poor installation. Old post - Damn good. Very hard to say for home contractors. Fast, clean, on-time and friendly.

Mark was very professional and fast with the washlet install. Excellent service, we use this company for all our plumbing.

Lorenzo Bledsoe was professional and likeable. He explained the repair clearly in advance and got the job done in an hour. I appreciated being one of the first calls of the day. I would go to five stars if they had offered a narrower appointment window and could have come at an earlier date. This is my second experience with LaMartina and will call them again with the next issue in this 100+ year old house.

12/14/2015- Brad arrived at 8 AM as promised. While waiting for the 22 year old hot original water heater and pipes to drain he dry fitted the new copper pipe with all of the valves and fittings needed. Everything he needed for the job was on the truck outside. Every time Brad went out to the truck he changed his shoes to keep the floor clean and cleaned the area after the installation. The job was completed in just over 4 hours including loading the old water heater on the truck. The invoice was itemized so I could seed the materials and hours I was being billed for. I am very satisfied with the Brad's professional attitude quality and price of the job. I would not hesitate to recommend Tony LaMartina Plumbing to anyone who asked me.

I am exceptionally disappointed in the services provided by Tony LaMartina Plumbing after using them for decades. Matt LaMartina seems like he is only interested in getting full payment without customer satisfaction or customer service which is something that they used to provide. In response to my last email, he only had one thing to say and that was that they received our payment. My husband sent a payment in full even though it should have said 'disputed' on the memo line. He also felt they didn't do proper work but we thought Matt would at least courteously respond to my email and work on resolving our issues. We thought they had enough integrity and that we had enough history that we wanted to avoid the Better Business Bureau. All I can say is that Matt has left us very disappointed and that this is not the same standard of business they used to offer. I also notice people are confusing Tony LaMartina Plumbing with LaMartina Plumbing in reviews. Be careful.

He was very nice. Could not fix our faucet as hardware needs to be replaced. Main flaw was that our previous plumber from TLaM took care is ordering a replacement part and Lorenzo didn’t. Great guy.

We started using Tony La Martina a few years back as the plumbers really understand old houses and old plumbing as well as the importance of preserving old fixtures. Ou really appreciate their professionalism.

Trustworthy and professional. Brad Langreder came through for us. We had a 1910's basement laundry that was leaking. I showed him the problem, and he had practical solutions. He was a great listener, and I really value the confidence he gave us. He transitioned our busted up lead and cast pipe sections to PVC, and installed a standpipe for laundry discharge. He answered my other questions about future plumbing upgrades. He gave great advice. Great service. Definitely recommend.

We wound up having Tony LaMartina Plumbing out a couple of times, once for our toilet and once for our tub. Both times I was very happy with the service. The workers were friendly, explained what they were doing, and did a great job. The administrative people are all super nice too. Some things stood out to me:

- The workers come to the door wearing masks and gloves and put on foot coverings, which was appreciated with COVID-19 going on.

- They come in the window given and actually will send a text when they're on their way. They also had availability on very short notice, which was appreciated.

- The prices for everything is given right up front. They give you several options, from the most basic to the most involved. I was told what the price would be if something was worse than it first appeared, there was no guessing involved. And I felt zero pressure to do anything I didn't want to do.

Both times were good experiences. I really don't know why we'd call a different place.

I'd recommend Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company with complete confidence. They definitely have expertise in their field, along with being very responsive to the concerns and questions of the customer. I've used them several times and their work has never let me down. I have, in fact, already recommended them to friends who have also been very satisfied.

We liked receiving an email prior to our plumber's visit, that told us about our specific plumber, that would be repairing things in our house. He was timely and thorough and we were thankful to have all of our issues in our old home repaired.

The plumbers at Tony LaMartina Plumbing are not only incredibly knowledgeable and efficient but they are sensitive to my time and my home. He was careful to place parts on top of a rug (vs. scratching my floors) and was neat and tidy. While he came to install a toilet, he was more than willing to take care of some other minor plumbing issues that have arisen recently. I will continue to use Tony's team!

My experience with Tony LaMartina Plumbing was the BEST. This company is very professional and email you before their employee comes to see you. They give you a little history on who you will be working with. I really appreciated that. My problem was fixed and there was no second time to come and fix it again, like many places today that usually have to come back. Plumbing is huge, and if not done correctly, can really cause other problems. My bathroom is very old with very old pipes so I am very particular and picky. We have used Tony LaMartina in the past and been very satisfied with their work. A LaMartina plumber installed a new faucet for us earlier this year (Spring, 2020). The faucet started leaking (October, 2020), so we contacted LaMartina to check it out. LaMartina's plumber found a defective ring and fixed the faucet. The plumber also provided guidance for how to contact the faucet manufacturer to obtain a replacement ring under the manufacturer's warranty.

I have used Tony LaMartina Plumbing for multiple water heater replacements. Their work is fantastic, their techs are professional, punctual and ready to answer questions. On the management side, I've spoken to Matt a number of times and he has gone out of his way to make sure that we are on the same page with price and he makes it a point to let me know where every charge is coming from. We had Mike come out and give us a bid on work for water heater repair. In looking at our pipes, we discovered the bigger issue being a corroded shut off. Mike took the time to explain to us what was happening, the danger of it, and then (without trying to sell us anything) what we could do to fix it. He sent us pictures and a detailed estimate for the various options. We had him back out to fix the issue and he was prompt, Did quality work, and once again sent us a follow up with pictures and detailed the work complete. Overall it was an easy and professional experience.

I had two plumbers come to my house to fix a leaky outdoor hose hydrant. They were very professional and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes by installing a washer in the faucet. For this service I was charged $250.00 which included waiving' the $65 charge to quote the job. I was amazed at the high cost of one washer installed in such a short time. $250.00 was the least costly option they offered. The company was supposed to be at my house last week and didn't show up hence the $65.00 waived charge. Not a good experience and I will not be using this company again. When I emailed the office to verify the charge I was told that we had to raise our prices to stay competitive. I always thought that you lowered your prices to stay competitive. Lesson learned!

The main water valve was leaking and all the plumbers I called was booked for the day. I called Tony LaMartina Plumbing Co and they didn’t have anyone available but assured me they would call me if someone became available. About 30 minutes or so later, I received a call stating someone could come out in 30 mins. I was so relieved. Lorenzo Bledsoe was the plumber who came out. He was very pleasant and professional. He explained the issues on several things and what could be done to fix it. I didn’t feel like I was pressured or as if I was being taking advantage of. Merging more quickly was more important than the fact that you must ran over a nurse leaving nightshift this morning. Your driver cut me off and literally was prepared to just simply run me over so he can merge more quickly ahead of everybody else getting on a 64 from kingshighway. I would never hire any company that I see driving like that and you guys are not the 1st ones that I have left a review for, for driving so recklessly. If you don't care about me and my well being and my car, which is my property, while out driving your company truck WITH THE PHONE NUMBER AND NAME ON THE SIDE (HELLO!), then I have no reason to believe that you were going to respect my house and actually do a good job and actually fix the problem respectably. Also if you were ignorant enough to do that while knowing that all this information is on the vehicle that you're driving then I wouldn't trust you to fix my plumbing anyways. That's a special level right there. Ironic isn't it that I actually had plumbing work that needed to be addressed but it certainly will not be addressed by your company, ever. So while one might consider my review to be irrelevant I want everyone to consider the fact that this is how you act when you're not at a customer's house and I personally prefer a company that has morals and doesn't behave that way just because they're not getting paid. So this review is relevant because this does reflect the behavior of the employees. And next time? Try and actually merge when it's your turn to merge because you might be surprised that some of us would just simply let you in front of them because it's your turn. There's no reason to drive so insanely and nearly injure someone and cause property damage because you're selfish and that's exactly what this was this morning you were being selfish and that was it. I hope that quick buck to wherever you were headed was worth it.

Awesome experience! Had a plumber (Yves) out within an hour and a half of me calling for a non-emergency repair. Theoretically should have been a relatively quick and straightforward job but the project rapidly grew once it was started (never know what you're getting into with old houses). Thankfully Yves was able to stay and finish the job (3.5 hours total to do a substantial re-plumbing of the bathtub) so that I would not be without a working shower/tub. Connor has been out to my home twice and he has done an amazing job each time. He is a good representation of the company and their standards.

They were able to get Mark out to fix the toilet two days early and he had everything he needed to fix it quickly and thouroughly

Tony LaMartina has been our plumbing company of choice for years. When our water heater went kaput last week, we knew we would buy our new water heater from them, even though it ended up costing a few hundred dollars more than a previous plumber that quoted us their price earlier in the year. We had only used this other firm during a service call when Tony LaMartina wasn't available on short notice. The bottom line for us: Quality, customer service, and professionalism is worth the extra cost.

Jason Blecha was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked out the issue with my shower valve and quoted a fair price. He finished the repair quickly and explained how to mitigate the problem in the future. I have used Tony La Martina plumbing in the past and will continue for any future repairs.

I don’t normally post reviews, but I wanted to share my outstanding service experience with Tony LaMartina. We have been customers for many years and have always received great service and quality work. But yesterday, we had a plumbing stack fail in our 115 year old U City house the night before we were to leave on vacation! I called the office first thing the next morning and they kindly said they would have their service manager come the next day to look at the job. I contacted Matt (the owner) to ask if I needed to take any precautions while being out of town. Matt responded immediately by sending his service manager (Jim) and plumber (Pete) out to our house the same day. After looking at the job, they told us they could take care of the repair immediately!! After two hours, the pipe was fixed before we left for the airport! We were so grateful for the outstanding service this company provided us. From Rachel and Megan, to Matt’s responsiveness, to the professionalism and competence of Jim and Pete, this company has exceeded our expectations in every regard. And to have the work completed before we left town was simply amazing and gave us complete peace of mind. We appreciate everything this excellent company did to help us. This is the reason we would never consider using any plumbing company other than Tony LaMartina!!

Jason Becha with Tony LaMartina plumbing was outstanding. He was prompt, efficient and did awesome work. The plumbing company was very responsive and got to us earlier than expected. We had been waiting weeks for another company to do the work and we were told parts were on order. LaMartina came right away, Jason did the repairs and no new parts were needed. 5 star service all around.

We had several things done during a remodeling project. They sent people and matched them to the jobs and in one case fixed an intermittent problem that didn't happen until several days or weeks after their work was finished. I'll be calling them again when I need their services.

Jason was knowledgeable and diagnosed our two plumbing issues quickly and options on how to proceed. He gave me suggestions for future work of replacing lead pipe in the bathtub area.

Called on a Friday for a plumbing problem and was given an appointment for Tuesday morning. No one showed up. Called repeatedly and the phone line wasn’t answered. When I got through the receptionist couldn’t find my appointment and hung up on me
