Just got my drains cleaned and was very satisfied. The price was so reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. He brought to my attention other issues that may arise BUT he gave me honest alternative ways to solve them and ways I could save money, instead of trying to milk me for my money. I appreciated that so much because I hate being scammed. I will definitely recommend & will be using them again!

He was professional , friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to tell me about everything he needed to do and gave an exact quote of what the price was going to be. I needed my water heater replaced on my 2 bdm 2 ba house. Steve explained why a 40 gal Tank is a sufficient size and how it would support 2 twenty minute simultaneous showers and possibilities as to why my old tank never could do that. I was still given the option of going bigger. Him and Zach did exactly what they said they would do during installation. Check! The final price was as quoted including my senior discount. Check! Improper existing connection of copper to galvanized pipe causing electrolysis was pointed and damages explained, but left up to me whether to fix or not. Check! They worked quick and cleaned up after themselves. Check! What more can you ask for!

They did a great job but a leak started 2 weeks ago and all their Google phone numbers are not work. Or we get messages their phone wasn't set up after 2300 dollars had to an other plumber vise 220 dollars for him to fim it he also pointed the usedyje old parts out of code so they suck on and follow up.

I called Mitch this morning and told him we were having problems with out indoor Noritz tankless hot water heater (continually throwing an error 16 after I descaled it multiple times). He fit us into his schedule this SAME DAY and just left after conducting a full service on our unit. He was incredibly thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. He showed me that our gas pressure was improperly calibrated for our unit and he fixed that. He cleaned several filters and also did a descale using an industrial descaler. He was in and out in under and hour and super nice and fun to be with. This man knows his hot water heaters!
