Best Sump Pump Installation/Replacement in Sacramento CA

I was in a rush to get plumbing hooked up and faucets installed after renovation. Aaron came out next day and on time. Very professional and did a wonderful job. I called a handful of places and found Aaron's price the most reasonable.

Working with this company has been one of the most exasperating experience I’ve had in years. I wanted a new kitchen sink. I thought it might be difficult, because of the size and depth it had to be. The first plumber I worked with said it could be bought and installed the same day. Then he came back and said it to be ordered, and would be here the next day. He brought it the next day, left it, and said someone else would be coming to install it. The other plumber came, took out the old sink, tried to put in the new one, and found it was too small. He ordered a different one, and said it would be available the next week, and he would install it. He didn’t come the day he assured me he would; I called him, and said he was still waiting for the new sinkAnyway, after the old sink was reinstalled, there was leaking underneath. The plumber said it was because the parts in there were old. They were, but they weren’t leaking before he worked on them. He came twice to try to stop the leaking. After new parts were installed, there was still some leaking. I tried to get in touch with a manager. After I made three calls over a two-day period, someone got back to me. He lied, and said he would come to see what was going on. Three hours after the time that I said I was available, I called him to see if he was coming. I got his voicemail, and never heard from him again.After two weeks the new sink was installed. It works ok, but the dishwasher was reinstalled crooked. It sticks out on one side. The plumber would probably say it had to be that way to fit the new sink in. That might make sense, except the dishwasher fit fine with the old, same-size sink. Maybe the plumber could have done a better job it he hadn’t been on his phone most of the time, with personal calls.If you want something done right, the first time, this is definitely not to company to call.

Great company!!! I had a plumbing issue and called 3 different companies for quotes. Gerry from ace came out had up front prices and even a suggestion on how to save some money. When I say they are unmatched it workmanship , customer service and so much more and best of all reasonable by the time it was all said and done I had a working sewer and spent less than a 3rd of what there competitors said the work should cost. They have been top of the line for me on multiple properties and will be the only ones I work with.

Some of the most important things for me when meeting someone are a kind approach, someone who takes their time, and a business that values REAL customer input. In a polite follow-up, Sacramento Plumbing addressed my concerns and gave me comments on my yard. They showed courage, honesty, willingness, and integrity throughout the entire process. My experience with Legacy was great from start to finish. They quoted me a very competitive price and responded quickly when I needed them. They were flexible and worked with my budget and schedule. I hope I don’t have any plumbing issues ever again, but if I ever do, I will be calling them again.

Our installer Dillon, was very professional and did a great job on the removal and installation of our water heater. At each step he kept us informed on the next process. As advertised, he arrived with all the necessary supplies including the water heater and the whole process took about 2 ½ hrs, which included the time he took to explain our options and the cost of each. We would recommend Dillion as an installer and Water Heaters Only

I called Domco when a terrible leak started under my kitchen sink. When I say they took total care of me from start to finish I mean just that. From the office staff answering the phone to Jody, the plumber, everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and speedy. They got the work done and everything is good again! I wouldn't refer anyone besides Domco.

I would be real careful using this company, they installed a water heater which was not installed properly and their senior tech had to come out again and fix it. They charged us for the permit, but they did not set up for the inspector I had to call them for them to set it up and they gave me a day and and open time 0800-1700. I had to call them again for a better time because they did not call me like they said they would and I come to find out they did not set up the appointment like they said. Now I have to wait for them to drop the permit off and we need to contact the inspector. I find this to be unprofessional an i will never use them again.

Ive written a review before, looks like it was taken down. No way does a company be in business since 1992, and there's no review...hmmmm.. I wonder. No, I dont have to wonder, I know, this company is bottom of the barrel... They did a detection for me, and left a mess after they left. Cutting tube piping and not repairing it. Terrible customer service, and... really, dont know how to send email attachments??? What a joke... Stay away...
