My installers were WONDERFUL... especially 'Pollo', Kris, n Gary. The other guys were equally pleasant...but I dealt with those three more. They were tops in communications... keeping me apprised, and were extremely pleasant n thorough when I asked a question. All the guys were prompt n on task the entire time... kept good attitudes even in nasty situations. They worked cleanly and conscientiously, and were all polite and considerate at all times. They made a stressful situation less so, and I appreciated them. They replaced my entire sewer n water systems in a timely manner, even correcting other matters along the way. Thanks guys.

It's was Monday June 30th temp outside 106% inside 90% no fan motor outside. Took a chance and call at 6:45pm,thinking having to schedule on Tuesday if not on Wednesday. Called left message, in about 5 minutes later, Sharon call back and said, she had a tech in the area and would be there in 30 minutes. Sure enough 20 minutes later Dennis show up, pleasant, all business. Took care of the issues, up and running, check a few more things out. The cool air started flowing and he was out the door trying to get to as many calls as possible. Dennis is a pro, and that something you just don't see that often any more. Get the job done NOW. I called at 2 pm on Monday for a crack in the toilet tank. Michael said he could have someone there between 4:30 and 6:30. At 5 pm Justice called and the toilet needed replacement. He left text at 7 pm with a photo of installed toilet.

This was in a tenant occupied 2 bed 1 bath unit. It was urgent and Plumbing solutions did it!!! And did it well. Thank you.

We engaged Val to perform the Yearly Rinnai Tankless water heater maintenance.
We were very pleased with the end result.

Val is punctual, easy to work with, experience, knowledgeable, honest and very diligent. He explained what he will
be doing, which is exactly all the things stated by Rinnai the manufacturer and he showed me
a few tips that was not even listed any place else.
He uses food grade White Vinegar as Recommended by Rinnai, most other Rinnai certified PRO uses Descaler which is chemical solution.
We definitely will be calling him back not only for future yearly maintenance but other Plumbing related matters.

He is a joke. He is overpriced. Not knowledgeable like he thinks he is. He talks disrespectfully about other plumbers work in front of customers (me). That is unprofessional. I do not Recommend him at all. Scammer. Thief. Bad manners. Rude. That about sums it up. Water heater went out after a couple weeks. I called someone else who is actually knowledgeable to fix it this time.

Dad is 80 years old waited 3 hours for a call back from Buetler in a very hot house only to tell him we will have to get back to you when we can make an appointment. Home warranties are not their priority.

“Alex” from Domco plumbing did a quick, through and professional job this morning on my emergency 🚨 water heater leak/repair 💦.

“Diane” in their dispatch department took my call after 10 pm last evening when I first discovered the problem. She walked me through safely turning off water to the water heater so that all would remain safe until repairs could be performed.

Additionally, I was able to send them a photo of my issue to prepare for repairs.

Ive written a review before, looks like it was taken down. No way does a company be in business since 1992, and there's no review...hmmmm.. I wonder. No, I dont have to wonder, I know, this company is bottom of the barrel... They did a detection for me, and left a mess after they left. Cutting tube piping and not repairing it. Terrible customer service, and... really, dont know how to send email attachments??? What a joke... Stay away...
