I called Ace to get a tub faucet and ac system repaired. Two technicians came out within the same time frame to make the repairs and were excellent. John repaired my faucet after locating the parts quickly. Thank you! Also, Aaron was an excellent AC technician. He knew exactly how to figure out the issue and went above and beyond to fix a shoddy repair and was able to explain the issue to me so I could understand what happened and how he needed to fix it. He fixed it within a couple hours the same day. I am very impressed with his knowledge and determination. Thank you so much!

Technician Adam arrived exactly when he said he would and got right to work evaluating the job at hand. A dishwasher installation, removing the existing dishwasher and a shower head installation. He provided a reasonable estimate before starting work and started working right away. Adam was thorough, professional and tidy in his work. This company installed a gas line from my service meter all the way into my kitchen. The plumber, Justice, was very knowledgeable and communicated with me on the progress of the job. He finished everything in a day and we were ready for inspection the very next day. These guys are quick, honest, and do the job right the first time. We passed inspection with no problems! The plumber who installed a new toilet in my bathroom did an excellent job. He readily answered all my questions, honestly and openly explained the different fees I would be charged for additional services I requested, was very pleasant person. • timely

Golden Valley plumbing accomplished all of these and more when they installed a natural gas hook up. When it took longer than expected they stuck to original price and finished with a clean and professional job. I would suggest them to my family, and hope to use them for a bathroom remodel soon!

The Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing team are now my go to. We had a leak at the water heater and everyone else that came out wanted to just replace it. Talking with Mr. Ortiz he walked me through a couple simple ch cos over the phone before his guy came out and they were ultimately able to repair a leaking connection rather than the whole water heater saving me time and money. 100% recommend giving them a shot at your business!

I got a new hvac unit installed a year and half ago...ducts and all. These guys were great honest workers, clean, fast, very good follow thru with any adjustments needed, follow up calls, assistance , drop by's, etc. And competitively priced! Would definitely recommend!

I called at 4 pm on a Friday for a property I manage with a water heater that had started flooding the house. Victor was very helpful in finding a plumber that was willing to work after hours to accommodate the urgent issue. He was able to get a plumber at the house within 30 minutes of my phone call. Da'Marus was beyond professional and helped to quickly get the water to stop flooding by adding a drainage line to the water heater that was in desperate need of replacement. This water heater was installed inside one of the built in kitchen cabinets, so it was no easy task to get it replaced. Da'Marus returned to the property and continued to work an additional 6 hours to get the water heater replaced and up to code. I highly recommend Rapid First for their timeliness to address urgent issues, their quality of communication and their employees and technicians going the extra mile when this property manager was in desperate need. This was our first time using Bonnie, but we came to them through Boyd plumbing which Bonnie recently acquired, so we already knew a good chunk of their plumbing team. As with Boyd these guys are fabulous! They were very responsive and immediately got someone out to help us with our kitchen sink backing up. The guys, Pedro and Blake were wonderful, polite, knowledgeable, informative about our odd house, and did a clean and quick job for us. We’ve already signed up for their VIP service, and are happy to use them again in the future should we need for anything. Wishing them all a happy new year!

Our sewer line collapsed. Our neighbor, who had used Jeff's Plumbing several times, contacted them. They came the same day for an estimate and began work the next day. The workers were friendly, conscientious, came when they said they would (every day of the 4 days the job took), managed to save all the small trees that were near the sewer line, cleaned the site every day, especially our neighbor's driveway. Jeff's does open replacement, not trenchless. We feel the open replacement has better results in the long run. It was necessary to tunnel under a large tree and Jeff's had to call another company to do that, which resulted in a one day delay. We were billed the bid price, despite the need to call the other company. We are very satisfied in every respect with the work Jeff's Plumbing did. I notice that the poor reviews had poor interactions with the owner and our friend confirmed that he is gruff to deal with. While we didn't deal with him ourselves I feel it is worth putting up with his gruffness because of the excellent work the company does.
