I personally worked with Mike I am experienced plumber and remodeling since 1989… he made me to finish weeks job by my self giving me no helpers… the only helper he giving me that they have no experience and mostly just left Jail looking for job… he isn’t screening any of new employees to go for helping…. Because they work cheap and he didn’t pay my cost paid for materials and labors for 3 big jobs close to 20k … 2021 once I find out there is no employee working for him …. Mike always have complaints about who did what for me but he dos t see himself on the mirror… he looks legitimate but he isn’t .Very dishonest person he used me a lot and he lied… … please check his license if he is eligible for remodeling and prove of screening how works in your home. Most of the helper he give me to help me just came out of jail and 2 of then they never seen Mike … none of them had vehicle to come to work I had to go pick them up from there homes more cost to me and at the end he said I have no money to pay you… god is my witness I am telling the truth.

Ken came out at 9 pm on a Saturday night when a fitting came unglued and was spewing water all over my yard. I had to shut the water off to the whole house while I tried to find someone to come out, but was told by another 24/7 plumbing service that they wouldn't fix something related to my irrigation system. Everyone else was closed until Monday or not answering calls. Ken came out immediately and had it fixed within about 20 minutes, turning a tear-inducing situation for me into something much less stressful. I highly suggest giving these guys a call for your plumbing needs.

This company is thorough from beginning to end. I called and before heading out to my house they listened to my concerns. When Timothy came to my house within 30 minute time at 10:00 pm, he listened to what the problem was. After he analyzed the situation, he told me exactly what was needed and explained it all to me. He completed work in a timely manner. He was professional from start to end. I will use again

They were able to find leaks and were quick to repair the main pipeline. Ken the owner was there on site to talk and explain what was needed to be done.

Great service and reliable. Service appointment was quick. A plumber came out and fixed the problem but then later after he left there was a very minor problem. I called Ken, the owner, and he came out and fixed it himself. I gave them 5 stars because the job got done in a timely manner. This company is reasonable and does not overcharge.

We had a leak in our sink late at night, and they were the first company I called. Ken, the owner, answered and was willing to come that night - but we scheduled it for first thing in the morning. He was great to work with and got the work done quickly and professionally.

There guys are the best! Highly competent, great customer service - they worked around my schedule when serious pipes backed up and all my sinks clogged and the bathtub drain and overflow had to be changed I could not wait and they came quickly. We used them to install a gas line for an outdoor BBQ and it was probably one of the worst experiences we've had. I won't get into all the details because it would be a novel. All I will say is I would recommend bringing your business elsewhere.

I called for proper installation for washer and dryer hook- up because I was having water leakage. Jesse Reese came over promptly and installed water lines and tubing for dryer. I had tree roots that broke into and clogged my sewer line in the front yard. They came out and replaced some piping, installed a new clean out and ran a trenchless line. Ken responded to our call on a Saturday morning when our sewer line was completely backed up. When he couldn't find the problem right away, he charged me nothing for the call and came back on Sunday to figure it out. He was straight forward with all the repair options and prices, and was really great to work with. Will definitely use him again!

Had them replace my water main and they never finished the job!! .. left a mess of dirt and broken concrete and never followed up to my messages. As of 30 days later , my concrete has not been done ,the shut off handle has a leak , and no response from the Owner Ken .

OMG! They saved the Day!!! We decided to change the shower head and hot/cold nob and recaulk the bathroom before guest come this week. The shower head went as planned but the hot/cold lever was broken. My husband got it off but couldn't get the broken part out that was stuck in the copper pipe. We had the water shut off for hours already but we couldn't turn the water back on because water was coming out of the wall. Here it is Sunday late afternoon. Who do we call? We went down the list and Ken Stephenson of All Sacramento Plumbing was 20 minutes away!! He arrived, saw what he was up against and then left for Home Depot down the street from us. They were out of the parts and so he drove to Power Inn Home Depot. He found what he needed and got back to us. He got the job done and was on his way! Thank You for being there when we needed you! Ken did a good job of explaining what needed to be done, and his bid was considerably less than those guys that do premium work with no surprises and charge an appropriately premium price. Our whole house was repiped in week with minimum disturbance to our schedule. Manny and his helper were polite, professional, and good communicators. My wife was especially pleased with their very thorough cleanup after the job was done. We highly recommend them if you need to have your house repiped!

The technician Jason Wilcot was great. He kept me well informed about the issues encountered at my property and gave me updates regularly, which was much appreciated as I don't live in the area. The company was also kind enough to work on pricing with me and guaranteed their work. l will definitely be calling them again if I have any more issues with the plumbing on that property.
