Premier and their team are the most professional plumbers we have ever dealt with. We had an emergency at our commercial location and they immediately came out to help and fix the issue. We found more problems and they did all they could to fix the issue which turned out amazing. They always responded immediately to any questions no matter what time of day. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Theses guys know what they are doing!

My water heater wasn’t working and I called them for help and told me what was wrong and told me how to prevent it from happening again. Soon later they fixed it and now everything works again!!

Yesterday all drains and water appliances in my house stopped working. My wife immediately tried to find a repair man but no one would take us with this short notice. Until we find Premier Rooter and Plumbing. He scheduled a time he came 10 minutes early, he was very kind and professional helped us with our issue. And even told us what was wrong and how to fix it if it ever reoccurs. The service is was quick and speedy and all around amazing. 100/10 would use again

From the time that I first called, all the way through the clean up; the level of service and professionalism provided by Premier Rooter and Plumbing was outstanding to say the least! From the dispatcher to the on-site technicians, they were all friendly, cordial and efficient. They were responsive and worked diligently to get my plumbing system up and running (Old piping from like the 50's collapsed on its self. Shower and toilet were not draining). They got the job done before the agreed time frame. I sincerely 100% recommend them to you.

Nathaniel was brilliant!! Such a nice polite young man. He was on time every time. Called ahead to confirm appointments. Had to come back to my house twice due to parts missing, my fault, not his. I will definitely use Premier again.

I experienced a major sewer breakage in my sewer system. Called Premier Rooter and Plumbing, spoke with Nathaniel the owner, explained my situation and they were out to my home prior to their scheduled arrival time. Assessed the problem, informed me what was required to repair the sewer, provided an estimate, then started the job. They were professional, courteous, timely and completed the repair with minimal downtime. Premieres team members Shane and Francisco we're efficient and informative thru the entire repair process. As a plus, Premier offered financing which was easy-to-use. Once the repair was completed, they did a very good job in cleaning the work area. This was 2nd time using Premier Rooter and Plumbing and because of their professionalism and excellent customer service, I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family or friends.

Amazing hard workers

Great response on a Saturday late afternoon and Nathaniel was very professional about the whole process of our plumbing issue. He came out same day and quoted over the phone. There was a bigger issue when he evaluated our issue, and when all said and done he was quick and very reasonably priced. Very happy with the service and quality. Highly recommend!

Adrian was absolutely amazing! He was so polite and helpful. He was informative and answered all of our questions. Took care of our issue within two hours and even came by at night after 6 to help us. Highly recommend this company.

I know that sounds too good to be true, but I shopped around and Nate offered the best price, but of course I didn’t know if the quality of service would be what it was…Nate and Kris are awesome. Adrian came out to look at my water heater when I couldn't get it to light. On time with updates when he was on his way. Friendly and very professional. He was able to get it lit and provide me with quotes on replacing the water heater and some other plumbing work that is past due. The whole time he was very clear and communicative about what would need to be done. I plan on using them again in the future. If all of their employees are as good as Adrian, you can't go wrong.

Francisco responded quickly and arrived on time as stated and listened to my concern and went to work right away. I was impressed with wearing booties over his work boots and mask Francisco was very detailed with explaining to me what was going on what he found and showing me and telling me what needed to be done. He went to work right away and was very thorough and cleaned up after repairing my plumbing. I will definitely recommend Francisco to anyone who needs assistance with any of their plumbing needs.

Lets be honest, needing to hire a plumber is never fun. While attempting to dig some post holes we ran into a layer of concrete underground. While trying to break it up we accidentally drilled holes through 4 pool water pipes that were hidden under the discarded concrete. “ lots of holes all the way through. .
Our pool water instantly dropped several feet and both ours and our neighbors yard began flooding. We needed it repaired right away because we had guest coming for a pool party in a few days.
I have to say this experience was excellent from beginning to end. Instant communication ! Seriously, like within minutes of me putting in a request, I got a call and Nathaniel came out the very next day. HRV assessed our problem, which was much more complicated than we even thought it was going to be and very very difficult for even the most experienced plumbers. Nathaniel then gave me a quote on the spot that was very reasonable considering the complexities of the job. He then brought in the team of very nice , very well trained and knowledgeable guys and even though it took 3 of them the remaining day into the evening, they got it done! It was finished less than 24 hour after my initial call. It was so great to work with them and An outstanding experience from beginning to end! A+! I cant recommend them highly enough.
