I came home from out of town to no hot water. Don't know about you, but I quickly realized I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT HOT WATER. I remembered a review I had read recently about ACE Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Service...specifically Laird Latko. Laird was awesome from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, professional, well everything I could have wanted from a technician. Laird not only worked on my problem, but also talked to tech support (who had a strong Southern accent - lol) for a long time. If you ever need plumbing, heating and air conditioning service, please get on the phone and call ACE. You will be so glad you did. Sounds from the other reviews I read here they have a lot of wonderful employees, but my recommendation is to ask for Laird who has 30+ years of experience. Thanks Laird - you are the best.

I requested repair of squeaking subfloor. I received some placement of wood screws and a statement of any further work could not be guaranteed to stop the squeaking. I paid a hour and 40 minutes of labor with 40 minutes being just talk. Total waste of time and money.

We recently moved in to an older home (built in 1914), so the first thing we knew we needed to replace were the pipes and water heater. Dave immediately impressed me upon our first meeting and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. One of our main concerns was being without water for too long, and he made sure that the job was done quickly, but correctly...and ensured that we had water each evening when we returned from work. We love new pipes and the the tankless system, and he was even able to replace the drain pipes that were not part of the initial estimate while he was here. I would highly recommend Dave for his professionalism, speed, and attention to detail.

Great local company. Did several jobs including HVAC repair, tankless water heater flushing, and sink faucet repairs. Responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, provided reasonable bid, and did a very good job! Very nice team who work efficiently, are knowledgable, and kept me informed as the job proceeded. July 2018 In my opinion, the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced! Stay Away! I am a tenant in a house and the landlord contracted with Jeff's Plumbing to complete bathroom plumbing and to remove an old solar water heater system on the roof. After they completed the work, the main technician said they will complete a clean up and that everything was fixed. Guess What? They broke the solar water heater system glass panel in the front yard (thousand and thousands of pieces of safety glass) and LEFT IT FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. Most companies would have put a tarp down to collect the broken glass. Also, there was insulation everywhere from the removed system too. In addition, they left a shower door, framing for the shower door and brand new plumbing parts in the house. Would a good company leave a massive mess for someone else to clean up? This is what you can expect from Jeff's Plumbing! I called their office and immediately complained. They sent a worker to clean up the mess and the first thing he asked me for was a garbage bag. He said he forgot to put items to clean up in his truck. Was he coming to a pool party? He was here for an hour and left without cleaning up the glass. Then the main technician came the following day to vacuum up the glass. He had to go to home depot to get a broom and items for the clean up (guess he was also here for a pool party). When he said he was finished, I could still pick up glass in the yard (a lot is still there) but I told him to just go out of complete frustration. The list goes on with Jeff's company and my suggestion is to never use them. Also, in my experience, they are VERY, VERY RUDE! Stay Away!
