Called left message, in about 5 minutes later, Sharon call back and said, she had a tech in the area and would be there in 30 minutes. Sure enough 20 minutes later Dennis show up, pleasant, all business. Took care of the issues, up and running, check a few more things out. The cool air started flowing and he was out the door trying to get to as many calls as possible. Dennis is a pro, and that something you just don't see that often any more. Get the job done NOW. I called The Trenchless Co. after hours for a backed up sewer line at my rental property. I left a message and had my call returned by 9:30 the next morning. They scheduled my appointment for the same day and kept me informed of the technicians arrival time. I received a text introducing my technician with his photo and a little history of his experience and a fun fact about him. The technician Steve was so awesome, he cleared the drain, showed me on camera the roots in the line. He cleared the roots and cleaned up the yard. He even picked up some extra trash that was in the yard that wasn’t his. A huge bonus is the company is paperless. I signed everything electronically and a copy of the invoice was sent via email.

I have to say I am always a little leery of plumbing issues because they can be so costly. I expected to pay a few hundred dollars at least but it was the quoted $99 which included a video inspection. What an amazing experience. I walked away with a great feeling. My tenants are happy and that makes me happy. I will 100% recommend them to my friends and family.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Sacramento Plumbing Solutions! When I called about our sump pump not working, Mike came out the next morning, crawled under our house, and let us know exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. The very next day, Mike & Anthony worked all day to install the new pump. As with any older house, there's always an issue and they ended up having to jackhammer some cement to install the new sump pump basin. They didn't stop work until 9pm when they finished! And, they didn't charge us any extra for the extra work! Both Mike and Anthony were super nice, professional, and dedicated. We are super happy!

Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing is my Go To plumbing company. David Ortiz, the owner, has done many jobs for me in the last 9 years including full repipes, bath tub setting, moving drains in slab foundations, sewer repipes and he even did a simple faucet valve repair. Dave is the one plumber that I refer all of my Real Estate clients to when they have a plumbing issue. He is prompt, professional and very reasonably priced.

I got a new hvac unit installed a year and half ago...ducts and all. These guys were great honest workers, clean, fast, very good follow thru with any adjustments needed, follow up calls, assistance , drop by's, etc. And competitively priced! Would definitely recommend!

I had an under the slab leak in my apartment building. I liked that when I called, Jeff answered, not an answering service or voicemail system. I was able to describe problem, and he gave me solutions to try to fix the problem before he came out. I was impressed he did that when others I called just said they would come out for a fee and give an estimate. When he did the work, it was quickly and professionally done. He even had his crew help this elderly couple replace their furniture.

In the end, the cost of the whole service was less than his estimate. How often does that happen!

Steve was very quick to return my call and gave me a reasonable quote. Jesse came to install 2 days later. He was a very nice, very talented, and very polite young man, one of the best!!!! He installed the water heater quickly and it has been running great with no problem whatsoever. I highly recommend this company. For the price I paid, I was very pleased with the price and the quality of service. Just so you know my standard, I felt so thoroughly ripped off when it costed me $550 to replace a washer hose with another plumbing company, which also quoted me $3k - $4k for the water heater replacement!!

Had my sewer line back up on a Saturday and they had a tech at my house less than an hour after calling them. He had the sewer working again and the bill was only 150$ on a Saturday which was about half of what I was expecting. Happy customer.

Mr. Rooter came to the rescue on short notice after the originally scheduled company was unable to do the dishwasher installation due to a staffing shortage.
