We first used Cecilio Duran of NewWRX plumbing 4 years ago when our 2 bathrooms were renovated. We were able to have him back to finish the kitchen and laundry room infrastructure today replacing all drain and sewer lines under the house, as well as the fresh water supply lines and valves. Updating our 1954 Land Park home with quality workmanship is very important to us. We have referred Cecilio’s company to friends and coworkers that have also had work done and have been very pleased. Quality work, excellent prices.

Our water heater had a major leak. We called VanGo Rooter who was very professional and prompt. After explaining our water heater leak problem over the phone, VanGo Rooter sent Paul to assess the problem. Paul was very professional and explained what the issue was. We knew our water heater was too old and needed to be replaced. Paul confirmed that the water heater needed to be replaced due to the tank having a big hole at the bottom caused by rust and deteriorating water heater tank. Paul was able to replace our water heater the same day. We are very satisfied and happy with Paul. We will definitely use VanGo Rooter for future plumbing issues.

Showed up on time, the technician that came was Jesse and he was professional and respectful. The price was reasonable. We've had a few other technicians in the past, but no one was better than Jesse.

I had pipe leak in the kitchen and called 5 star plumbing to come and fix it. Alex came on time , was very professional, cut very accurate openings in the drywall and plywood, and what is more important- found the pin hole leak in my copper pipe, and fixed it . I am very happy with the work he has done and will definitely recommend 5 star plumbing company and Alex in particular!

Called Valeriy on a Sunday afternoon to come take a look at a leaky water heater. He came out that same night and replaced the heater completely. Very greatful for his service. Very polite and efficient. No more problems with water heater. He called again to check on me and make sure everything is working well. Which it was. Definitely would recommend his service to any one in need!!

This man is by far the RUDEST businessman (used loosely) that I have EVER encountered. I can't believe the business is operational
