Anthony promptly came out and unclogged my bathroom toilet that I plunged and even used my snake for two days with negative results. Anthony came right in with his equipment and had my toilet unplugged and flushing within five minutes. I just want to thank Anthony from Rooter Hero Plumbing for restoring the use of my toilet in the main bathroom. I also want to mention that they were very affordable I will definitely be using them again and again. I will definitely refer Anthony from Rooter Hero Plumbing to my family, friends and neighbors. Responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, provided reasonable bid, and did a very good job! Very nice team who work efficiently, are knowledgable, and kept me informed as the job proceeded. I called Heald Mechanical on a Thursday and spoke with Diane. I asked that someone come out to our home and check our furnace prior to using it for the cold weather coming. I was told that someone would call me on Monday to arrange a day and time to come out. Well Tuesday arrived and no one had contacted me. I called the office and spoke with the owner, Greg. I told him what I needed and he replied that he would try to come out during the week. Well, the week went by and no one contacted me, even if to say they were to busy to make it out. I know Heald Mechanical has been in business a long time. Perhaps to long and have forgotten what customer service means.

Super Brothers repiped my whole house. First company to bid. Came in thousands of dollars under the other bids. Started a few days after we signed the contract and completed the whole job, with drywall replacement and texture in eleven days. I could not be more impressed.
