Came home to a cracked water pipe. Had to have the water turned off I called Roto Rooter and they were on it!!! Thank you to my team Albert Gamez and his partner greatly appreciate you guys!!!

Kareem was great answering the phone to come over and estimate the fair price. He was up front and easy to work.
The next day they installed the water heater and done!
I highly recommend for his professionalism and honesty.

Russell provided us a specific recommendation for a replacement toilet (reasonably priced), was communicative throughout the process, showed up on time and ready to work, and had the new toilet installed quickly, cleanly, and with no hassle. I wish I could say his performance was just typical for contractors, but it's not - which is why I'm taking the time to write this review. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. My hot water heater was almost 20 years old so I decided to replace it with a heat pump water heater. Super Mario was nice and responsive from my first call to them. They did a bang-up job on install and even the city inspector commented that from what he sees, they always do good work. If I need any plumbing in the future, I will certainly recommend this company.

The other plumber wanted to tear up the pipes going all the way out to the street for thousands of dollars. I contacted this company for a second opinion. They diagnosed an obstruction in the pipe and the location of the obstruction, using all of their state-of-the-art equipment. I am grateful that they had the job done.

My kitchen skink backed up and we could not get it to drain. Called Andrew and he was able to make it out to Lincoln the same afternoon to take a look. Maybe 30min later he was done and the sink was draining perfectly. Super quick, professional, and left no mess behind.
