When it rains it pours! I had several plumbing problems going on at the same time...a clogged kitchen sink, a bathroom faucet that wouldn't shut off, and a loose toilet tank. I was afraid my wallet was going to take a big hit, but I called DrainZilla and was very pleasantly surprised. They arrived at my door within 60 minutes of my phone call, and quoted me a price to repair all three issues. The price was less than I expected and they worked quickly and efficiently. UPDATE: They didn’t even submit the correct back-flow device. Fair oaks water district came to shut off my water and I caught them in the moment and showed them my receipt, otherwise they would have shut my water off. Also, they didn’t even tag the device, which is $7 according to the guy at Fair Oaks water district.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
