Jorge was great! Great service. He was courteous, professional and made sure we understood everything before leaving. He left the under sink cabinet cleaner than when he first arrived. Price was fair and I would definitely use America’s Plumbing Co again!

My shower faucet cartridge only shot out hot and very hot water, no cold water. Leonard came out within an hour and replaced the cartridge quickly and did an excellent job. It’s very apparent that he has a lot of experience . The cost was very reasonable compared to other estimates.

I highly recommend this company! They set me up with an appointment next day and the plumbers were on time! They text and Ebel when they are on their way so it's no surprise along with a picture of your plumber so you feel at ease. The plumber himself was very professional and kind! The price was less than I expected and fair. They are honest as well!

I called America's Plumbing Company for a quote. The folks taking the initial call was amazing. She let me do my panic I don't know what is going on thing. She listened.
She got me an appointment with Alex G.
He came out for the free estimate and when he found the leak he said he could get it done THAT day. The bill was under my deductible.
From what I see on the website, they've been in business for over 20 years and if needed financing, they take credit cards. They do so much, go look on their website!

Alex was kind, answered other questions I had about other water issues for future projects. In my opinion went above and beyond to not only get the job done quickly, but also took good care of a nervous home owner.

America's Plumbing Co. is now my go to company for help.

Always prompt with emails and texts with arrival times and photos of the plumbers coming to the job. The two plumbers that came in today did a fantastic job. They ran into a slight issue with the toilet but was able to repair the leak with no additional parts needed. Will continue doing business with America's Plumbing.

The technician that came out ( Austin Zimmer Duncan ) to remove our old toilet and install the new one was very professional and knowledgeable.A real professional at what he does.
Would I use America's Plumbing again? Absolutely not. I had hurt my back and leg other wise I would of done everything myself but I really did not have a choice. The estimate was $430.00. Let me say again the technician did a awesome job. The cost for this job was so over priced. I would never recommend this company, America's Plumbing Company for any job.

I am the assistant mgr at a multi family property, we had an issue with a unit that had a leak in their apt and it caused, the ceiling in the lower downstairs laundry to collapse. They were prompt to arrive, troubleshoot the problem! Explained everything and was able to have it repaired with minimal impact to our tenants! Prices were fair with work perfect! I would highly recommend this company! Ask for Leonard, he was great and knowledgeable, not to mention super friendly!

Waterjet of storm water drains. George Morales was timely, professional and made every effort to clear my storm water. After an exhaustive effort from both ends of the pipe it became clear that roots were blocking the pipes and an alternative solution would have to be found. I would recommend both George and America's Plumbing Company

A scam company! The guy barely even looked at my issue and ended up with a quote of $510 with the discount. We said no thanks. The guy was talking extra loud and fast which is a clear sign he must have thought was was stupid or extra gullible. Buyer beware!

I've used America's Plumbing Co. for many years. I feel I could comment positively on many different types of services they provide. Most recently, Tom came to my residence to repair a bathroom sink drain issue. Tom presented the options, and was professional, honest, and skilled. As prices have gone up on everything, I understand the need of businesses to pass along costs to customers -- good value is just hard to comment on in general -- no specific offense for America's Plumbing Co.

I contacted American Plumbers that I found on Google after my plumber from our home warranty flaked. Right from the beginning they scheduled me right away. The receptionist was kind and precise and kept in contact with me. Leonard B Petersen was is the plumber that came out to help. He was very professional. He explained everything and was able to fix the problem that day. Cleaned up before he left and everything went smoothly. We will definitely be using this company in the future for any plumbing needs. This business comes highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went with these guys because of the good reviews, but they charged me for services that were not necessary, and the service they did do didn’t last for more than 2 days before the problem came back, because they misdiagnosed the issue from start. But I have to pay for this of course? They charged me for just draining/snaking, but the probelm were root intrusion in the pipe, and they did not remove a single root - needless to say they did NOT diagnose the problem correctly from the start. I clearly stated to Tony Lopez that my tub in my second bathroom I shut the valve closed so the water wouldn’t backup into that particular tub - but they charged me for draining that anyway because the problem was at that beginning of the pipe system which was backing up both bathrooms. Additionally, they charged me to tell me what condition my pipes were in which they were not able to fully let me know because they could not get to part of the pipes under the house. Long story short, I am now short $733.54 and the problem still persists. The only thing they did do through correctly was to tell me the probelm is actually roots in the system and the entire pipe needs to be replaced, which most other componies provide diagnostic at no charge. Finally, I was promises a quote that same day, Friday, but no call was returned with a quote either. I wanted to let others know about my experience with them so they can be careful with these guys when doing business.

Jorge, the technician showed up this morning properly on time. He fixed the toilet after 1 week of me trying to do it myself. He checked both toilets & went outside & checked the surrounding areas. He found a blockage & worked Very hard to solving, fixing, the internal problem. 100% Satisfied & Will Highly Recommend!! Thank you,
