Long story short... Needed my toilet replaced because my husband somehow broke it & water was everywhere. Maurice came to the rescue & he was very nice, pleasant, & very professional. I would totally recommend Pacific Rooter and Plumbing and will call them again for any services I might need in the future.👍😁🔧🚽

Tech that came out really helpful, but they repair didn't work and after 3 attempts to get ahold of the company to come back I'm giving up. I would not reccomend this company.

We sprung a huge leak after i tried some DIY under the sink. There was no stopping it, luckily after being calmed and assured someone would come out from Pacific Routers hq a very knowledgeable and courteous gentleman arrived fast and fixed the pipes and in less than an hr bam, running water. Great people great prices

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

After nearly 5 months of struggling I gave up!

I am extremely disappointing by the horrendous treatment lack of accountability and disrespect I have received from this company.

They have given me the run around for months on a shower install job they botched horribly,
i finally gave up and did it myself and they refuse to reimburse my anything

I will be filling complaints with the Sacramento Better business bureau and the California state contractor license board

Highly recommend this company Maurice is very knowledgeable at what he does!!!!! I will use this company if I have any more issues thanks Maurice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the initial quote to actually doing the job, Pacific Rooter and Plumbing was very professional and efficient in their work that they provided me.

I work long hours as soon as I called him with my water heater issue he was there within 45 minutes when I was off of work got it on and working again It is hard to find people that will come to you when you need something done thumbs up

Had a plumbing emergency out in Elk Grove and decided to try Pacific Rooter. I had met with 2 other contractors prior to going with Pacific Rooter. The owner Prashant was extremely polite and helped me figure out what was wrong with my plumbing system. I honestly wish I could give 6 stars. Maurice did the install and I couldn't ask for a more professional technician, no detail was missed and they explained everything along the way. I cannot recommend any company more than these guys they definitely know what they are doing.
