The plumber from 1st Plumbing Davis actually gave me a mini-course in plumbing in order to understand the issues and arrive at a solution that my fiance and I were comfortable with. The company was great at communicating arrival windows and even provided a tracking link so that I could track his journey to me and I knew to the moment when he arrived. He was quick in the installation of our new toilet, left no mess and the pricing was fair.

I moved to Sacramento 6 months ago after purchasing my property.
I needed a plumber so I called several, and Alvin called back right away while other plumbers failed to return my calls in a timely manner. Alvin is very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and fair priced. He really knows his craft and it shows. He never tries to up-sell and, educates you on how to save money by maybe doing some things yourself. He has done several jobs for me since the first one, and I'm always impressed with his skill and knowledge. If you are looking for an honest and fair plumber, Serieux Plumbing is who you should call. My partner and I had been asking around for weeks getting quotes for a small AC system from a bunch of the mainstream companies. Every person that came out felt very fake and it felt like they were trying to sell us an overpriced system that was more than what we needed for our small house. From the second we spoke to the technician from Gallagher's, he was extremely personable and helped us navigate the entire experience with little stress or worry. Everything was transparent and there was no hidden costs or fees. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and down to earth personality that everyone at Gallagher's had. They cleaned up after themselves and did an extremely good job putting in the system and mounting it to the walls. We are overjoyed with our new AC system and thanks to Gallagher's we will be staying cool this summer. I fully trust this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for heating and air. I can't agree more with their rudeness...

My home warranty company sent them to come clear a clog. They could not complete the job because they did not have the correct tools. It’s been 3 days since the work, and same day plumbing has not sent in the information to the warranty company to proceed and send out a better company that can actually do the work. They have basically lied and said they would contact the warranty company. I have talked to my warranty company twice a day and they have not been contacted by this company. My kids need to take a bath. They are none responsive. Almost impossible to get ahold of. I 100% do no recommend this company.

Thank you to James for explaining to me about the problem and what and why he was doing to find and correct the problem. I appreciate all he had done. I will diffidently use this company again
